Self-Care AS gjør det enklere for mennesker i alle livsfaser å ta ansvar for egen helse. Dette ved at vi utvikler verktøy tilpasset livssituasjonen de forskjellige målgruppene er. I første omgang utvikler vi verktøy for barselgrupper og småbarnforesatte, for voksne generelt og for kronikere. Det utarbeides faghefter som skal tilnærmes behandlingsplaner som utvikles på Helsenorge. Self-Care AS tilbyr nøye utvalgte medisinsk tekniske hjelpemidler og digitale verktøy som gjør egenomsorg tryggere og mer tilgjengelig. Ved å kombinere kunnskap og praktiske produkter, bidrar Self-Care AS til at enkeltpersoner bedre forstår sin egen helsetilstand og kan følge med på registrerte endringer over tid. Dette gjør brukerne mer rustet til å kontakte helsetjenesten ved behov – og legger til rette for mer effektiv kommunikasjon og forståelse, og riktig prioritering i helsevesenet.

SEEEK want to incease the use of each product and be a contributor to a lower consumption of outdoor gear. SEEEKs target customers is people with interest in outdoor activities and in the age group 20-40, but is not limited to this group. SEEEK belive in the idea and see an international potential and will aim for going international in 2027, after been operating in Norway and maybe the nordic since the middle of 2025. Dyrk is like an Airbnb, but for gardens. We let garden owners rent out their garden to people who needs some space to grow their own vegetables. The growers will pay a monthly subscription to be able to grow their own vegetables in a garden. The garden owners can put their garden out on our platform and wait for growers to apply so they can earn money. There does not exist a way to rent a garden space or to rent out your garden. The alternative today if you do not own a garden yourself is to sign up for allotment garden through the municipality. In Oslo the allotment from the municipality has a waiting time of atleast 20 years. The waiting time is far too long on today’s alternatives for growing. After corona the interest for growing vegetables has been booming. We tackle this problem by letting people who own a garden rent it out to these people that want to grow, but do not have the space themselves.
