SuperEgo is aiming to be the leading company in the field of digital health in Scandinavia.  We have had a flying start by getting European contracts through our collaboration with the Norwegian institute of Public Health and the National Competence Network for Children. Lately, we have changed our focus to gamification and simulated Artificial Intelligence. Our goal is to develop new and innovative products for both companies (in private and public health) and consumers.   The people behind SuperEgo is a good mix of personalities and backgrounds. Our team consist of psychologists, doctors and engineers working together, - and having fun while doing it. Our hearts are in making help more available for people who need it. Achieving this goal requires team members that know the administrativ stuff and how to do business. The core team consists of Henning (business development), Geir (management and administration), Tarique (software development and engineering) and Svein (psychology and behavior change). We also have a network of advisors, all being specialists in their field. We also collaborate with user organizations, NTNU, Stanford University and Villa Sult. When we all meet up, there sure is a lot of ideas and inspiration flowing around!

The Nordic Food Supplements AS (NFS) produces mealworms destined for food industry, animal feeding, plants nutrition. Our focus is oriented towards B2B market, we  provide: - Live, dried and powder mealworms to farms, pets shops, zoos and specific food markets. - Frass (insects poop) is a very rich nutrient for plants which we intend to sale to plant shops and also on a stand alone webshop However NFS AS is also a wholesaler of dried larvae to niche markets/direct consumer. My name is Frederick V. Richard, the idea of starting with insects protein farming emerged on a road trip in France questioning my future in IT companies (Yes i left bugs for bugs!). I have been conducing research on the possibility of rearing insects in Norway for a year before even approaching people about this project. Only after studying the feasibility of the project i started to gather 1 partner, which leaded to 2 other partners with scientific  and entrepreneurship/leadership background. Our team is now composed with Elena, Pål and Espen. We then started our first pilot site in an old farm (not a garage) with just 6kg of larvae to ensure we gathered enough knowledge on rearing insects under specific conditions. Today we have a cattle of ca 1/2 tonne and will keep growing til the end of the year as we plan to expand our production.

We are building Newcycle, because we want to end the throw-away society.   Every year our global society throw away 100 billion tonnes of materials. This obviously can't continue. At the the core of this issue lies a general perception that new things are more valuable than things we already own. Or that things new from the store is better than buying it used from someone else. We believe that if it was easier for people to treat the things they own better, keeping them maintained and in mint condition, this perception would change. We started Newcycle on an ambition to kickstart a circular revolution in retail and consumerism. The way we exploit our planet’s resources needs to change. The way we buy things needs to change. And the way we own things needs to change. With the Newcycle app, consumers can create an inventory of everything they own, to get an overview of their products. It's free to use the app, and we offer additional paid services, like reselling their used items. By giving consumers access to digital twins of everything they own, we make it easier for our users to maintain, repair, refine, buy and sell their products, regardless of whether they are the 1st, 2nd or 8th owner of a product. In the app The Newcycle app connects the owner of a product with the retailer who sold it and the producer who made it, for the entire life span of the product, benefiting both the consumers and the producers of the products. The positive result is longer use of the products and in the end recycling.
