Watery ApS

Mit navn er Daniel og jeg startede Watery.dk som 17-årig i Oktober 2016 med målet om at lave Danmarks største online svømmeshop efter selv at have svømmet på eliteplan gennem mange år. Her 4 år senere er det mål opnået for længst og med et #teamWatery på +25 motiverede og unge medarbejdere arbejder vi nu efter at gøre Watery til et internationalt svømmebrand, der vender op og ned for industruen. Med en omsætning på +25 mio. i 2020 og knap 80.000 ordrer forventer vi at runde 100 mio. indenfor 2 år. Undervejs har vi vundet priser som "Årets ener" til e-handelsprisen samt "årets iværksætter" i Horsens samt været nomineret til adskillige andre.

Waitly.dk is a leading software solution for managing housing waitlists. We eliminate the manual work involved in handling waitlists for co-operative housing, rentals, and allotments. Our platform ensures a smooth and transparent sign-up process, allowing house hunters to see their position on the waitlist before registering. We have automated all communication, payments, and information management, enabling housing associations and administrators to use their time more efficiently. Today, we support a wide range of housing organizations in digitizing their waitlist management, and we continuously develop new features to make administration even easier. With out-of-the-box integrations, instant notifications and custom recognition features, Plecto will transform your team into motivated high performers fueled by friendly competition! Plecto began in 2012 when Kristian - working for a call center at the time - went to his boss and offered to "build a way for the team to compete." Kristian and his team were frustrated with not being able to see the impact they were making on the business and believed a bit of competition would liven up the office. The idea behind Plecto was born.   After developing a working version of the platform overnight, Kristian presented to his boss a dashboard that would visualize call activity data in real time and rank employees based on their performance. His boss immediately bought a television and dedicated Kristian's time to managing and improving the software.   Once he saw the impact that the dashboard had on his team, Kristian decided to hit the road - quitting his job, teaming up with long-time friend Aleš Kocjančič and rebuilding the software from scratch.   Four years and three different offices later, Plecto is a growing team of eight delivering dashboards to over 65,000 sales, customer service and call center reps.
