Baser Baser is a family-owned, direct-to-consumer brand designing premium parasols, patio umbrellas, and bases. Founded on Scandinavian design principles, radical honesty, and a genuine commitment to sustainability, we help families across Europe and Australia make outdoor shade decisions they won't regret. We currently operate across four markets — Denmark, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia — with the ambition to become the modern market leader in e-commerce shade solutions across Australia, the US, the UK, and Europe. It's a category that has been overlooked for decades, and we see clear white space to build something better. What makes us different Nearly every umbrella in the world is produced by the same handful of factories and sold the same impersonal way: through retailers, marketplaces, and middlemen with no real relationship to the end customer. We took the opposite path. Baser is a fully digital, content-led, direct-to-consumer brand — and as far as we know, the only one in our category combining mid-to-high quality, an online-first model, content leadership, and genuinely personal service. That personal service is central to who we are. Instead of chatbots and call centres, customers get real, human guidance — including founder-led advice that helps them choose exactly the right product for their space. We'd rather educate someone honestly than push them toward the most expensive option, and that approach has earned us the trust of thousands of families. Tactplan

1 — The pitch Tactplan is developing a location-based scheduling and production control platform to help construction contractors solve the chronic problem of schedule chaos and workflow collisions on site — with a purpose-built planning method that combines Takt Time Planning, real-time progress tracking, and actionable production alarms into one connected tool. 2 — The what Construction projects don't fail because people stop trying. They fail because no one can see what's actually happening — until it's too late. The construction industry is one of the least productive sectors in the developed world, and the root cause is hiding in plain sight: scheduling. Traditional Gantt-based project plans are disconnected from the physical reality of building. They don't reflect how work actually flows through a building — floor by floor, zone by zone, trade by trade. The result is trades colliding, buffers eroding, foremen firefighting, and project managers spending their days in status meetings instead of solving real problems. This isn't a niche problem. It affects virtually every multi-trade construction project, from residential developments to hospitals and infrastructure — representing hundreds of billions of euros in lost productivity annually across Europe alone. 3 — The how Tactplan replaces the Gantt chart with a location-based schedule — a plan structured around where work happens, not just when. Using Takt Time Planning principles, project teams define a steady production rhythm across locations: the right trade in the right place at the right time, with no overlaps and no idle zones. The schedule becomes a live production system. As work progresses, Tactplan captures actual production rates, detects deviations early, and surfaces prioritised alarms so planners and site managers know exactly what to act on. Instead of a plan that gets outdated the moment it's printed, teams get a continuously valid picture of their project — with the tools to keep production moving and catch problems days before they become delays. 4 — The why The construction industry has tools for everything except the thing that matters most: keeping work flowing. The team behind Tactplan comes from civil engineering and construction project management. They've experienced firsthand the frustration of planning systems that look sophisticated on paper but fall apart on site — schedules that no one trusts, updates that never happen, and meetings where everyone knows there's a problem but nobody has the data to act on it. Location-based scheduling and Takt Time Planning have strong academic and practical evidence behind them, but the tooling has never matched the method. Tactplan exists to close that gap — to give construction teams a planning tool that actually reflects how buildings are built, and to make flow-based production control the new standard for the industry.

VAEV

VAEV is an AI-first platform for building internal business applications. Most companies run critical workflows on spreadsheets, emails and manual processes, but they don’t have enough developers to replace them with proper tools. Traditional software projects take too long, cost too much and are hard to maintain. We solve this by letting business teams describe what they need in natural language. VAEV then generates, hosts and operates the application directly on top of the company’s own systems, with governance, access control, auditability and data sovereignty built in from the start. The focus is not on quick demo magic, but on creating systems that can be trusted and maintained for many years. Over time, customers can extend and adapt their apps using simple prompts. Once the core data model and application foundation live on VAEV, teams can create new workflows, variants, and reports without starting over. In short, VAEV turns business intent into reliable software and gives organizations a faster, safer way to build and evolve the internal tools that run their business.

