Sterk Saus

Norske håndlagde chilisauser Chili og kjærlighet er de to viktigste ingrediensene i våre sauser. Gründeren av Sterk Saus® heter Asle Schau-Hvatum og er en opprinnelig sørlending som har bosatt seg på det sentrale østlandet. I flere år før firmaet ble opprettet lagde Asle chilisaus hjemme for å gjøre fredagstacoen litt hottere og mer spenstig. Familie, venner og kjente smakte og ga tilbakemeldinger – slik at sausen hele tiden ble videreutviklet. Sterk Saus® har et brennhett forhold til chili – faktisk like heftig som varmeeksplosjonen du får av en modig, munnfull chilisaus. Vi elsker at smaksløkene våre blir utfordret og strukket. Og apropos løk, så er chili et voksende segment, akkurat som hvitløk var på 70/80-tallet. Kun råvarer av ypperste kvalitet blir med i våre sauskjeler. Chilimagien skjer i våre moderne produksjonslokaler i Halden, hvor vi tilbereder, koker og tapper hver eneste chiliflaske for hånd. Våre to viktigste ingredienser i sausen er chili og kjærlighet til faget. Dette kombinerer vi med moderne produksjonsmetoder, som sikrer kvalitet i alle ledd.

Techforgood AS - WAVE NFT

A boundless Music Metaverse with NFT Trading - The artistic condensation of the digital music world can be fixed by NFT and Token, which not only enables traditional music creators to meet the needs of circulation, revenue and reputation from the society, but also opens up users the access to Web3 music Metaverse. We launched Wave to allow music creators to reach end consumers through the NFTization of music assets, and to connect music works with chaotic copyrights in the physical world to the fresh Web3 music metaverse.

Workability

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.

Caudex

Caudex is developing an app that will solve the problem with second hand textbooks not being forwarded or sold. Buying second hand textbooks for your next subject should be as easy as just searching for the subject-code or sending a message to students that have previously taken the subject. Solving this problem will contribute to the circular economy in addition it will also result in reducing our carbon footprint as we’re using more second hand material. We’ll mainly focus on existing students, but our platform will also be hugely resourceful for pre- and post students.

Arcticode AS

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. We all want to have a good experience. This is why we do what we do. To create the best possible outcome for both.

A Krismis Story The julegenser.no project is simply a result of our very first ugly christmas sweater love affair! After a visit to Canada in 2012, two sumptuous, LED flashing ugly christmas sweaters came with us home to winter Oslo, Norway. The sweaters evoked this childlike happiness over the Christmas celebration, both in us and in everyone else when we wore them to Christmas parties and we noticed that we wanted more of this feeling. We simply wanted more of such sweaters! It was easier said than done in 2012. But, if you do not find what you are looking for, you can make it yourself...so then we did it. Although it took its time. With our brand 'Krismis' https://krismis.com, we want to share this sparkling, warm Christmas feeling with you. This way you can also have the Christmas atmosphere in your wardrobe all year round, and always have something to wear at the Christmas party, not matter what. We simply love Christmas sweaters! The team rapidly gained a foothold in the Fortnite scene and has built a stellar reputation after having participated in the Fortnite World Cup 2019 and placing 12th with Pontus 'Tchub' Bucht and securing $150,000. The team features players from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the UK and are one of the top global contenders in Fortnite when it comes to both competitive and branding. The team consistently ranks as a top team in 2020, ranking between #1 and #3 in Europe according to Gamepedia Fortnite Power Rankings. Our vision is to be a Norwegian and Nordic esports and lifestyle brand that is exported globally, by having a continuity of purpose (strive to be the very best) and be an esports brand and image with Nordic roots that young people asipre to be a part of.
