AVISOMO is developing indoor growing modules for farmers. These modules have an integrated regulation system that automatically cares for the environment inside and outside the module. The environment being nutrients in the hydroponic nutrient solution, pH levels, temperature, CO2 levels, light intensity and so on. This regulator is what makes this technology available to everyone. The regulation technology combined with top-shelf advanced LED makes our modules the best way to increase a farmer's yield more cost- and labour-effective.

The problem:The easiest pollution to clean up, is what's on the surface. Lost fishing gear is hidden on the bottom. It doesn't only cause pollution, but also torture and death of enormous amounts of animals. About 10% of the total amount of seafood harvested are wasted to ghost fishing. Hundreds of thousands of crab- and lobster traps are lost every years. In the Florida Keys alone an estimated 100 000 traps are lost every yearCaptured animals starve to death, and become bait for others to follow. Lost traps thus become endless killing machines at a severe societal and environmental cost. Over time traps also start dissolving, releasing microplastics into the ocean, working its way into the food chain and polluting our seafood. The solution:ResqUnit is a device that's mounted on top of a trap or a pot. If the trap is left under water for a longer period of time, ResqUnit activates and floats to the surface. Thus enabling you to retrieve it.We are hoping to raise awareness so that anyone who sees the unique floating device, will either pull up the equipment or report it's location. That way everybody can do their part keeping the oceans cleaner and stop the unnecessary killing of sea life.

AutoGlove is the first product from Ecocentric Innovation. A product development company with a sustainability focus. We are a forward-thinking team with several years of technological experience, and new innovations in the pipeline. The Idea for AutoGlove originated when one of our founders; Monty Hatfield visited a gas station and witnessed the unhygienic, extensive, and ineffective use of disposable gloves. During his studies at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, he recruited a team to develop the product AutoGlove. Thus, Ecocentric Innovation was born and we now work with companies across many sectors to reduce unnecessary disposable glove waste.

MyRent is a cloud-based system for managing tenants and rent payment. Our customers are businesses renting out apartments in Norway. MyRent has been running since 2012, and with help from a customized CRM system, we started getting customers early on. Today handle about 28 Million NOK in monthly payments for our customers. Our goal is to get this platform out in Scandinavia, after building the bases in Norway.

Not on their vessel. Not on my watch. The gamble is made with human lives at stake, and unfortunately, the odds are already written in blood. My system is based on my almost 20 years in this busyness. I have been a sailor who has trusted my own life on such equipment. I have been fortunate enough to use such equipment to save others. I have been responsible for the maintenance of such, I have worked with the leading manufacturers of such equipment as well as with companies providing service and inspections. I have also been part of the international organization responsible for the development of the rules for lifesaving equipment, and I have monitored this work closely for the last 10 years. I have seen all sides of the above-mentioned struggle. I know at the end of the day safety is at stake. I also have the solution. My system will benefit all parties and make equipment integrity and safety profitable for all. I am looking for a co-founder, CTO, and system developer to make my dream come true. I need someone with a passion to make a difference. Vår største rekrutteringskanal er studenter ved og nyutdannede fra institutt for bildende kunst (e.g. "fine art") ved ulike universitet rundt omkring i verden. Vi annonserer på campus, besøker studentenes kunstutstillinger, får anbefalt de mest lovende studentene fra professorer og andre lærere osv. For å kunne holde prisene nede er rekrutteringen fokusert på lavkostland.
