UNYA Copenhagen is a volunteer-driven youth organization dedicated to empowering young people to engage with global challenges through the lens of the United Nations’ values and the Sustainable Development Goals. We create an inclusive platform where students and young professionals can learn, collaborate, and take action on issues like climate change, social inequality, peacebuilding, and innovation. We are addressing a clear and growing problem i.e. the disconnect between youth and global institutions. Many young people in Denmark care deeply about sustainability and justice but find it difficult to access meaningful opportunities to participate in international dialogue or contribute to real-world impact. This gap leaves motivated individuals without a channel to apply their energy, creativity, and ideas, while institutions miss out on fresh perspectives and engagement from the very generation that will inherit the future. UNYA Copenhagen bridges this divide by turning global ideals into local action. We organize interactive events, workshops, and panel discussions that make complex global topics accessible and relevant. Our activities are co-created by volunteers from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds who bring their own insights to the table. Through collaboration with universities, NGOs, and public institutions, we connect youth directly with experts and decision-makers, fostering a sense of shared responsibility and agency. Her 4 år senere er det mål opnået for længst og med et #teamWatery på +25 motiverede og unge medarbejdere arbejder vi nu efter at gøre Watery til et internationalt svømmebrand, der vender op og ned for industruen. Med en omsætning på +25 mio. i 2020 og knap 80.000 ordrer forventer vi at runde 100 mio. indenfor 2 år. Undervejs har vi vundet priser som "Årets ener" til e-handelsprisen samt "årets iværksætter" i Horsens samt været nomineret til adskillige andre.

Freelancerhub helps IT agencies to manage their freelancers.   Freelancerhub makes it easy to find the best freelancer for the customer's needs. At its core is an innovative, self-learning algorithm which clusters synonyms and establishes relationships between technologies. Thereby it is the first platform that can find matches in related data, which hugely increases the chances of finding relevant freelancers. Around this algorithm a platform has been developed managing the data of freelancers. Many skilled IT people excel at their work, but are lost between thousands of CVs. Freelance agencies rarely use more than 10% of the freelancers in their database. There lies a huge potential in activating the remaining 90%. Our mission is to enable IT freelance agencies effectively to find the best matches between a given task and their CV database. Thereby the focus can shift from finding any match to finding the best.
