X-Wheel is a self contained system fasten internally to the wheel rims of a  vehicle ensuring optimal contact between tyre and surface of the road. Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.

Total Kropp- trening og behandling er et tverrfaglig behandlingssenter med naprapater, fysioterapeut, lege og personlige trenere. Vi har i tillegg et fullt utstyrt treningssenter der man kan trene individuelt, få rehabilitering, trene med personlig trener eller i grupper på 3-6 personer. I 2012 overtok han eierskapet i Vossakjøt AS og har ledet en snuoperasjon som har gitt bedriften en solid omsetningsøkning. Han blant annet har lagt vekt på markedsføring og riktig distribusjon for å få dette til. Norwegian Food Partner AS har også andre interessante samarbeidspartnere.
