Voids er en delings-app for parkeringsplasser hvor vi knyttet de som har en ledig parkeringsplass med de som leter etter en parkering. På parkeringsanlegg med skiltgjenkjenningssystem er Voids-appen et betalingsalternativ som tillater automatisk trekk slik at bilister ikke trenger å foreta seg noe under et parkeringsforhold. RightHair is developing a global market and education platform for curly and afro-textured hair to help people and minority women solve the problems of lack of availability of products and services and women's challenges in being financially independent worldwide. Through RightHair we give women all over the world an opportunity to start their own businesses and be financially independent. We do this by creating a software platform to connect freelancers, retailers and hairdressers to their customers. And we top that off with a “skill share” community for education. People with curls and afro textured hair are excluded from offers and services in today's beauty industry. Also, financial abuse is one of the main reasons why women are unable to leave relationships, worldwide. These problems contribute to discrimination in society, that women with minority backgrounds end up outside society and this makes the poor poorer. Women of color are excluded from many of the existing offers worldwide. RightHair solves these problems by creating a market platform where all services and products meet. So that people with curly and afro textured hair always can find something in their area. We also solve women's job and financial challenges around the world by offering a platform on which they can sell their products and services. Here they also get the opportunity to take courses, learn how to start and build a business and collaborate with partners outside their network. RightHair was founded by Lalla Coulibaly and Olimata Jeng who both grew up in Norway with roots from Africa. Due to the lack of offers for themselves and their community, the ladies each started their own platforms. Over the past 5 years, Krølltopp.no and Norwegian Naturals have grown into Norway's largest platforms for curly and afro textured hair with a total of 12,000 monthly users. now the ladies have teamed up to start RightHair as the question they get the most on their platforms is “where can I get my hair cut” and “where can I find products?''. Both ladies want to put time and energy into something that can contribute to women's opportunities and living conditions. This desire comes from their own experience as minority women in Norway with African roots.

Fishby is a recreational sport fishings industry's very own "Google". Through our platform, a fisherman can buy ANY fishing permit in Norway (for now), even those that don't exist yet. The best thing is that we can do it WITHOUT needing the landowner/permit seller to pre-register on the platform or even know about us. It is a trading channel between the fisherman and landowner, and It is as simple as sending a "friend`s request" on Facebook. However, here you are not making friends, you are asking people if you are allowed to fish on their land and for what price.

We use a new technology for sealing ventilation duct from the inside. The technology was developed in the US in 1994, but didn't reach the European market until 2015. In 2016 ImL Aeroseal started up in Finland, and as of September 1st 2020 we are breaking into the Norwegian market. Our product solves the issues with the traditional sealing of ventilation ducts; using tape and acryllic sealant to try and plug the leaks. Instead we build up a pressure inside the system and inject a small particle gas that finds all the small leakages and seals them. Not only is it faster, but also alot more effective than the previous method, which in turn makes it much more financially beneficent. With a ventilation system that has little to no leakage you extend the life of the engines and maximize the output of the fans. In addition you get cleaner air in the serviced areas. I became a part of this startup because with my 15 years of experience in the ventilation industry I can truly see the advantages of this method to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation systems and enhance the indoor air quality.
