Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. We use a new technology for sealing ventilation duct from the inside. The technology was developed in the US in 1994, but didn't reach the European market until 2015. In 2016 ImL Aeroseal started up in Finland, and as of September 1st 2020 we are breaking into the Norwegian market. Our product solves the issues with the traditional sealing of ventilation ducts; using tape and acryllic sealant to try and plug the leaks. Instead we build up a pressure inside the system and inject a small particle gas that finds all the small leakages and seals them. Not only is it faster, but also alot more effective than the previous method, which in turn makes it much more financially beneficent. With a ventilation system that has little to no leakage you extend the life of the engines and maximize the output of the fans. In addition you get cleaner air in the serviced areas. I became a part of this startup because with my 15 years of experience in the ventilation industry I can truly see the advantages of this method to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation systems and enhance the indoor air quality.

Safedesign AS was established in 2018 in the wake of a booming solar industry in Norway. Solar installers need an improved system to safeguard the workers. Typical solutions, such as scaffolding are time-consuming and costly. Safedesign AS is growing, and taking market shares in the solar sector, but also in telecom and refurbishment. We need more competent people on the team to scale the business. We need more hands in the areas of economy, marketing, sales, and hands-on roof work. We are in the process of further developing our product to make an impact in general roof refurbishment. This is a well-established market, we see great benefits with our product compared with scaffolding, especially in urban areas.

Project Plast is a Norwegian based non-profit organisation established in 2019. We believe in the power and agency of local communities and our aim is to contribute to finding solutions for the ever growing problem of plastic pollution. We are currently building a shredder and an injection machine which will enable us to directly recycle plastic in our community. Another key purpose of our organisation is to rise awareness and inspire others, especially young people, to be actors for change.
