Kreoz was conceived as a project while the founders were doing their MBA at IE Business School in Madrid. Our core team today consists of Erlend from Norway and Filippo from Italy. Erlend has a background in management and business development and is a big foodie and football fan. Filippo's worked with product development in tech companies, and is an avid marathon runner. Erlend is responsible for commercial activities including social media, partnerships, artist relations and user engagement. Filippo looks after product development and testing, working with our developer in Bulgaria. We currently work remotely, apart from periodic gatherings, but we are looking to grow our team in Oslo. As a team we value openness, action orientation, and a willingness to challenge established ideas.When we meet in person, apart from working, we like to eat good good, drink beer and discuss technological disruption.

Studio Gauntlet wants to do something different. We want gaming to bring people together, a social experience that all ages and groups can enjoy together. We are motivated and have dedicated time and resources to get Studio Gauntlet to become the next great game studio in Norway.
