Untreated jaundice in newborns is responsible for more than 100,000 deaths and a substantial number of permanent brain damages each year. More than three quarters of these deaths occur in the poorest regions of the world, in sub-Saharan Africa and south Asia. Cheap treatment is available through e.g. sunlight, but the diagnostic devices in use today cost around 10,000 dollars, making them practically unavailable in low-resource settings.

The problem was that these websites are very static and most companies do not even have the faintest idea about how to log in to change simple things like their own phone-number. They have to call an IT consultant and pay them a lot of money to have them change it for them.
