Legaldesk.dk

Legal Desk is bringing automation to the legal industry in order to democratize the drafting of legal documents. We combine our knowledge and experience with law with the potential of technology to offer our customers a valuable alternative to the traditional lawyer service. Our intelligent software asks the same questions that a lawyer would and automatically generates your legal document ready for signature. We offer legal documents for private use as well as business. We offer our products and services within family law (B2C) and business law (B2B), and are the market leader in Denmark. We have also launched our services in Norway and Sweden, where we are rapidly growing. With more than 200.000 registered users, the platform is undergoing continuous changes and improvements and we are always developing new legal services. Our team currently consists of 48 dedicated people (and one equally ambitious office dog), that all share the nerdy obsession of automating legal processes through our platform. We speak mainly Danish and English at work, but you might also hear Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian and Macedonian around the office. We know that diversity is a force, and that a great workplace is versatile. We love our social butterflies and wall flowers. Our HQ is in new, bright rooms in the best location in Copenhagen - Islands Brygge (5 min. from a metro station). We have a very informal tone at the office and a team-based approach to problem-solving, which is why we like to work on-site and sit together as much as possible. We make sure to keep you hydrated with free access hot and cold drinks, and to avoid hangry-related conflicts, we provide fruit and a good lunch, that can be adjusted to vegan/vegetarian dietary requests. We also prioritise social interactions, to maintain the great spirit we have in our team. On Fridays there are usually a few colleagues having beers/soft drinks together after work, which is completely optional - we respect that you have a life outside work - also on Fridays EOB. In addition we have smaller team dinners, and five-six times a year we have larger parties and events, where friends of the house are invited to join, and we serve special brewery beers from our brand new "Fadølsanlæg". Lastly we once each year go on a company trip. This year we are visiting a beautiful estate, where we will be doing workshops during the day and have fun and "hygge" in the evening with games, sodas and maybe some wine. If you are still not convinced this is the best place to work, here are the winning arguments: 1. Sigurd - allergy friendly office dog and the colleague with the absolute highest cuteness-factor 2. We have a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-archade machine. We will leave it at that.... Does it sound like something for you, and you have an open and friendly personality, Legal Desk is the perfect place! Check our open positions below.

Ai Rookie

AI Rookie helps companies turn AI interest into real capability. Many organizations want their employees to use AI more effectively, but they struggle to move from inspiration to practical adoption. Traditional training is often too generic, too theoretical, and quickly forgotten. Employees need relevant guidance, hands-on support, and someone they can learn from in the context of their actual work. That is the problem we are solving. AI Rookie is a platform where companies can give their employees access to experienced AI mentors who help them build confidence, skills, and real-world AI workflows. Instead of one-off courses, we focus on practical mentoring that makes AI useful in everyday work. We are building AI Rookie because we believe the biggest barrier to AI adoption is not the state of the technology— it is the gap between potential and implementation. Companies need a better way to help their people learn by doing, ask questions, and apply AI responsibly and effectively.

ExecuteAI

ExecuteAI is building a unified AI‑native ecosystem designed to make advanced automation, agent development, and AI‑driven operations accessible to every company—regardless of size, technical maturity, or industry. We believe AI should not be limited to large enterprises with dedicated engineering teams. Instead, it should be a practical, reliable, and affordable tool that any organization can deploy to improve productivity, decision‑making, and customer experience. Our mission is to democratize AI by providing a complete operating system for automation: from outreach and CRM orchestration to agent development, workflow execution, and talent collaboration. At the core of our platform is the ExecuteAI Hub, a login‑based workspace where companies and AI developers meet, collaborate, and deliver real solutions. The Hub functions as a marketplace, a project management environment, and a delivery engine in one. Companies can post AI projects, describe their needs, and connect with qualified AI developers who specialize in automation, agent design, data workflows, and integration engineering. Developers gain a structured environment to showcase their skills, build a portfolio, and deliver high‑quality AI solutions with clear expectations, transparent communication, and standardized processes. We are solving a fundamental problem in the AI industry: fragmentation. Today, companies must navigate a confusing landscape of tools, models, consultants, and platforms. There is no single place where they can reliably define a problem, find the right expertise, and receive a complete, production‑ready AI solution. ExecuteAI eliminates this friction by offering an end‑to‑end ecosystem that covers the entire lifecycle—from idea to deployed agent. Our platform includes tools for outreach automation, CRM orchestration, agent execution, workflow design, and continuous improvement. Everything is built with a strong focus on Nordic values: transparency, trust, quality, and responsible AI governance. For companies, ExecuteAI provides clarity and structure. Instead of hiring expensive consultants or experimenting with disconnected tools, they gain access to a curated talent pool and a standardized delivery framework. For developers, we offer a place to work on meaningful AI projects, collaborate with clients, and build long‑term relationships. For both sides, the Hub ensures that AI development becomes predictable, repeatable, and scalable. ExecuteAI is headquartered in Copenhagen and built on the belief that the future of work will be shaped by human‑AI collaboration. Our goal is to empower organizations to operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently by integrating AI into their daily workflows. Whether a company needs a custom agent, a full automation pipeline, or ongoing AI operations, ExecuteAI provides the tools, talent, and infrastructure to make it happen.

VAEV

VAEV is an AI-first platform for building internal business applications. Most companies run critical workflows on spreadsheets, emails and manual processes, but they don’t have enough developers to replace them with proper tools. Traditional software projects take too long, cost too much and are hard to maintain. We solve this by letting business teams describe what they need in natural language. VAEV then generates, hosts and operates the application directly on top of the company’s own systems, with governance, access control, auditability and data sovereignty built in from the start. The focus is not on quick demo magic, but on creating systems that can be trusted and maintained for many years. Over time, customers can extend and adapt their apps using simple prompts. Once the core data model and application foundation live on VAEV, teams can create new workflows, variants, and reports without starting over. In short, VAEV turns business intent into reliable software and gives organizations a faster, safer way to build and evolve the internal tools that run their business.

Zoly

Zoly is the first automated online marketplace for buying and selling secondhand fashion to men. The clothing industry is currently standing as the worlds second most polluted industry, right under the oil-industry. It is estimated that around 85% of our clothes end up in landfills or burned according to calpirg.org. Comparing the CO2 emission of new clothes vs secondhand clothes, it is estimated by thredUP that new clothes has a 5,7 times higher CO2 emission. Our mission is to change that. We want to make secondhand the future mindset of clothing by attracting sellers and buyers to our marketplace where we have developed an automated system that makes it unbelievably easy for the seller to sell his/her clothes and for the buyer to easily filter through thousands of preowned clothing items as well as having a return-policy so the customer can always shop safely.
