Diinef is a small company started in 2013 by three engineers. The business concept is sales of electronically controlled valve systems for large hydraulic motors. The valves control the connection between each individual motor cylinder and high- and low-pressure, thereby making the motors controllable and increasing power and efficiency significantly. The product is unique and belongs to the growing technology area of digital hydraulics. We have partners in the areas of motor manufacturing and maritime- and offshore equipment. Throughout 2017 we are developing and testing valves, electronics, and software to finalize the first product, and in parallel, we work with equipment manufacturers to develop application examples and methods. Diinef's founders are employees of the company. We are one Norwegian and two Danes working out of three different locations in Norway and Denmark with a business address in Kristiansand. Our ages are between 30 and 53. Electronic communication, cloud-based documentation, and some travel activity is part of our daily life. So are flexibility and self-motivation. We are looking for a profile to strengthen our team in the area of electronics and software.

Happystar ble etablert i desember 2014, av Elisabeth Haga; grafisk designer og idéutvikler. Etter flere år med Happy Star som hobby tok Elisabeth spranget i oktober 2017 og startet opp fulltid. I 2020 tok vi enda et nytt sprang og gikk fra enkeltmannsforetak til aksjeselskap med to nye ansatte og et lite utsalgssted i Randaberg sentrum. Etter et år her pakket vi igjen ned lageret, og flyttet til et større lager. Vi stortrives på vår nye adresse, randabergveien 308. Her har vi pakkeskap utenfor slik at våre kunder som bestiller 'Hent på lager' kan hente 24/7. The reason I am doing it Sitting at home one night, I received a call that changed everything. While working alone in London, my brother had been brutally attacked with a hammer. I was devastated and felt completely powerless. He was miles away in another country, what could I do to help? Nothing! Walking along the river, thinking about what had happened, I looked down at the water and suddenly it came to me. I knew what I had to do. After a visit to Canada in 2012, two sumptuous, LED flashing ugly christmas sweaters came with us home to winter Oslo, Norway.
