MS Donna AS

More than 10 years of experience - from pot to plate The maiden voyage of "M/S Donna" started deep in the Varanger fjord in early 2010, in Nesseby / Unjárga, Finnmark. After short calls at Vardø and Mehamn, we ended up at North Cape where we decided to live and become true fishermen with a lot of help from the local and very experienced fishermen. We fished for cod, pollock, haddock, and king crab on "M/S Donna" and later also on "M/S Dunderdonna" in the Porsanger fjord. During this time we also worked at different fish factories. The fishery ended in 2014. Knowing half of the king crabs were considered waste, I knew there was great potential and a better way of doing things - More sustainable and more circular. In 2016 I decided to bring MS Donna back to life with all the good things, except fishing - this time out from Oslo. Since then we have delivered premium products to some of the world's best restaurants. We are working for responsible consumption and production, decent work and economic growth, innovation, climate action, and partnership.

This data is used to provide innovative services for teachers, parents, schools, school owners, and learners. When the educational institution governs all data, meeting the GDPR requirements would be easy. Hypatia Learning provides the infrastructure necessary to give the educational institution governance of all data. We provide tools for better education. For better education, we need to give educators better tools.

Submerged AS

We have developed a camera-based sensor for 24h automatic sea lice counting and biomass measurement. Our product solves the main challenges in high contrast underwater imagery of sea lice with deficient maintenance. We are looking for funding to take the effect to the next level, where approval of our solution in the industry and by authorities are key factors as well as the development of the organization.

After working in the digital marketing industry for several years, we identified some problems with existing tools. Problems: 1. Tools available for search engine optimization are solely targeting specialists and professionals. 2. Tools available have too much data for a regular person to navigate through 3. You need several tools to cover the first part of the customer journey (Acquisition, Behaviour, Conversion). 4. There are approximately no tools in the market that processes web statistical data automatically, based on unique algorithms to identify user intention, valuable user segments, positive/negative trends in channel data, etc. Additionally, there are no tools in the market that merges SEO data, website statistics, and conversion data altogether, to produce a better holistic view and understanding, which constitutes the first part of our perspective on the customer journey (Acquisition, Behaviour, Conversion), in order to automate and analyze these data for the customer. By having this merged data and applying the latest technology as machine learning and artificial intelligence together with in-house developed algorithms, we could produce insight for our customers in a much better way, a lot faster. We are therefore making insight easier, which is our motto and goal.

Vi er, og har alltid vært, aktive i idretten. Dette gjør at vår visjon om å bringe inspirasjon og økt idrettsglede til små og store helter var en naturlig retning fra dag en. Gjennom produkter som er av samme kvalitet som de tradisjonelle heltene bruker, enestående designere og gode bestillingsløsninger kan vi levere dette til det kostnadsnivået som heltene fortjener. Nutcracker Solutions AS

Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.

POMS OSLO

We are offering unique leather bags. Our concept is based on multifunctionality and individual design for costumers. From realise 31th of may 2018 until now, we have had a huge interest by costumers. The product allows the costumer to decide how their bag shold look like by changing the details and buy new accessories for the bag. The bag can also be used as a normal shoulder bag, or as a belt bag. The team consist of two sisters, who designed the product and started a online shop.
