Diinef is a small company started in 2013 by three engineers. The business concept is sales of electronically controlled valve systems for large hydraulic motors. The valves control the connection between each individual motor cylinder and high- and low-pressure, thereby making the motors controllable and increasing power and efficiency significantly. The product is unique and belongs to the growing technology area of digital hydraulics. We have partners in the areas of motor manufacturing and maritime- and offshore equipment. Throughout 2017 we are developing and testing valves, electronics, and software to finalize the first product, and in parallel, we work with equipment manufacturers to develop application examples and methods. Diinef's founders are employees of the company. We are one Norwegian and two Danes working out of three different locations in Norway and Denmark with a business address in Kristiansand. Our ages are between 30 and 53. Electronic communication, cloud-based documentation, and some travel activity is part of our daily life. So are flexibility and self-motivation. We are looking for a profile to strengthen our team in the area of electronics and software.

Happystar ble etablert i desember 2014, av Elisabeth Haga; grafisk designer og idéutvikler. Etter flere år med Happy Star som hobby tok Elisabeth spranget i oktober 2017 og startet opp fulltid. I 2020 tok vi enda et nytt sprang og gikk fra enkeltmannsforetak til aksjeselskap med to nye ansatte og et lite utsalgssted i Randaberg sentrum. Etter et år her pakket vi igjen ned lageret, og flyttet til et større lager. Vi stortrives på vår nye adresse, randabergveien 308. Aid in Action is a voluntary organization that was started in 2008 by the then 19 year old Anne Louise Dæhlin (then Hübert), after visiting a poor village in Kenya. After initially helping to meet a dire need for food, Aid in Action has focused on sustainable development for the local community. We use social entrepreneurship to help poor people and children in need. We are – and want to be – a small and efficient organization that works closely with local, resourceful people in Africa. Our projects are mainly in Kenya. We are working within the areas of education, agriculture, stimulating local industry, water supply, roads, and assistance to orphans. The money we receive from our donors always goes directly to the projects, and none of it is spent on administrative costs on European side. Vi engasjerer og inspirerer folk og beslutningstakere gjennom å spre konseptet Fiksefest for elektronikk, og ved å sette bærekraftig forbruk av elektronikk på den offentlige agendaen. Vi er en del av et internasjonalt Restarters-nettverk som har vokst ut av Londonbaserte The Restart Project. Nordmenn ligger på Europatoppen når det gjelder bruk og kast av elektronikk, og dette har store klima- og miljømessige konsekvenser. We are a small construction company with a lot of potential and with a lot of effort that have been done until now. Baam was started up around 1.March 2018, and have since then had a few customers. We have been looking at a store in Sandvika city with street level, since we want to have a show room for customers, since allot of the customers ask me to look at the product before they want to buy it. I have contract with visa,mastercard (bambora) vipps and Lindorff (invoice/down payment) I made a genius business idea with importing from England. Speakers, subwoofer, disco lights etc..

We have developed two VR software solutions for early phase engineering and sales for industry customers. We want to provide the best planning tools for VR, and we use the latest technology to do so. I work with marketing for companies. It is only me in my company right now, so I am running the facebook and instagram for two businesses. For the one I also run a blog where I am interviewing people in the beerbrewing business. I also take the pictures for their social media. I make their campaigns and other practical tasks like activity plans etc.

In Norsetek we combine industrial design methodology and conventional solutions in order to design a new type of large wind turbines. The Norsetek Wind Turbine Technology is estimated to reduce the levelled cost of wind energy by up to 15% (mainly by CAPEX reduction). In comparison, the expected effect of all known and unknown technology improvements until year 2025 is estimated to 5.5 % (ref. KIC InnoEnergy 2014: Renewable energy costs: Onshore wind).
