Tema Innovasjon AS ble opprettet av Tor Magnus Anfinsen i 2016, og jobber med utvikling og salg av løsninger innen foto, dataspill og applikasjoner, samt salg av rådgivningstjenester, fotografering, bilder og andre produkter/tjenester, som naturlig hører sammen med dette. Vi er 3 ansatte og har som mål å utvikle seg som en ledende bedrift innen foto, rådgiving og innovasjon i Kongsberg.

Unoma - tilbyr bygg- og anleggsbransjen bedre oversikt oversiktlig, forbedret effektivitet og økt lønnsomhet. Kjerneproduktet er Unomaportalen, en digital plattform for små og mellomstore bedrifter i bygg- og anleggsbransjen. WindTechVi er et tidlig fase prosjekt som jobber med utvikling av teknologi og risikostyringssystemer for kaldt klima. High levels of wind noise are a health and safety hazard for motorcycle riders. Noise levels can exceed 110 decibels at highway riding, but also reach dangerously high levels even at city-riding speeds. 95% of riders want a quieter helmet. Current measures to combat noise levels in helmets have yielded very limited results. DAAL Noise Control Systems is a Norwegian start-up tech company founded in 2016 by acoustician and motorcyclist Dag Loe and physicist Sigmund Birkeland. DAAL is currently developing an active noise control system (ANC) for MC helmets. Our system dampens wind noise without interfering with important traffic noises like car horns and sirens.

I am Currently Looking to expand my upcoming Scandinavian fashion brand. I started sewing as a hobby, but last year I quit my job to make my hobby my full-time job. Appivate is a Norwegian company that develops mobile applications. Our primary developing tool is Appcelerator Studio, a program that lets us write a single code and translate it to native Android and iOS at runtime. This makes the development time- and cost-efficient. The primary goal is to satisfy the customers in every single project and to deliver a product that reflects the client´s vision. To ensure that we are on the right path we usually advise our customers to start with a prototype made with a sketch and envision. This makes it easy to determine if the customer and we are on the same wavelength.

Norwegian healthtech startup working on product development & commercialization of Tidewave; a fully automated patient mattress with a unique and total curvature control. The soloution prevents bed soares and other consequenses of immobility while maintaining the need for comfort and safety. Furthermore, this solution will save the health sector for large cost, and at the same time reducing the pain for the users. We have multiple prototyps which has been tested with great results on users, and are currently working on further developing the product and integrating better technology and smarter solutions.
