PharosBio is building an autonomous AI scientist—a platform and APIs that help biopharma and research teams reduce R&D risk by turning fragmented evidence into decisions across discovery and translation. The problem Despite billions spent on R&D, the research ecosystem runs on incomplete, siloed insight. Around 90% of drug candidates still fail in the clinic, wasting time and capital and delaying therapies for patients. This affects 4.5 million scientists across pharma, biotech, and academia who must constantly decide what to study, why it matters, and whether to proceed—with evidence that’s scattered and stale. Our solution We’re building the first agentic AI built for life sciences: a system that plans, reads, reasons, and writes like a tireless collaborator, and plugs into existing workflows via APIs. What it does • Target discovery & repurposing: surfaces novel targets and repositioning opportunities from literature and data; ranks by mechanism and evidence strength. • Translational go/no-go: aggregates preclinical and clinical signals to support milestone decisions with transparent rationales. • Scientific writing copilot: drafts systematic reviews, grant sections, IND-supporting summaries, and patent landscape briefs with citations.