Spuddle

Spuddle is developing a Duolingo-style app for Excel to help young professionals boost their digital confidence and career readiness by turning complex skills into fun, bite-sized learning. Our secret sauce? Gamification, microlearning, and a community-driven approach that makes Excel something you actually want to practice. Across the world, more than a billion people use Excel and yet most have never been taught how to use it properly. For young professionals and recent graduates, this creates a huge barrier: they’re expected to “just know” Excel, but in reality many feel insecure, waste time on manual tasks, or miss out on opportunities because of weak digital skills. This gap affects productivity, confidence, and employability and it’s widespread across industries, especially in early career roles where Excel is a daily tool. We’re building a mobile app that makes learning Excel engaging and accessible, like Duolingo, but for spreadsheets. Instead of long, boring tutorials, users complete short, gamified exercises that fit into their everyday routines. The app adapts to their level, rewards progress, and helps them practice consistently until Excel becomes second nature. Beyond Excel, our vision is to expand into other workplace tools, becoming the go-to microlearning platform for digital skills. Spuddle started as a side project on social media. We shared quick Excel tips on Instagram and TikTok, and within six months had over 200,000 followers. The overwhelming response showed us just how many young professionals struggle with these skills and how much they crave accessible, fun learning. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a mission: to make digital skills education less intimidating and more empowering. We’re building Spuddle because we’ve lived the problem ourselves, and we believe mastering the basics should feel motivating, not overwhelming.

Nefs Journey

Nefs Journey is a spiritual boutique and brand based in Copenhagen. Our goal is to facilitate deeper awareness within our community through the products we curate, wisdom shared on our social media, and the events that we will be hosting. Everything we curate is ethically and sustainable made by small and women-owned businesses. The meaning of Nefs is "ego." Nefs Journey, or ego journey, is the journey we are all on from ego to soul, and as a company our goal is to assist in the global awakening of humanity. Our aim is to become a lifestyle brand and to not adhere to norms in society or business. Our main company value is oneness and our challenge is to build a company rooted in unity consciousness. Tutora

No one deserves a poor education. Period. We offer tailored tutoring programs customized to each student's needs. It's not the quantity of correct answers that matters, but rather the desire to learn! Tutora was founded the summer of 2023, with an aim to create the BEST tutoring team in Denmark and share a teaching method centered around passion and self-learning.

Millennial Consulting

Millennial Consulting is a junior consultancy connecting startups, SMEs and NGOs with ambitious students and recent graduates to solve real business challenges through consulting projects. With guidance from our professional consulting partners from larger consultancies such as Deloitte, PwC, BearingPoint, DYNACAP and Round, Student Consultants gain hands-on experience while building strong professional networks. Millennial Consulting is affiliated with Station, the Innovation House in Frederiksberg. We run consulting cycles twice a year and hire Student Consultants for a two-month project. Through the project, they transform theoretical knowledge into real impact while working directly with startups, SMEs and NGOs, supported by tools, frameworks and mentorship from experienced professionals. We also seek students or recent graduates to join Millennial’s management within our departments: Business Development, Operations, Communications and HR, helping shape and grow the organization. THE UPCYCL

THE UPCYCL connects your industrial waste streams with your neighbors supply chain. We make it possible to reduce our amounts of industrial waste, by turning waste material streams into business opportunities. Our material database displays leftover materials from production, giving developers easy access to reusable materials, also called "New Waste". Hereby, achieving a significantly lower CO₂ footprint than with virgin materials. When circulating New Waste materials with the THE UPCYCL, we also offer to monitor CO₂ savings. We work to accelerate the use of circular materials, worldwide. Because Waste is Everyone's Business!

P27 Nordic Payments

P27 Nordic Payments is building the world’s first real-time, cross-border payment system in multiple currencies. P27 will enable real-time, batch, domestic and cross-border payments to be carried out quickly and at low cost on a secure and versatile platform. The platform will initially allow payments to flow instantly between people and businesses within the countries of Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, something that will benefit growth and development in the region. The platform will be designed to be expandable to allow for payments across the rest of the Nordics as well, which will contribute to the strengthening of the Nordic payment’s ecosystem. P27 is a joint initiative by Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, OP Financial Group, SEB, and Swedbank.
