Vi jobber med drømmene og målene til den enkelte deltaker. Det er dette som setter kursen for hvor mennesker vil med livene. Det første steget i kurset er å formulere en drøm. Alt som skjer etter dette vil være tilpasset hver enkelt. Vi har ingen ferdig definert prosess som alle må trykkes gjennom, men bruker vår unike kombinasjon av erfaringskompetanse og fagkunnskap til å gi akkurat den støtten deltakerne trenger der de befinner seg akkurat nå. Vi forholder oss ikke til diagnoser eller fortid, men til hele mennesket.

With over 10 years of experience in various corporate environments, she has built strong skills in strategic planning, strategy, marketing, IT, leadership, project and budget management. Her educational background is in law and project management.   We are an ambitious and creative team of 5 founders and 2 active board members that are super passionate about making a difference in communities by providing a solution that we believe have a positive effect on people. We are also a team that focuses on building each other stronger and always encourage one another to think outside the box!   The team consists of experienced entrepreneurs, Senior Key accounts, entertainers and experienced business developers. As a part of the team, we also have two programmers in Android and IOS, with strong former experience in programming several successful applications.

At Zyberia we empower people, helping them master the tricky part of health: keeping track of the health story. We empower people thru a personal, intelligent digital platform called HealthB. It is a dual-sided platform with a private/personal UI connected to a UI for healthcare professionals. Our team consists, so far, of 4 dedicated members, each with individual competencies, covering the areas of problem understanding, UX-design processes, business development, and sales&marketing. MjøsElement AS er lokalisert på Rudshøgda i Ringsaker kommune, og er eid av familien Mølstad. Siden etableringen 1.1 2013 har bedriften utviklet seg til en interessant leverandør innen utvikling og fremstilling av høyteknologiske bygningskomponenter i polyuretan. Bedriften har utviklet egne produkter P-element og P-vindu for bolig og næringsbygg, og er i hovedsak underleverandør til entreprenører og utbyggere. It's an enjoyable board game where players are forced to make difficult choices without risking their life savings or the future of their workplaces. The worst case scenario is a humiliating defeat at the hands of your colleagues (quite scary, actually). Playing Lean is a new physical board game designed to teach the concepts and mechanics of Lean Startup in a class or workshop setting. Playing Lean was awarded the Nordic Crowdfunding Alliance "Best Norwegian Crowdfunding Campaign Award" in the Educational Products and Services category 2016.

Gjennom gode samtaler og innsikt utvikler vi nå en digital markedsplass for å streamline hele event-booking-prosessen, fra forespørsel og bestilling av leverandører, til organisering av hele arrangementet.  Vi ser frem til å spre gleden ved å arrangere events når vi lanserer plattformen vår!
