A core element of Legelisten.no are actual patients' ratings of the healthcare specialists they have used. You don’t hear how good they are from us, but you get an idea of ​​what actual patients experienced and felt and can judge for yourself.     And since good user experience is based on good communication – your constructive feedback makes it easier for the healthcare professionals to either keep doing what they are doing well, or to try and improve whatever isn’t working out so well.
