Erlend has a background in management and business development and is a big foodie and football fan. Filippo's worked with product development in tech companies, and is an avid marathon runner. Erlend is responsible for commercial activities including social media, partnerships, artist relations and user engagement. Filippo looks after product development and testing, working with our developer in Bulgaria. We currently work remotely, apart from periodic gatherings, but we are looking to grow our team in Oslo. As a team we value openness, action orientation, and a willingness to challenge established ideas.When we meet in person, apart from working, we like to eat good good, drink beer and discuss technological disruption.

Vi har ingen ferdig definert prosess som alle må trykkes gjennom, men bruker vår unike kombinasjon av erfaringskompetanse og fagkunnskap til å gi akkurat den støtten deltakerne trenger der de befinner seg akkurat nå. Dette vil vi få til ved å sørge for at vi har produkter som er raske og montere for å få lave monteringskostnader og vi har som mål at vi skal få samme eller lavere  kostnadsnivå på solceller og invertere som det er ellers i europa i dag.
