SpotOn AS

Our goal is to become the go-to-place for people in need of electrical services by providing the easiest and safest way to get the job done. With SpotOn you order online, get a fixed price instantly and the job done by handpicked pros at a time that suits you. We're an in-house startup backed by one of Norway’s fastest growing companies; Elektroimportøren, a wholesaler of electrical equipment who disrupted their industry by selling directly to end consumers both online and in over 20 retail stores across Norway. Working as a startup and building on our parent company’s strengths and infrastructure has enabled us to scale fast and make our service available to over 70% of Norwegian households. The Problem Our research show that people feel stress just thinking about hiring an electrician and that many struggle to even get started. The main reason being that they don’t know who to contact and what it will cost them to get the job done. But they are also worried because of stories they hear of poor results or misleading prices leading to surprises when the invoice arrives. As a consequence they’ll ask friends or family for recommendations to avoid making the wrong choice. Lack of trust and clarity around pricing creates uncertainty and often leads people to postpone contacting an electrician until absolutely necessary. They learn to live with suboptimal solutions because getting the job done requires too much effort. And when they finally decided to hire an electrician they often experience the person not arriving at the agreed time, and without the necessary equipment to get the job done. The frustration reaches its boiling point when they then have to pay for the extra time needed to drive and pick up the equipment. Our Solution We have digitized the whole process of hiring an electrician, creating a seamless journey from need to end result and a superior booking experience that puts the customer in the driving seat. 01 Instant Fixed Price We’ve built a job-configurator with an inbuilt price calculator making it possible for customers to get a fixed price instantly by answering a few simple questions. This way our customers get’s a price in advance and no surprises when it’s time to pay. 02 Free Video Inspection In addition to our simple job-configurator our customers can book a free video inspection the next day. We’ve hired a team of electricians and built a digital inspection tool making it possible to create and send offers with a fixed price within 24 hours. 03 Handpicked Pros We’ve handpicked pros from Elektroimportøren’s already established network of contractors across the country. This way our customers don’t need to spend time finding a trustworthy electrician and can feel safe knowing the job will be done by qualified professionals. 04 When it Suits You We’ve built a scheduling system from scratch that allows our customers to choose when they want the job done. They simply pick a time and date in our digital calendar and the job is automatically delegated to one of our electricians in the area. 05 Efficient installation We’ve utilised the retail stores across the country to streamline logistics and make installations efficient. We pack and send the electrical equipment in advance so the electricians have all they need, removing unnecessary time spent driving and picking up equipment. 06 Industry-leading Guaranty All our customer are given the opportunity to evaluate their experience after the job is done. If the result is not as promised we fix it free of cost. Our customers can feel safe knowing we take full responsibility with our industry-leading SpotOnGuaranty. 07 Simple Payment When the job is done and the customers are happy they get to choose how they want to pay. Using Klarna we provide our customer with flexibility and the opportunity to either pay now with card, or later with invoice or instalments.

Arcticode AS

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. We all want to have a good experience. This is why we do what we do. To create the best possible outcome for both.

Eka Consulting Services AS

Eka Consulting Services AS is a Norwegian startup into IT consulting offering project management, SAP Consulting and Mobile App development services. Eka has created an Agri B2B & B2C app named Smart Farmz, and will be spinning it into a separate entity. Smart Farmz will be an Agri-Tech start up aimed at providing digital solutions to Farmers. Smart Farmz has created farm management solution, and market place solution for farmers to sell their crops, sell or rent out machinery, sell or lease our their lands. Smart Farmz aims to disrupt, supply chain, financials & contracts within Agri sectors using smart contracts. We are working towards providing omnichannel digital solutions to Farmers, their customers & their suppliers. A working smartfarmz B2C App is already available in google store.

Healthy EATS

Healthy EATS is a healthy fast food start-up. Using innovative technology, the company will make healthy eating easier and more available for the Norwegian population. Their unique concept is built on efficiency, quality, and sustainability. The dishes are produced in cooperation with award-winning chefs and are sold to the customers through unmanned pick-up stations. While there are a lot of different providers of fast-food in Norway, finding a healthy fast-food alternative is harder than one should think. Especially if you are interested in a healthy, fast and affordable meal, the alternatives are few, and you will often end up having to choose two of the three criterias (e.g. fast and affordable, but unhealthy). Healthy EATS is going to change the perception that healthy food cannot be both affordable and fast, by changing the way the food is distributed to the consumer - cutting all waiting time. This will be done by replacing the traditional fast-food restaurants with our high-tech, unmanned pick-up points. These pick-up points will be available all around the city and allow the customer to access the food instantly, paying through our mobile app or by credit card.

