Project Plast is a Norwegian based non-profit organisation established in 2019. We believe in the power and agency of local communities and our aim is to contribute to finding solutions for the ever growing problem of plastic pollution. We are currently building a shredder and an injection machine which will enable us to directly recycle plastic in our community. Another key purpose of our organisation is to rise awareness and inspire others, especially young people, to be actors for change.

Kreoz was conceived as a project while the founders were doing their MBA at IE Business School in Madrid. Our core team today consists of Erlend from Norway and Filippo from Italy. Erlend has a background in management and business development and is a big foodie and football fan. Filippo's worked with product development in tech companies, and is an avid marathon runner. Erlend is responsible for commercial activities including social media, partnerships, artist relations and user engagement. Filippo looks after product development and testing, working with our developer in Bulgaria. We currently work remotely, apart from periodic gatherings, but we are looking to grow our team in Oslo. As a team we value openness, action orientation, and a willingness to challenge established ideas.When we meet in person, apart from working, we like to eat good good, drink beer and discuss technological disruption.

Studio Gauntlet wants to do something different. We want gaming to bring people together, a social experience that all ages and groups can enjoy together. We are motivated and have dedicated time and resources to get Studio Gauntlet to become the next great game studio in Norway. We have turned down other job offers, built a network and have the full confidence of our mentors.
