Vår historie Mikalsen Utvikling ble stiftet av Andrè Mikalsen i 2015. Etter mange år med utvikling av nettsider ble det ofte et tomrom og ønske om å bidra mer når nettsidene var ferdig levert. Spørsmålet som hele tiden dukket opp var om kunden faktisk kunne få enda flere besøkende til siden. Selv om nettsidene så grafisk bra ut, var de optimale for konvertering til salg? Dermed startet ferden inn i markedsføring og de digitale kanalene. Etter mange kurs og sene netter ved siden av full jobb, var det på tide å omsette teori til praksis. Vår første kunde fikk over 30 nye kunder den første måneden, og måtte ansette 2 nye medarbeidere for å håndtere den drastisk økende kundestrømmen. Å levere digital markedsføring med slike enormt positive resultater, er så sterkt for oss at vi aldri kommer til å slutte å skape resultater. Å være med på å endre livene til menneskene bak bedriftene er en ubeskrivelig rørende følelse. Educated in photography and worked as professional photographer for more than 20 years. Experience in planning, start-up and daily operations of retail and studio businesses. In 1997 started Stavanger's first artisanal coffee shop, which remains in operation. Espen is now the CEO of Norway in a Box. Espen Strand Henriksen. Concept developer who likes to set things in motion, build networks, collaborate and see the world from multiple perspectives. Educated at BI Norwegian Business School and in the Royal Norwegian Navy. Twenty years’ experience in marketing, advertising, media, sales, management and product and concept development in Oslo and Stavanger, 14 of them working for the world’s first digital cinema company (CAPA), and was also a key person in developing the unique and award winning mobility concept (HjemJobbHjem/HomeWorkHome). Espen is in charge of stakeholders at Norway in a Box.

Beyond Art raises money and awareness for other charities dedicated to helping women and children survivors of war, violence and abuse. Since 2014, the team behind Beyond Art has raised NOK 240,000 through annual art auctions for Women for Women International (“WFWI”), a charity that works in countries affected by war, violence and conflict, providing women with the tools and resources to move from crisis and poverty to self-sufficiency.
