Disputas is a small tech startup based in Oslo. We come from language technology, robotics, and philosophy. On a grant from the Norwegian research council (NFR), we are currently in the process of developing a digital platform for textual analysis in the educational sector. This summer we started developing the core functionality of the platform, and the first module is aimed at argument analysis. Our plan for 2021 is to expand the platform with modules for syntactic analysis of words and sentences, semantic concept analysis, and a module for law studies and juridical case processing. The premise of the project is to design the platform and the various modules in such a way that use generates data of a kind that is applicable for training novel machine learning services in the field of natural language processing (NLP).

The cups are designed and developed in Norway and are produced in a certified "clean room" in Taiwan. Jeanette visited the factory in March 2019. The silicone used is certified medical-grade silicone from Dow Corning. The bag coming with the menstrual cup when buying one is made of lyocell Tencel, printed and sewn at Fabrikk Oslo. The packaging is made of carton and is printed at 07 media in Oslo. The goal is to make menstrual cup mainstream and to sell more sustainable products. *  One of the reasons Flove was established was to help girls to stay in school around the world. There are so many girls who can't afford sanitary pads and the result is often that many girls drop out of school. After working in the digital marketing industry for several years, we identified some problems with existing tools. Problems: 1. Tools available for search engine optimization are solely targeting specialists and professionals. 2. Tools available have too much data for a regular person to navigate through 3. You need several tools to cover the first part of the customer journey (Acquisition, Behaviour, Conversion). 4. There are approximately no tools in the market that processes web statistical data automatically, based on unique algorithms to identify user intention, valuable user segments, positive/negative trends in channel data, etc. Additionally, there are no tools in the market that merges SEO data, website statistics, and conversion data altogether, to produce a better holistic view and understanding, which constitutes the first part of our perspective on the customer journey (Acquisition, Behaviour, Conversion), in order to automate and analyze these data for the customer. By having this merged data and applying the latest technology as machine learning and artificial intelligence together with in-house developed algorithms, we could produce insight for our customers in a much better way, a lot faster. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.
