Zymoscope enables food processors to monitor and control fermentation easily, remotely, and in real-time. We develop a fermentation management platform, consisting of proprietary sensor technology, sophisticated algorithms, and a mobile app. Currently, our focus is to provide a robust platform for anaerobic fermentation, and more specifically the beer industry. We have been developing our solution together with leading breweries, and we have been conducting industrial pilots since May 2020. Breweries have been able to automate quality control, increase production capacity and be able to create innovative and flavorful products in an efficient and consistent way. Although fermentation is the most ancient food processing technique, it now presents a great potential to fundamentally change the way the world eats, and improve global human and environmental health and economy. WARM is the first large-scale airplay monitor, built solely for the purpose of giving transparency for music entrepreneurs. It uses audio fingerprinting, AI and music recognition technology, to identify when music is played on radio stations. Using WARM platform and app, anyone can monitor in real-time any song that is played on radio stations worldwide. Currently, we are monitoring more than 29.000 radio stations in more than 165 countries. This is by far the biggest and widest radio monitoring service on the market!
