We are a start-up in Stavanger, Norway. Our goal is to find your - and everyone else's - bike. Bike theft is a growing problem. It is a problem that has to be solved. To solve this problem, a great product is needed. The product needs to be a tracking device that actually works. And we think we're on to something. It's smart, safe, efficient and simple: It's BikeFinder.To get BikeFinder to the market we need exceptional people to develop our current prototype. Naturbit

Naturbit er et nytt frokost- og mellommåltidskonsept rettet mot personer som er ute etter et enkelt, rimelig og næringsrikt alternativ til dagens produkter. Ved å ta i bruk naturlige ingredienser, uten bruk av tilsetningsstoffer og tilsatt sukker, har vi utviklet produkter innenfor kategoriene granola, hurtiggrøter, energibarer, nøttemikser og frømikser. Vi har fokusert på å lage oppskrifter av høy kvalitet, med fokus på gode råvarer og forpakning tilpasset forbrukere på farta. Naturbit skal gjøre det enklere for folk å spise næringsrik mat i en travel hverdag.

Fotobaren

Fotobaren har siden 2014 levert utleie og av fotobarer til event, markedsføring og underholdningsbransjen. Fotobaren er i 3 byer og betjener kunder som Avinor, Elkjøp, Microsoft, KLP for å nevne noen. Vi jobber kreativt tett inn på kundens ønsker og setter vår stolthet i høy bildekvalitet, kreative kommunikasjonsstrategier og job well done! Vi har i det siste året levert våre tjenester til over 200 enkelteventer og tallet øker stadig. Fotobaren ble etablert i 2014 av Daniel Feidal, Alexander Solheim og Johannes Strømme med mål om å bli best på å levere helautomatiske fotostasjoner til eventbransjen i Norge. Vi holder til på grünerløkka i Oslo. Men har også avdeling i Stavanger og Tromsø. Med planer om å starte opp igjen avdeling i Bergen og Trondheim. Vi er en voksende gjeng ansatte og frilansere som betjener våre hærlige kunders behov og har det veldig gøy på kontoret mellom slagene.

Fugleberg Executive Search AS er ekspert på ledelse rekruttering. Vi hjelper bedrifter med rekrutteringsprosesser på alle nivå. Med foukus på å finne rett match som bidrar med vekst og lønnsomhet til bedriften. Vi ser at i dagen marked skriker markedet etter arbeidskraft. Dette er en utfordringfor alle bedrifter. Vi bidrar med løsninger som fokuserer på markedsføring og synlighet med Employer Branding. Våre søk etter rett match har fokus både på kultur match og fagkompetanse. Hvor vi bruker aktivt search, annonsering og nettverk for å finne rett person. Vi bygger nå en organisasjon med hovedbase i Norge og Oslo, med ambisjoner om å bli et multinasjonalt selskap. Vi så at det ligger et nesten urørt marked med alle våre tilnærminger på rekruttering og employer branding. In tight collaboration with medical experts, we at Connect the Dots design and develop a virtual world where medical personnel can perform extensive medical procedural training in a safe environment without risking patient lives. Our goal is to increase the efficiency, productivity, and availability of practical medical procedure training.

VAMØ Møbler & Interiør

VAMØ is a new approach to purchasing furniture in a era where online shopping is advancing at an enormous rate. The online market for funiture is only now getting started in Norway, and we are a part of it. Our main focus are four brands who focus on sustainability and recycled materials. And we are able to provide these to clients who live in such remote areas that they do not have access to these.

Workability

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.

Arcticode AS

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. We all want to have a good experience. This is why we do what we do. To create the best possible outcome for both.

Desiderate Visions AS

About Us: We are an Oslo-based independent entertainment and media production company, founded in 2019. Our team members have backgrounds from such diverse fields as banking, finance, business administration, advertising, film production and games development. We also have extensive experience with successful social media influencing, content creation and community building, particularly on Youtube and Facebook. The Problem: Self-actualization is becoming increasingly difficult in a changing and tumultuous world. For many, the cumulative effects of pandemic crisis, financial recession, political polarization and a hardened job market is frustration, and a greater need for entertainment and escapism as a means of self-actualization through vicarious experiences. Our vision is to fulfill this growing need for self-actualization. Our mission is to develop globally scalable products that fulfill the needs the marketplace does not adequately cater to today, and which are capable of surviving both recessions and pandemic crisis. Product/Solution: Our product is entertainment brands, based on proprietary video game properties. We aim to establish these brands first as videogame properties, and then use the passion and investment of gaming audiences as the gateway to expand these videogame properties into Transmedia franchises - including comics, third party merchandise and apparel, as well as licensed adaptations in other media, such as film and animation. Opportunity: The Gaming Market is global from day one, with digital gaming storefronts such as Steam, PSN and XBOX Live retaining millions of existing customers worldwide. Gamers are a heavily invested group of customers with both a high willingness to pay, as well as established networks of influencers and discussion forums, which greatly facilitates advertising efforts. Furthermore, gaming has been proven to be both Recession- and Pandemic proof, with game sales being largely unaffected by 2008 financial crisis, while sales records were broken during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Consumer behavior during the ongoing crisis has further confirmed the need for (and subsequently, the financial potential in) self-actualization through entertainment. Why us, and why now: We are passionate about entertainment and the creative process, we have business understanding, insight into the fan mindset and a unique strategy which enables us to see and seize upon opportunities the incumbents in the gaming market have missed. Furthermore, the recent crisis has caused many of these incumbents to struggle with adapting their organization and cost structure to the current working climate. By contrast, a start-up like us may be better suited to develop a sustainable and scalable production pipeline fit for the economy we are moving into. Right now is the perfect time to enter the entertainment- and videogame markets.

Prosjekt Plast

Project Plast is a Norwegian based non-profit organisation established in 2019. We believe in the power and agency of local communities and our aim is to contribute to finding solutions for the ever growing problem of plastic pollution. We are currently building a shredder and an injection machine which will enable us to directly recycle plastic in our community. Another key purpose of our organisation is to rise awareness and inspire others, especially young people, to be actors for change.

Whip er et nytt sosialt medium som muliggjør lavterskel kommunikasjon med nye mennesker i nærheten. Til bruk når for å bli kjent med folk på skolen, når du er ute på byen o.l. Ta et bilde, legg til en tekst og send til en tilfeldig innenfor en satt radius. Du kan også sette preferanser som alder og kjønn på mottaker. Bilde kan åpnes og blir borte etter noen sekunder. På denne måten er samtalen uforpliktende, og å bryte isen er lett. Teamet vårt består nå av to gira karer som gjør ting som er nytt for oss begge, ironisk nok kan ingen av oss tech, og kan dermed ikke endre vårt eget produkt. Vi ser stort potensiale og vet at vi kan komme langt med en gang vi får en tech-person med oss!