About Us: We are an Oslo-based independent entertainment and media production company, founded in 2019. Our team members have backgrounds from such diverse fields as banking, finance, business administration, advertising, film production and games development. We also have extensive experience with successful social media influencing, content creation and community building, particularly on Youtube and Facebook. The Problem: Self-actualization is becoming increasingly difficult in a changing and tumultuous world. For many, the cumulative effects of pandemic crisis, financial recession, political polarization and a hardened job market is frustration, and a greater need for entertainment and escapism as a means of self-actualization through vicarious experiences. Our vision is to fulfill this growing need for self-actualization. Our mission is to develop globally scalable products that fulfill the needs the marketplace does not adequately cater to today, and which are capable of surviving both recessions and pandemic crisis. Product/Solution: Our product is entertainment brands, based on proprietary video game properties. We aim to establish these brands first as videogame properties, and then use the passion and investment of gaming audiences as the gateway to expand these videogame properties into Transmedia franchises - including comics, third party merchandise and apparel, as well as licensed adaptations in other media, such as film and animation. Opportunity: The Gaming Market is global from day one, with digital gaming storefronts such as Steam, PSN and XBOX Live retaining millions of existing customers worldwide. Gamers are a heavily invested group of customers with both a high willingness to pay, as well as established networks of influencers and discussion forums, which greatly facilitates advertising efforts. Furthermore, gaming has been proven to be both Recession- and Pandemic proof, with game sales being largely unaffected by 2008 financial crisis, while sales records were broken during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Consumer behavior during the ongoing crisis has further confirmed the need for (and subsequently, the financial potential in) self-actualization through entertainment. Why us, and why now: We are passionate about entertainment and the creative process, we have business understanding, insight into the fan mindset and a unique strategy which enables us to see and seize upon opportunities the incumbents in the gaming market have missed. Furthermore, the recent crisis has caused many of these incumbents to struggle with adapting their organization and cost structure to the current working climate. By contrast, a start-up like us may be better suited to develop a sustainable and scalable production pipeline fit for the economy we are moving into. Brim Explorer

BRIM offers next generation ships for silent, sustainable tourism and eco friendly adventures.   Brim means ‘breaking wave’ in Old Norse. We provide wave breaking, silent and sustainable ocean excursions in Northern Norway on board the silent electric ship Brim Explorer. Brim Explorer sails in complete silence and emission-free with batteries powered by clean local hydropower. By respecting nature, she allows us to get a little bit closer, and we use an underwater drone and hydrophone to capture wildlife both above and below the surface. Brim Explorer is designed especially for sightseeing in Arctic waters. Three decks and two indoor salons offer panoramic views and comfortable seating for over 100 passengers. An onboard restaurant serves local dishes and drinks.   We’re a travel company with a passion for the ocean. The epic, rugged and awe-inspiring Arctic coast deserves to be experienced from a silent, clean and comfortable ship. We started our journey in 2017 with a clear vision to change the way we experience the ocean. With our wave-breaking technology, clean Nordic design and focus on sustainable travel, we want to bring you closer to the ocean. We are an internet company that is changing how art is shared and enjoyed. Art makes you happier and more creative. Yet, for too long, art has been expensive and inaccessible. We are making art easy, affordable, and fun. For art lovers, we bring beautiful visual art into your home with the Kreoz art app for Apple TV. For artists, we offer the chance to reach new audiences from all over the world, and to make money at the same time, all for free. Kreoz was conceived as a project while the founders were doing their MBA at IE Business School in Madrid. Our core team today consists of Erlend from Norway and Filippo from Italy. Erlend has a background in management and business development and is a big foodie and football fan. Filippo's worked with product development in tech companies, and is an avid marathon runner. Erlend is responsible for commercial activities including social media, partnerships, artist relations and user engagement. Filippo looks after product development and testing, working with our developer in Bulgaria. We currently work remotely, apart from periodic gatherings, but we are looking to grow our team in Oslo. As a team we value openness, action orientation, and a willingness to challenge established ideas.When we meet in person, apart from working, we like to eat good good, drink beer and discuss technological disruption.

Searchlink AS

SearchLink AS is an Oslo area, Norway – based R&D company developing services and products geared towards the start-up eco-system. SearchLink AS is developer and owner of the ReadyToGo™ Entrepreneurship study program, the StartupIQ™ assessment tool, assessing and scoring quality, depth and scope of business plans and ToolBox™ that is under development and intended to contain helpware, method procedures, templates, etc. in favour of the Entrepreneur in his work with the business plan.  SearchLink AS is the developer and owner of the ReadyToGo™ entrepreneurship study program and the StartUpIQ™ assessment tool. The ReadyToGo™ program is a modular learning program in Entrepreneurship where curriculum and standards are set by business specialists and academia. The project is rooted in the Entrepreneur's need for a customized, flexible and comprehensive curriculum for the purpose of increasing project viability and profitability through increased competence levels, insights and understanding of the framework and business-cultural conditions that characterize the Norwegian business environment. To support the core product the assessment tool StartUpIQ™ Is developed intended to be used assessing the quality, depth and scope of business plans. Last, ToolBox™ is developed and intended to contain helpware, method procedures, templates, etc. in support of the Entrepreneur in his work with the business plan.

Bonobos

Vi er et lite sosialt medie byrå som ble startet høsten 2017. Vi planlegger, produserer og formidler våre kunders budskap på en kreativ og resultatbringende måte. I dag sitter vi i flotte kontorlokaler på Tøyen Startup Village med umiddelbar nærhet til t-bane og kollektivtrafikk. Vi brenner for det vi gjør, og prøver hele tiden å holde oss oppdatert på trender slik at vi kan tilby våre kunder engasjerende innhold som passer de ulike formatene og som målgruppen ønsker å dele videre.

Snowroller

Snowroller utvikler og selger bærekraftig og Instagram-vennlig skitøy til Generasjon Z (individer født mellom 1995 og 2010) gjennom egen nettbutikk. Siden lanseringen i 2017 har Snowroller doblet omsetningen årlig og solgt over 2500 skidresser til kunder verden over. I dag er vi tre ansatte i selskapet, hvorav to jobber fulltid på kontor i Oslo. Vi har et høyt fokus på innovasjon, forretningsutvikling og bærekraft innad i teamet, blant annet gjennom å stadig tenke nytt og inkludere kundene våre i alle faser av produktutviklingsprosessen.
