Han har hatt stillinger i Rieber og Søn, Toro, Denja og Minde Sjokolade. Fra 2000 til 2012 har han bygget opp og ledet Brynhildsen AS til en betydelig aktør i norsk dagligvare med mange ledende merkevarer. I 2012 overtok han eierskapet i Vossakjøt AS og har ledet en snuoperasjon som har gitt bedriften en solid omsetningsøkning. Han blant annet har lagt vekt på markedsføring og riktig distribusjon for å få dette til. Norwegian Food Partner AS har også andre interessante samarbeidspartnere. The soloution prevents bed soares and other consequenses of immobility while maintaining the need for comfort and safety. Furthermore, this solution will save the health sector for large cost, and at the same time reducing the pain for the users. Målet med skolen er å bidra til nyskaping ved å utfordre kreativ tenkning og utfoldelse. SKAP ligger sentralt i Mandal, og eies av næringsliv og det offentlige i felleskap. Skolen er internat-basert og vil ha 10-15 ansatte. Internatet brukes til hotell om sommeren.
