About Kørt Kørt is a female owned and founded. The name Kørt is my (Courtney - owner, and founder) nickname after a mispronunciation occurred in the job I was transferred to Norway to do, at DNV. I've been leather crafting for 9 years now. I owned a small leather goods business in Australia which broke even and was gaining consistent orders before I had to choose to either continue or relocate to Norway with my day job. I am building Kørt because, in my corporate career, I was traveling internationally regularly but could never find the bag that did all the functions I needed. Travel size laptop bag, great for in the board room and customer meetings, easy to take around while exploring the city I was in, and could also take me to a bar or black tie event, and then become a backpack to take on the plane when I was flying home the next day. In all my travels I didn't find anything, so I created it myself. I am building my company right from the start. I am fully focused on the entire supply chain of my materials and manufacturing. They help manage water, temperature, air quality and improve life quality. The design process, the sourcing of plants and the maintenance systems for these spaces are however challenging today: they are not fit to properly respond to the ever more demanding regulations and the increased complexity of projects. We are solving this with a platform for all urban green spaces stakeholders. Put simply we want to create the OTOVO of urban green spaces. This means we are orchestrating stakeholders to make sure the right plants are used in the right place to create cities we thrive in.

Disputas is a small tech startup based in Oslo. We come from language technology, robotics, and philosophy. On a grant from the Norwegian research council (NFR), we are currently in the process of developing a digital platform for textual analysis in the educational sector. This summer we started developing the core functionality of the platform, and the first module is aimed at argument analysis. Our plan for 2021 is to expand the platform with modules for syntactic analysis of words and sentences, semantic concept analysis, and a module for law studies and juridical case processing. The premise of the project is to design the platform and the various modules in such a way that use generates data of a kind that is applicable for training novel machine learning services in the field of natural language processing (NLP).
