Urban Essentials inspires women to get more in touch with their inner cycle, and natures cycles, through online courses. We drive "the feminine shift" forward in Norway, showing a new and more feminine way of working and living. We want to make our cities green. Literally. Urban green infrastructure is one of the most important climate adaptation instruments for cities. They help manage water, temperature, air quality and improve life quality. The design process, the sourcing of plants and the maintenance systems for these spaces are however challenging today: they are not fit to properly respond to the ever more demanding regulations and the increased complexity of projects. We are solving this with a platform for all urban green spaces stakeholders. Put simply we want to create the OTOVO of urban green spaces. This means we are orchestrating stakeholders to make sure the right plants are used in the right place to create cities we thrive in.

The vagina is the most absorbent organ you have. If the products you use contain potentially toxic chemicals, you may run the risk of getting them right into your bloodstream. With this in mind as well as an idea for more transparent and to-the-point marketing, the founder of Flove, Jeanett wanted to develop a well-documented menstrual cup, of high quality and without toxic chemicals. After 2,5 years of testing, prototyping, failing, and researching Flove menstrual cup finally launched in May 2019. The cups are designed and developed in Norway and are produced in a certified "clean room" in Taiwan. Jeanette visited the factory in March 2019. The silicone used is certified medical-grade silicone from Dow Corning. The bag coming with the menstrual cup when buying one is made of lyocell Tencel, printed and sewn at Fabrikk Oslo. The packaging is made of carton and is printed at 07 media in Oslo. The goal is to make menstrual cup mainstream and to sell more sustainable products. *  One of the reasons Flove was established was to help girls to stay in school around the world. There are so many girls who can't afford sanitary pads and the result is often that many girls drop out of school. We are looking for the right partner to help us help as many girls as possible to stay in school.

EquiConnector gjør hesteglede tilgjengelig for flere ved hjelp av den digitale delingsplattformen EquiBooker. Equi betyr hest, og hester er en verdifull ressurs for folkehelse og regional utvikling. Dessverre er hest i dag både dyrt og tidkrevende, noe som gjør at mange blir ekskludert. Hestebransjen er i sterk vekst. Likevel ligger bransjen langt bak på den teknologiske utviklingen. Med delingsøkonomi til hestebransjenMed utgangspunkt i grunnleggerens masteroppgave om innovasjon og delingsøkonomi i hestebransjen fikk EquiConnector bevilget 1 000 000kr fra Norges Forskningsråd. Målet var å utvikle en fleksibel plattform for booking av hesteaktiviteter, hvor alle aktuelle tilbud er samlet på en plattform. Slik kan vi senke terskelen for å komme i gang med, samt gjøre driften mer effektiv for ridesentrene. "AirBnb" for hestResultatet ble EquiBooker, som ble lansert på Sørlandet høsten 2019. Tilbakemeldingene fra pilotkundene har vært gode, og vi åpner opp for ridesentre over hele landet fra 2020. De første ridesentrene har allerede signert og er klare for oppstart i januar. Vi leverer også kurs og konsulenttjenester spesielt tilpasset hestebransjen, innen markedsføring og innovasjon. Både EquiBooker og våre øvrige tjenester har blitt møtt med stor interesse fra hestebransjen. Gå til EquiBookerEquiConnector ble stiftet i januar 2019 og holder ved UiA Nyskaping i Kristiansand. Vi er i dag fire ansatte fordelt på to årsverk. Vi har også et arbeidene styre. Teamet har solid kompetanse innen hest og forretningsutvikling, samt innen markedsføring, IT og foto.
