Customer onboarding is a central piece of the overall client journey as it is often the first experience that clients go through. It is however also a process fraught with complexity and ever-changing rules and regulations. At its core, a process that needs to satisfy relatively opposite forces - compliance/regulation and customer/user experience. The best proven way of tackling this problem is to build a sleek user experience and use the latest digital identity services to shorten the process as much as possible. The issue with this is that it can take months to implement just a single identity service and from that point making future changes would require even further development resources. HelloFlow is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) company that was started to explore ways of solving this issue. Our founders had previously been met with a similar situation when they were asked to implement onboarding solutions for some of Europe’s largest companies. The essence of the platform is that it combines two functionalities: 1. an easy way to create and adjust an onboarding “flow” and 2. a service infrastructure that allows a given company to “drag and drop” identity services into their new process. Biller - The next step in business payments We are an AI-powered “Buy Now, Pay Later” payment method that allows business buyers to order online and pay directly on invoice while performing real-time credit and fraud checks and a fully automated debtor management service. Thereby we reduce the operational burden and risk for the business seller while offering speed, flexibility and convenience for the business buyer e.g. by offering the buyer flexible payment terms. Biller may be brand new, but the brains behind it have been in the game for a long time. Our three founders earned their stripes at some of the biggest names in fintech. Now, they’re combining their expertise and energy to do something refreshingly new, and solve an age-old problem at the same time. We aim to be active in every EU country by 2024. That’s huge growth, but certainly within our reach. Shortly after we started Biller, a whole bunch of capital investors started beating down our door to get in. HackYourFuture is a non-profit that aims to train refugees, asylum seekers and other marginalised groups in Denmark to become web-developers and empower them by opening the doors to a very in-demand job market. In our 32-week program volunteer IT-professionals train students with and without a coding background in modern JavaScript software development and guide them towards work via our network. We are currently 4,5 people working on this project, but the heart of our organisation are our amazing volunteer mentors, teachers and students.
