REKKI is an app designed by chefs for chefs to make ordering between restaurants and suppliers easier, more efficient and more accountable. We see it as our duty to reimagine the supply chain for the food industry. We are obsessed with the people who work to feed us. As a team, we spend a lot of time with people in the food industry, eating their food and listening to their stories. We love the grit and determination, the sweat, the wild stories, and the banter they have to share. These people work tirelessly so that others can indulge in experiences and expand their horizons. Danish founder and CEO Jannik Lawaetz started LuggageHero in 2016 in Copenhagen with 50 drop off-points. In 2017 the company expanded to London and New York with more than 350 storage locations. In 2019 LuggageHero expanded to +36 new cities and currently has more than 1000 storage partners globally spread across Europe and North America. Despite being slowed down during the pandemic, in 2021+2022 the company has plans to expand additionally and get further funding.

Wasted exists to feed people food waste. Coming from the food industry, we’ve seen firsthand how much food is thrown away while people in our communities lack the food they need. We’ve developed the world’s first pasta made from bread waste and a self-sufficient giving model! For each kilogram of pasta we sell, we donate one portion to an organization feeding food-insecure community members.

We have decided to radically change the way insurances are sold today. Instead of asking what the customer wants, we tell him what he needs. This we do by extracting intelligent insights from public available data and combing this with machine learning models trained on an insurance company’s existing portfolio.
