NewSchool develops innovative digital tools for collaboration and project based learning by combining agile working methods, psychology, games and mobile media.The tools draw on a set of successful business practices  - the kanban boards for Lean Management, adapted to education purposes, in real-time. We are an education technology start-up, with extensive change management experience, unique insights in workforce trends and technology, and pedagogy at its core. All team members have solid international experience from fields like mobile technology, business development and technology management, international education, instructional design, and learning sciences research.The team consists of Fredrik Harloff, Chief Executive Officer, and Mihaela Tabacaru , Community Manager, both co-founders of NewSchool, working full time. The third co-founder, Stian Hofslett Thowsen, works full time as a teacher and part of management team at Langaugen secondary school in Bergen, Norway. Besides the three co-founders, NewSchool relies on an interdisciplinary board of administration with senior level execs: Anne Posner, Bjarne Solhaug, and Paal Kaperdal, all with broad experience, covering international business development expertise, publishing house and human resources expertise, and digital transformation expertise. Frequent contributor and education research expert is Marina Hirnstein, PhD in cognitive psychology, expert in learning analytics .We have offices in Bergen and Oslo,  members of two incubators: Nyskapningsparken in Bergen (http://www.nyskapingsparken.no/) and SoCentral in Oslo, Nordic Center for Social Innovation (www.socentral.no). SuperEgo is aiming to be the leading company in the field of digital health in Scandinavia.  We have had a flying start by getting European contracts through our collaboration with the Norwegian institute of Public Health and the National Competence Network for Children. The company has developed it's own control board for 3D-printers with an accompanying capacitive touch LCD screen for making highly intuitive user interfaces for 3D-printers. The business model is based on developing open source electronics with accompanying software and selling it to 3D-printer manufacturers.

The software allows companies to switch from paper waybills to e-waybills, which results in lower costs and greater transparency. Founded in 2017, Waybiller was a brainchild of a team of developers and business consultants at Thorgate. After creating three very successful waybill softwares for the forestry industry, Waybiller was created as a spin-off to make the logistics industry paperless!
