Kreoz was conceived as a project while the founders were doing their MBA at IE Business School in Madrid. Our core team today consists of Erlend from Norway and Filippo from Italy. Erlend has a background in management and business development and is a big foodie and football fan. Filippo's worked with product development in tech companies, and is an avid marathon runner. Erlend is responsible for commercial activities including social media, partnerships, artist relations and user engagement. Filippo looks after product development and testing, working with our developer in Bulgaria. We currently work remotely, apart from periodic gatherings, but we are looking to grow our team in Oslo. As a team we value openness, action orientation, and a willingness to challenge established ideas.When we meet in person, apart from working, we like to eat good good, drink beer and discuss technological disruption.

Ta et bilde, legg til en tekst og send til en tilfeldig innenfor en satt radius. Du kan også sette preferanser som alder og kjønn på mottaker. Bilde kan åpnes og blir borte etter noen sekunder. På denne måten er samtalen uforpliktende, og å bryte isen er lett. Teamet vårt består nå av to gira karer som gjør ting som er nytt for oss begge, ironisk nok kan ingen av oss tech, og kan dermed ikke endre vårt eget produkt. Vi ser stort potensiale og vet at vi kan komme langt med en gang vi får en tech-person med oss!

Vi ønsker å hjelpe mennesker til en bedre psykisk helse og mulighet for en reell deltakelse i livet. Med fokus på deltakernes egne drømmer og mål. Vi jobber med drømmene og målene til den enkelte deltaker. Det er dette som setter kursen for hvor mennesker vil med livene. Det første steget i kurset er å formulere en drøm. Alt som skjer etter dette vil være tilpasset hver enkelt. Vi har ingen ferdig definert prosess som alle må trykkes gjennom, men bruker vår unike kombinasjon av erfaringskompetanse og fagkunnskap til å gi akkurat den støtten deltakerne trenger der de befinner seg akkurat nå.
