QUINE AS

Quine develops workflow and automation solutions for the film and broadcast community. We work with different partners such as ARRI, LADIO, Microsoft, NRK, Telia to find the best solutions and distribute them to our customers worldwide. Quine was founded December 2016. Simula Research Laboratory joined in when activity started in January 2017. Competence, industry- and tech knowledge in addition to a close connection to our customer base and main markets, are currently our main strengths.

Bino

Bino is a global platform for online personal training. Our mission is to lower the barriers for people to get fit while creating opportunities for trainers in countries where local demand is low. Working out is hard, but Bino makes it easy. With Bino, anyone can have a personal trainer and work out wherever, whenever - for less than ⅓ of the standard PT price. Train your way. When you want. No equipment is needed. It’s the closest you can get to someone else doing the workout for you. COVID-19 has created a difficult market locally for personal trainers due to lockdowns and closed gyms, but it has also accelerated the adoption of digital services. Bino is about creating opportunities and democratising the personal training industry for everyone.

metamanager

metamanager is a SaaS platform for SEO founded by Erik in August 2021 and was born from many lost opportunities. Being a techie who over-invested in SEO for years and had web development as a hobby, he decided to build a platform to solve one of the biggest Achilles heels search engine optimization has today: execution. You don’t have the resources to do SEO? No worries, we have built a no-code platform where you can edit critical on-page elements super fast and publish directly to your website. Thus reducing developer dependency for minor implementations. Our team consists of R2D2, two developers, and a digital marketing aficionado from Norway and France. And our vision is to improve SEO workflows, make optimization more available for non-nerds and become one of the best one-stop-shop SEO platforms out there. SEO should be a walk in the park - but bureaucracy, low manpower, and/or waiting for developers to get on with your SEO tasks (who always add them last in their gigantic backlog) make it take weeks to months. Historien bak Testflow Vi startet Testflow desember 2021. Det var da mange som savnet et produkt for umoderert brukertesting for det norske markededet. Hans jobbet tidligere i Teston der Eirik også var en ivrig kunde. Med seg på laget fant de Thomas og gründertrioen var satt og reisen for å bygge Norges neste produkt for umoderert brukertesting var i gang. Vår visjon Vi vil at Norge skal være ledende på digitale brukeropplevelser og ønsker at Testflow skal være det viktigste verktøyet i verktøykassen for å skaffe innsikten som lager de beste brukeropplevelsene.

About Kørt Kørt is a female owned and founded. The name Kørt is my (Courtney - owner, and founder) nickname after a mispronunciation occurred in the job I was transferred to Norway to do, at DNV. I've been leather crafting for 9 years now. I owned a small leather goods business in Australia which broke even and was gaining consistent orders before I had to choose to either continue or relocate to Norway with my day job. I am building Kørt because, in my corporate career, I was traveling internationally regularly but could never find the bag that did all the functions I needed. Travel size laptop bag, great for in the board room and customer meetings, easy to take around while exploring the city I was in, and could also take me to a bar or black tie event, and then become a backpack to take on the plane when I was flying home the next day. In all my travels I didn't find anything, so I created it myself. I am building my company right from the start. I am fully focused on the entire supply chain of my materials and manufacturing. SquarePeg AS

Apple made one of the most iconic ads “Here’s to the crazy ones” to lift their campaign “Think Different” in 1997. This ad was so “new” and controversial that it since has made history, and is now part of most curriculum in most marketing schools around the globe. It was written by Rob Siltanen, Creative Director for TBWA/Chiat/Day and Creative Director at Apple Lee Clow. It wasn’t Steve Jobs, but it was he who made the quote famous (Originally it was the voice of Richard Dreyfuss in the ad). This, for us marketing geeks, is food for thought, awe and inspiration. Not because of the text itself, Steve as a celebrity, but for what impact that ad had on its audience. Knowing now, in retrospect, the ad was basically describing Steve himself, and beautifully put together with famous “rebels” of their field, we cannot help empathizing and relate to the ad, the history and the text. Don’t get us wrong, we are no rebels. We do not contribute to any groundbreaking tech innovation or have a goal of changing the world. What we believe in, is changing the way advertising is perceived, consumed, and targeted. The glory days of “buying a TV ad and you’re set” have long passed. The effect of “Here’s to the crazy ones” can still be archived, and is our goal in everything we do. We are forever inspired by Steve Jobs, and his rebel being, and we named our company after his ad, written by an agency. The agency does not matter, the sender does.
