Diinef is a small company started in 2013 by three engineers. The business concept is sales of electronically controlled valve systems for large hydraulic motors. The valves control the connection between each individual motor cylinder and high- and low-pressure, thereby making the motors controllable and increasing power and efficiency significantly. The product is unique and belongs to the growing technology area of digital hydraulics. We have partners in the areas of motor manufacturing and maritime- and offshore equipment. Throughout 2017 we are developing and testing valves, electronics, and software to finalize the first product, and in parallel, we work with equipment manufacturers to develop application examples and methods. Diinef's founders are employees of the company. We are one Norwegian and two Danes working out of three different locations in Norway and Denmark with a business address in Kristiansand. Our ages are between 30 and 53. Electronic communication, cloud-based documentation, and some travel activity is part of our daily life. So are flexibility and self-motivation. SKAP kreativ folkehøyskole er en frilynt folkehøyskole under etablering. SKAP er godkjent for 100 elever, og vil ta imot første kull fra høsten 2016. Målet med skolen er å bidra til nyskaping ved å utfordre kreativ tenkning og utfoldelse. SKAP ligger sentralt i Mandal, og eies av næringsliv og det offentlige i felleskap. Skolen er internat-basert og vil ha 10-15 ansatte. Internatet brukes til hotell om sommeren.
