TrustLabs AS

TrustLabs is developing an easy-to-use platform that helps small and medium businesses with authenticating and verifying their online customers' identities without having to deal with complex tools nor robbing the bank. Today everyone building a online business needs to settle with IT security tooling that is extremely complex to operate. These are often tools provided by larger Identity Management vendors cobbled together from multiple acquisitions without consideration of the jobs-to-be-done by the developer and IT organizations. Instead of spending weeks or months, the developers should be able to integrate a social provider or electronic identification (eID) provider in minutes and hours into their apps. Our solution is an highly automated platform supporting OpenID Connect and OAuth as main interfaces. Customer applications will only need to work through a single interface that offers normalized responses across the all identity providers so that our customers don't need custom code for each identity provider their app needs to support. Less code is less failures is less time spent on maintenance. With a highly-automated technology stack we are reducing the costs for everyone so that everyone can focus their energy on where it matters the most - generating value through pleasing their customers! Identity management see rapid changes and new innovations. There is always a battle to beat the malicious actors. We see new blockchain based identity schemes emerge aiming for better consumer privacy. This is all good news! At the same time, its important that businesses don't need to scrap their existing technology investements and any new tech should augment, not replace existing infrastructure. Ferdia

Ferdia har som mål å digitalisere og fornye turbussbransjen gjennom en Uber-lignende tilnærming. Vi skal revolusjonere turbussmarkedet gjennom å digitalisere små og mellomstore turbusselskap og ved å gjøre det mye enklere å leie og bruke turbusser. Det være seg til firmaturer, festivaler eller fotballkamper. Turbussbransjen i Europa er preget av et stort antall busselskap og lite digitalisering. 85% av tiden står bussene parkert eller kjører på veien uten passasjerer i setene. Våre nye digitale tjenester kombinert med maskinlæring og rute-optimalisering vil gjøre det mulig å utnytte bussenes kapasitet mye mer effektivt enn i dag. Vi har fått støtte fra Innovasjon Norge, inngått samarbeid med Tide, et av Norges største busselskap, og har begynt arbeidet med internasjonalisering. Dette blir et spennende år!

50 til 100 er et nytt nettverk hvor vi mobiliserer kompetente og erfarne mennesker alderen 50 år og oppover, til å styrke bedrifter i tidlig fase. Vi har møteplasser hvor modne personer treffer oppstartsbedrifter, og går inn i tettere samarbeid med dem. Alt fra styreplasser og mentorer til rådgivere eller å bli ansatt i en ny bedrift. Vi bruker tilgjengelig erfaring til å skape og styrke fremtidens arbeidsplasser og næringsliv. Gruppen utgjør i våre øyne tidenes mest kompetent og hurtigst voksende befolkningsdel med uutnyttet potensiale. For veldig mange oppstartsbedrifter er det en stor styrke å kunne knytte til seg erfaring, nettverk og kompetanse som de ikke har internt. Vi legger også vekt på at bedriftene i stor grad har ønsker om å løse samfunnsproblemer, i kombinasjon med å tjene penger. 50 til 100 jobber mot vanlige bedrifter (for-profit), sosialt entreprenørskap, non-profits, og organisasjoner. Vi samarbeider også med større virksomheter (private og offentlige) hvor det er 50 plussere som har skaperglede.

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. We make the restaurant and hospitality experience better, no more shouting to hold a conversation - the background music will always balanced. WHY WAVED? THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The goal of restaurants, bars and other eating and drinking venues is to provide the best customer experience possible. The customer’s well-being is directly linked to the amount of money spent during their stay and the likelihood that they will return. THE IMPORTANCE OF SOUND Research has shown that a well composed sound environment has direct impact on how the guest’s overall experience and even how the taste of the food and drinks are perceived. LARGE INVESTMENTS IN SOUND EQUIPMENT Most restaurants and bars know how important the sound environment is for a good customer experience and it is common to spend thousands of dollars on sound equipment. WHAT DECIDES THE VOLUME? The volume is usually controlled manually by waiters or bartenders in-between their other duties. Lack of information and knowledge of the customers perception often lead to poor volume level decisions. THE SOLUTION IS WAVED Wall-mounted sensors are placed around the venue and listens to the sound environment. Waved’s brain is build around our self-developed algorithm. It has the ability to understand and evaluate the sound environment and is used to set the perfect sound volume in order to maximise the customer experience.

IML Aeroseal AS

We use a new technology for sealing ventilation duct from the inside. The technology was developed in the US in 1994, but didn't reach the European market until 2015. In 2016 ImL Aeroseal started up in Finland, and as of September 1st 2020 we are breaking into the Norwegian market. Our product solves the issues with the traditional sealing of ventilation ducts; using tape and acryllic sealant to try and plug the leaks. Instead we build up a pressure inside the system and inject a small particle gas that finds all the small leakages and seals them. Not only is it faster, but also alot more effective than the previous method, which in turn makes it much more financially beneficent. With a ventilation system that has little to no leakage you extend the life of the engines and maximize the output of the fans. In addition you get cleaner air in the serviced areas. I became a part of this startup because with my 15 years of experience in the ventilation industry I can truly see the advantages of this method to improve the effectiveness of the ventilation systems and enhance the indoor air quality.
