Pubfront

Pubfront is developing the Audiorista platform to help content publishers solve the challenge of reaching and monetizing audiences through native apps. Our secret sauce lies in a seamless, scalable SaaS solution that simplifies app management and content delivery for audiobooks, mindfulness content, educational courses and more. The problem of digital content distribution, particularly for smaller publishers, involves complex and costly app development, which can hinder their ability to effectively reach and monetize their audiences. This issue affects a wide range of content creators, from independent authors to established educational institutions, who struggle to navigate the technical barriers of app-based content delivery. The Audiorista platform addresses this widespread need by providing an accessible, cost-effective solution. Pubfront's team works consistently to refine the Audiorista platform, ensuring it not only meets but exceeds the needs of today’s digital publishers. Our solution leverages advanced cloud technologies to offer robust, customizable apps that publishers can brand and manage. We focus on continuous updates and feature enhancements based on direct feedback from our users. The inspiration for Pubfront came from witnessing firsthand the obstacles that talented creators face in distributing and monetizing their work. The digital shift in content consumption highlighted a significant gap in the market for a user-friendly, scalable solution that supports diverse content types like audiobooks and educational materials. Driven by a passion for democratizing content distribution, our team is committed to providing the tools necessary for content creators to reach broader audiences and share more knowledge globally.

The PeopleFirst Standard™

The PeopleFirst Standard™ Psychological Safety. Measured. Proven. The Problem Psychological safety is now a legal obligation in 30+ countries. ISO 45003, Danish BEK 1406, the EU Framework Directive, UK HSE Management Standards, Canadian CSA Z1003, and Safe Work Australia all require organisations to assess and evidence psychosocial risk at work. None of them prescribe how. So organisations reach for what they have: engagement surveys. Likert scales that ask people how they feel. Global engagement sits at 21% despite billions spent annually on these tools. Regulators, boards, and insurers increasingly know the difference between an opinion score and a defensible evidence base. The organisations that can't tell the difference are accumulating liability. The measurement approach is broken. We're fixing it. The Solution The PeopleFirst Standard™ is the first independently certifiable standard for psychological health and safety at work. Not a survey. Not a wellness tool. A standard, built on the same logic as ISO 9001 for quality or B Corp for social responsibility. The platform delivers a 25-question scenario-based behavioural diagnostic across 5 dimensions, measuring what people actually do under pressure, not what they say when asked nicely. Results are mapped clause-by-clause to ISO 45003:2021, BEK nr. 1406/2020, EU Directive 89/391/EEC, CSA Z1003-13, HSE Management Standards, and Safe Work Australia Code of Practice simultaneously. Organisations achieving Level 3 or above on our 5-level maturity model earn the independently certifiable PeopleFirst Standard™ mark. Those below receive a full diagnostic report with prioritised, evidence-based recommendations. For Danish organisations, the assessment serves as a validated psychosocial supplement to the mandatory APV process, providing the evidence base that Arbejdstilsynet's own framework requires but does not supply. GDPR compliant by design: no PII collected, sessions destroyed on submission, 20-respondent anonymity floor. Advisory services delivered by a separate team, after the report is issued help organisations act on what they find. Brumbaal

Our vision is to ensure that Europe develops the tech sovereignty needed to operate unmanned systems in contested environments — without relying on GNSS, based on Visual Navigation and C-SLAM. Built by a strong international team based out of DTU (Technical University of Denmark) and with experience inside Autonomous Systems, Electrical and Embedded Systems, Mechanical engineering and Business Development, we are bringing this vision to life through strong local and international collaborations. Our ground station for computing reduces SWaP on UxS platforms while maximizing use of standard components. We enable a single operator to control multiple vehicles via a secure, unjammable link, designed for integration with ISR and battlefield command systems. Our system transforms any regular cheap UxS into a multi-agent, autonomous, ISR system which can recreate a digital twin of the battlefield with live updates from operations.

Tactplan

1 — The pitch Tactplan is developing a location-based scheduling and production control platform to help construction contractors solve the chronic problem of schedule chaos and workflow collisions on site — with a purpose-built planning method that combines Takt Time Planning, real-time progress tracking, and actionable production alarms into one connected tool. 2 — The what Construction projects don't fail because people stop trying. They fail because no one can see what's actually happening — until it's too late. The construction industry is one of the least productive sectors in the developed world, and the root cause is hiding in plain sight: scheduling. Traditional Gantt-based project plans are disconnected from the physical reality of building. They don't reflect how work actually flows through a building — floor by floor, zone by zone, trade by trade. The result is trades colliding, buffers eroding, foremen firefighting, and project managers spending their days in status meetings instead of solving real problems. This isn't a niche problem. It affects virtually every multi-trade construction project, from residential developments to hospitals and infrastructure — representing hundreds of billions of euros in lost productivity annually across Europe alone. 3 — The how Tactplan replaces the Gantt chart with a location-based schedule — a plan structured around where work happens, not just when. Using Takt Time Planning principles, project teams define a steady production rhythm across locations: the right trade in the right place at the right time, with no overlaps and no idle zones. The schedule becomes a live production system. As work progresses, Tactplan captures actual production rates, detects deviations early, and surfaces prioritised alarms so planners and site managers know exactly what to act on. Instead of a plan that gets outdated the moment it's printed, teams get a continuously valid picture of their project — with the tools to keep production moving and catch problems days before they become delays. 4 — The why The construction industry has tools for everything except the thing that matters most: keeping work flowing. The team behind Tactplan comes from civil engineering and construction project management. They've experienced firsthand the frustration of planning systems that look sophisticated on paper but fall apart on site — schedules that no one trusts, updates that never happen, and meetings where everyone knows there's a problem but nobody has the data to act on it. Location-based scheduling and Takt Time Planning have strong academic and practical evidence behind them, but the tooling has never matched the method. Tactplan exists to close that gap — to give construction teams a planning tool that actually reflects how buildings are built, and to make flow-based production control the new standard for the industry.

In short, we help our customers avoid the physical and emotional discomfort of sweat stains. Backpacks are one of the most practical inventions ever made. It is designed to effortlessly help the carrier bring their valuable belongings from one place to another. However, too often comfort is sacrificed for practicality as the carrier is pained by the physical and social discomfort of getting a wet and cold sweat stain on their back. This sparked our motivation to come up with a solution that allows backpacks to be practical as well as comfortable. 2030beyond is a non-profit do-tank for the 2030 agenda, supporting parliaments and people to accelerate action for the Sustainable Development Goals.
