LangO

LangO is changing the way companies deliver English language training to their employees online. We do this through a blended learning solution; a combination of live virtual lessons (Group Live Lessons and One-to-One) complemented by our on-demand micro-learning activities. Our responsive web app brings in the best-qualified teachers from around the world, custom-made LangO lesson content based on client's needs, and a scalable tech stack enabling employees to learn effectively on any device, at any time.

Homeboxx AS

Homeboxx is a convenient box for private homes or workplaces for the delivery of goods ordered from online stores regardless of the recipient's home or not. The Box is equipped with an electronic lock to keep the groceries safe and protected at all times. The box will have insulation material and may also have an active cooling or heating system to ensure different temperature zones, chilled and normally for temperature-sensitive goods like food. An app is included in the box to communicate with the end user, carrier, and the online store.

Mal Bildet Mitt AS

Mal Bildet Mitt arbeider sammen med kunstnere som enda ikke har skapt seg et stort nok navn til å selge direkte på egne veine, men som viser talent. I de fleste tilfellene er det yngre kunstnere. Vår største rekrutteringskanal er studenter ved og nyutdannede fra institutt for bildende kunst (e.g. "fine art") ved ulike universitet rundt omkring i verden. Vi annonserer på campus, besøker studentenes kunstutstillinger, får anbefalt de mest lovende studentene fra professorer og andre lærere osv. For å kunne holde prisene nede er rekrutteringen fokusert på lavkostland. Per i dag samarbeider Mal Bildet Mitt AS med kustnere i Thailand og Kina, men vi arbeider medå fremstille en webløsning som gjør det mulig å formidle oppdrag til kustnere i hele verden.

Bx Software AS

BxSoftware ble stiftet i 2011, etter at programvare hadde blitt et stadig viktigere produktområde for Barex Distribution og BarCom Labelling. Barex og BarCom har lenge levert egen programvare som et tilleggsprodukt til håndterminaler, men fra 2011 har programvaren fått mer fokus og blir solgt som et selvstendig produkt via BxSoftware. Vårt søsterselskap Barex Distribution har i 2015 blitt kjøpt opp av EET Europarts, som har blitt vår nye hoveddistributør av vår programvare. Vi har som mål å være markedsledende på innovasjon og kostnadseffektive løsninger for logistikk og datafangst. BxSoftware selger standardiserte produkter via et bredt forhandlernett, men leverer også tilpasninger og spesielt utviklede løsninger til bl.a. prosess-industri og lagerautomasjon, der vi får utnyttet vår kompetanse på logistikk, integrasjon og datafangst.

Aid in Action

Aid in Action is a voluntary organization that was started in 2008 by the then 19 year old Anne Louise Dæhlin (then Hübert), after visiting a poor village in Kenya. After initially helping to meet a dire need for food, Aid in Action has focused on sustainable development for the local community. We use social entrepreneurship to help poor people and children in need. We are – and want to be – a small and efficient organization that works closely with local, resourceful people in Africa. Our projects are mainly in Kenya. We are working within the areas of education, agriculture, stimulating local industry, water supply, roads, and assistance to orphans. The money we receive from our donors always goes directly to the projects, and none of it is spent on administrative costs on European side. This also means we pay no salaries to those who work with us here. We keep our donors updated with frequent posts on our web page and Facebook. Workability

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.
