Studentene får praktisk og relevant erfaring innen sitt fagfelt med mandat til å utfordre bedriften og løse reelle problemstillinger, og bedriftene får levert nye løsninger og unge perspektiver fra et tverrfaglig, energisk og ressurssterkt studentteam.

Bi ønsker at de unge skal få gode vekstvilkår så de kan utvikle seg selv og sine evner. Vi vet dette handler mye om hva slags innstilling og tankesett man har. Vi vet også a dette tankesettet kan endres. Vi utvikler derfor et utviklingsprogram som styrker t veksorientert tankesett, mestringstro og robusthet til at takle utfordringer på skoken og livet ellers. MadeToGrow utvikles i første omgang for lærere, elever/studerende og foreldre og er testet ut ved en ungdomsskole med gode resultater. Vi ønsker at MadeToGrow skal kunne være tilgjengelig og enkelt å ta i bruk for alle, uansett om man ønsker å gjøre det på egenhånd, sammen på skolen eller med familien. Derfor utvikler vi nå en nettbaseret løsning hvor du blandt annet får lære om hva som skjer i hjernen når vi lærer, hvordan vi kan utvikle våre evner og hvordan vi selv og andre kan påvirke vårt tankesett.

We offer new possibilities in the field of urban gardening. BEDD design, produce and sell modular raised garden bed systems in steel. Simple as Lego bricks and cool as Montana shelves.  The concept is developed in close collaboration with ByBye Design and our production partner is Tronrud Engineering in Moss, Norway. Since prototype launch in 2016, BEDD has experienced 3x growth every year. In 2019 our goal is to expand to 60 stores and launch a great self watering system for BEDD.  Our company vision is "Cultivating passion". It covers our passion for urban gardening and green living, but also our passion for sustainable growth in new and exciting markets. Our team is a nice bouquet of experts from fields such as gardening, design, strategy, marketing and business development. Tropical hurricanes are generated when masses of cold and warm air collide. And the sea surface temperature is above 26.5°C. We are doing research and development to cool the sea surface temperature by exploiting colder water deeper down in the sea. This will help us cope with climate change. The companyOceanTherm AS was founded in 2017 and is engaged in the research and development of methods and technologies preventing tropical storms from becoming devastating. OceanTerm AS also delivers maritime counseling. The challenge Many people have tried to find ways of preventing hurricanes before they make landfall, resulting in the loss of human lives. In recent years we have witnessed intense tropical storms, costing thousands of lives, as well as massive destructions. For example: in 2005, hurricane Katrina killed more than 1,800 people and caused damage of $ 90 billion. In 2016, hurricane Matthew swept across Haiti, taking 852 lives and destroying many towns on the island. The total estimated cost for damage caused by hurricanes in 2017, is calculated at $250 billion. Tropical hurricanes are generated when masses of cold and warm air collide. Another essential factor is that the sea surface temperature is above 26.5°C. Climate change is causing sea surface temperatures to increase. In the case of hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria that occurred between August and September 2017, sea surface temperatures were measured as high as 32°C. The big questionIs it possible to cool the sea surface to below 26.5°C by exploiting colder water from deeper in the water column? We work to gather as socially and environmentally sustainable producers as possible in one place, with the aim of making the path to ethical choices shorter for Norwegian consumers. The company was founded June 2020 after the founder's own personal experiences with trying to find ethical and sustainable brands to shop from, but feeling like it was such a time-consuming process. People who want to make good, conscious choices when shopping, should not have to spend hours surfing from one web shop to another to find products they need and background check them. This pushed the founder to create a marketplace, strictly for ethical and the most environmental friendly brands. This would spare the customer of time; by collecting all the products they need in one place, and doing the background checking for them, and knowledge; by introducing them to brands they may not have heard of before, and provide them with information about sustainability that the dishonest brands do not want to provide for them. Today, Ence works together with partnering brands to encourage and educate business leaders who take the responsibility of being more sustainable, so that these types of businesses together can evolve and take up a bigger market share together. By connecting these business leaders together, Ence aims to create a hub for sustainable brands to facilitate their growth. Ence consists of a team of 9 dedicated employees, volunteering for a cause they find important.

Vår historie Mikalsen Utvikling ble stiftet av Andrè Mikalsen i 2015. Etter mange år med utvikling av nettsider ble det ofte et tomrom og ønske om å bidra mer når nettsidene var ferdig levert. Spørsmålet som hele tiden dukket opp var om kunden faktisk kunne få enda flere besøkende til siden. Selv om nettsidene så grafisk bra ut, var de optimale for konvertering til salg? Dermed startet ferden inn i markedsføring og de digitale kanalene. Etter mange kurs og sene netter ved siden av full jobb, var det på tide å omsette teori til praksis. Vår første kunde fikk over 30 nye kunder den første måneden, og måtte ansette 2 nye medarbeidere for å håndtere den drastisk økende kundestrømmen. Å levere digital markedsføring med slike enormt positive resultater, er så sterkt for oss at vi aldri kommer til å slutte å skape resultater. Å være med på å endre livene til menneskene bak bedriftene er en ubeskrivelig rørende følelse. I dag har vi et sterkt fokus på å hjelpe små og mellomstore bedrifter, da våre tjenester kan utgjøre en stor forskjell i bedriftens hverdag.
