crunchorder

We are a growing IT company with a passion for innovating technology while helping restaurants and hotels run their businesses more efficiently. The Crunchorder platform offers a range of products, from simple takeaway to online roomservice, self-service kiosks and order-at-table solutions. We have a nice office right by Høje Taastrup station complete with kitchen, meeting room, foosball table, snacks, beers and great company. The team is all Danish, but English-speakers are more than welcome!

Fischer Lighting

Fischer Lighting is a sustainable front-runner who has developed a unique circular business model where waste is transformed into new beautiful lamps that make buildings more sustainable and people healthier. In 2023, Fischer Lighting saved more than 53 tons of discarded lamps from being thrown away, and with the concepts ReUse, ReDesign, and ReCreate, unique lighting solutions are created in a beautiful and industrial design that meets all the requirements of a new lighting fixture. In addition to environmental sustainability, social sustainability is also an important part of the concept. Therefore, all the old lamps are separated and assembled by people on the edge of the labor market in Denmark. At the same time, the lamps are equipped with the latest technology, which, among other things, enables circadian lighting, which can stimulate the production of hormones in our body and create better well-being for people in buildings.

BURD

Burd is an on-demand delivery startup that operates a network of couriers who deliver goods and foods on behalf of local merchant partners. End-customers use our mobile app to request, track and receive orders, or alternatively they order via the Partners’ own user-interface, and we only act as a “delivery back-end”. We will define a new paradigm within the sharing economy, by truly sharing the wealth with all our stakeholders, including offering our riders outright co-ownership.

Blazar Capital

Blazar Capital is a Copenhagen-based venture studio that builds and invests in digitally-native consumer brands. Founded in 2017, Blazar provides its 20+ portfolio companies — including Nordgreen, Moonboon, and Scandinavian Biolabs — with shared infrastructure across tech, paid media, and operations to help founders scale fast.

Vi besøger vores kunder i dagligstuen og hjælper dem med deres IT-udfordringer. Vores målgruppe sætter pris på vores nærvær og tålmodighed. Danmark er verdens næstmest digitaliserede land, med en stigende levealder. Derfor er en voksende procentdel af vores borgere digitalt ekskluderede. Denne udvikling bekæmper vi, for at gøre livskvaliteten og glæden for vores digitale infrastruktur større. Vi arbejder for digital inklusion for alle. Dette udmunder sig i vores to kerneaktiviteter: hjemmebesøg og IT-caféer. Hjemmebesøgene foregår således: - Kunden beskriver sin(e) udfordring(er) - Vi forventningsafstemmer og aftaler et besøg - Vi besøger kunden indenfor 24 timer og hjælper dem IT-caféerne afholder vi ugentligt på aktivitetscentre for ældre borgere. Dette faciliteres gennem et samarbejde med Københavns Kommune. Vi fik ideen til FamilieTeknikeren, da vi arbejde i en elektronikforretning. Som ansatte der, blev vi ofte mødt af mennesker, der havde udfordringer, der bedst kunne løses ved et hjemmebesøg. Vi vidste ikke hvor vi skulle henvise dem til, så vi sagde op og stiftede løsningen. Noget, der også adskiller os meget fra elektronikforretningerne, er at vi rådgiver uvildigt. Dette betyder, at vi aldrig prøver at sælge vores kunder noget - vi hjælper dem bare.

The BioInnovation Institute Foundation (BII) is an international commercial foundation with a non-profit objective supported by the Novo Nordisk Foundation. BII operates an incubator to accelerate world-class life science innovation. Our vision is to support world-class life science innovation that drives development of new solutions by early life science start-ups for the benefit of people and society. With continued positive development, The Novo Nordisk Foundation can provide up to EUR 470 (3,5 mia. DKK) to BII over 10 years.

MovieStarPlanet

MovieStarPlanet ApS is behind the games MovieStarPlanet, MovieStarPlanet 2, and BlockStarPlanet, targeting kids aged 8-13 years. In the virtual world, players design their MovieStar or BlockStar avatar to play the games and have fun with friends. MovieStarPlanet ApS creates fun and social games for kids and young teenagers where they can explore their creativity and social life online in a safe and moderated space. The TV landscape is ever-changing - due to the high increase in closed-catalogue streaming services, traditional TV and OTT providers are having a hard time facing unfair competition. Dansk Rejsehjælp

Dansk Rejsehjælp (Travel Help ApS) tilbyder hjælp til kompensation og refusion for forsinkede, overbookede og aflyste flyrejser. Dansk Rejsehjælp er startet af Jacob og Frederik, som satte sig for at give deres bidrag til at løse den kæmpe problemstilling, som flykompensation er. Vores mål er blive blandt de største i branchen i Danmark og resten af norden. Vores team består i øjeblikket af 17 personer, hvor vi fra vores kontor på Islandsbrygge forsøger at skabe et unikt arbejdsmiljø, hvor alle ansatte har mulighed for at sætte sit aftryk på dagsordenen, og den daglige drift. HelloAgent

HelloAgent builds real estate solutions that help agents and stakeholders automate parts of their business. By providing actionable data and a software platform to boot, users can build automated marketing campaigns with hyper personalized marketing content for print. This has been a trivial an time consuming effort in the past, and the results has usually been sub par. With our software users can create messages that works, thus saving time and money, as well as getting much higher ROI on their marketing spend compared to traditional methods (flyers/direct mails). The company was founded by Simon Saxtorph who is himself a real estate agent. At a point where he wanted to become an independent agent, he found the tools that bigger agencies had access to, was not available for smaller, independent agents. This sparked the idea that that, perhaps other agents were missing out on market share, simply because they didn't have access to certain tools. This was quickly confirmed, and thus began the journey on building the ultimate toolset for agents and stakeholders.

PriceShape A/S

PriceShape is a market-leading software company, who offers an unique price comparison tool for online businesses as well as retail stores. Our software provides access to invaluable data showing the competitive situation in the market, and gives the tools to act on this data in real time. Our goal is to ensure the most optimal user experience for our clients and so far we are very proud of our achievements. We are a young and dedicated team of professionals who possess the right skillsets needed to ensure outstanding results. At PriceShape we are continuously expanding our business. We want to be first- and best-in-class and able to deliver the greatest and most user-friendly price comparison software. Today our clients are small online webshops, but also some of the biggest companies and brands in Denmark and Europe.

Keybird Instruments

Keybird Instruments is developing a lightweight acoustic piano to help piano enthusiasts play with their preferred sound (acoustic) with practicality and price comparable to that of digital pianos. Over 75% of piano players prefer an acoustic sound, yet most play digital because of price, size, and weight. We want to combine the best of both worlds. We can offer an acoustic piano that weighs only 43+ 16 kg, while only occupying half a square meter of valuable living space. It can be transported in normal cars. The first model has a slightly reduced amount of keys (just like many digital keyboards) having all the keys for pop and jazz but also most of the classical music for the first five years in music school. We thus have a strong focus on sound quality, rather than loudness, and we can reach the low price due to automated production in the worlds largest factory. We started this because we needed it for ourselves and saw the need for others. We asked all the piano enthusiasts we could reach and get the interest in our product confirmed. The huge market of acoustic and digital piano (we combine the benefits) is what keeps us on pace to provide an excellent alternative to digital piano's, which often get boring in the long run (We're just sharing our customer insights here ;)

As our system will reduce the cost of transferring money to near zero, we work actively to promote financial inclusion with an inclusive community-based approach for solving SDG #10.
