At the same time, there is a large shortage of commercial kitchens, limiting food entrepreneurs to start/expand their business, preventing them from vital development. Chromologics is a Danish biotech spin-out from the Technical University of Denmark. We have developed a fungal biotech platform for the production of novel, natural colorants.
