VårtOslo er en nettavis som dekker Oslo med nyheter, reportasjer og debatt. Formatene er tekst, foto, video og sosiale medier. Bakgrunnen er den påtrengende mangelen på lokaljournalistikk i hovedstaden. Vi dekker de små og store hendelsene som fargelegger byen, vi gjør folk klokere på nærmiljøet sitt i hovedstaden og setter kritisk søkelys på maktutøvere som misbruker sin makt. Caudex is developing an app that will solve the problem with second hand textbooks not being forwarded or sold. Buying second hand textbooks for your next subject should be as easy as just searching for the subject-code or sending a message to students that have previously taken the subject. Solving this problem will contribute to the circular economy in addition it will also result in reducing our carbon footprint as we’re using more second hand material. We’ll mainly focus on existing students, but our platform will also be hugely resourceful for pre- and post students.

Encryptia is developing an education in programming to help young people below 30 year to get an education and a job, with starting to play a game.(our course) Many young people are not in education or employees (NEETS), they are sitting at home and gaming. The lack of IT developers are increasing. We are working with UN Sustainability Goals no 8 and 10, to help more young people back to work, and to cover the gap of IT developers in Norway and the Nordic. Encryptia is togheter with seven young adults below 30, building a solution like a game. Made by gamers for gamers- to be motivated, fun and fast way of learning. The founder of Encryptia has a background from large tech Companies in Norway. Working with recruitment and employer branding, she learned that the lack of IT developers was and will remain a growing problem in the future. At the same time, her son was without a job and education and spent a lot of time in front of the PC screen. Then the idea was born,that also solves some socially critical problems. Vi hjelper norske artister med å komme seg opp og frem, og vil digitalisere livesegmentet i musikkbransjen.

Project Plast is a Norwegian based non-profit organisation established in 2019. We believe in the power and agency of local communities and our aim is to contribute to finding solutions for the ever growing problem of plastic pollution. We are currently building a shredder and an injection machine which will enable us to directly recycle plastic in our community. Another key purpose of our organisation is to rise awareness and inspire others, especially young people, to be actors for change.
