The company is founded and run by Constance and Tonje, two Norwegian product designers with extensive background from development and production of tableware. Holmestrand Skitunnel AS (HST) er etablert for å bygge om veitunnelen i Holmestrand til helårs skianlegg for langrenn, skiskyting og paraidrett. Det er gjennomført en mulighetsstudie under ledelse av Olafsen Prosjektadministrasjon AS i Sande, Senter for Idrettsanlegg og Teknologi (SIAT) ved NTNU i Trondheim og  Terje Grønmo Arkitekter AS i Oslo, i et nært samarbeid med Vestfold Fylkeskommune som eier tunnelen. Det er inngått i alt syv intensjonavstaler med lokale og nasjonale bedrifter om det videre arbeidet. Målet er å ta anlegget i bruk i 2019.

Tarpon Solar utvikler en solduk. Dette er en kombinasjon av laminert duk, brukt i seilindustrien, og fleksible solceller. Solduken kan spennes opp som en presenning, eller benyttes på et rammeverk som et telt. I tillegg til å produsere fornybar strøm, kan den skape et komfortabelt uteområde i ly for sol, regn og vind.
