Blueprint Learning

“If you are not ahead, you are falling behind” … and other clichés, which alludes to the simple fact that if your company does not constantly evolve, it inevitably falls behind. As such, the need for easy and effective consumption of knowledge has never been more acute. Nor has the need for efficiency and quality. Enter Blueprint Learning. Since 2015, Blueprint Learning has provided an e-learning platform for mandatory education with the simple goal to provide professionals with an easy-to-use, no-nonsense learning experience. We started our journey creating courses to lawyers and have since branched out into numerous other verticals. To date, we host over 250 unique courses, produced in our two state-of-the-art studios. And that is just what we have done so far. The really exciting thing is what we are going to next! And the goal is quite ambitious: We want to be the premiere provider of knowledge and learning in Europe. So, why should you consider Blueprint Learning? Well, if you ask us, the reasons are plenty. You get to be part of an established company, but still get to experience a very ambitious expansion strategy. Operating out of our offices at the heart of Copenhagen, you join a company, where you, at all levels of the organization, are offered a large level of autonomy, room to grow and ample opportunity to do meaningful work. The company culture is notoriously laid back and offers you the flexibility you need in your life to be the best version of yourself; that way, we believe you can also be the best professional when you work. We are a social bunch, with weekly Friday bars, breakfast, company events and all the other exciting things you would expect from a modern company. We are very excited about the future, and would love to hear from you, if you believe you can contribute towards it.

ClearContract

We build the system companies run their contracts, legal work and compliance on. All of it, in one place. And on top of it, AI agents that do most of that work themselves. The system is the boring, necessary part: every agreement in one searchable place, drafting from your own templates, e-signature, deadlines and renewals tracked, compliance obligations followed up, and reporting across the whole portfolio. Most companies do this across an inbox, a shared drive and a spreadsheet. It is archaic, failure-prone and worst of all: not automated. The agents are what we've spent most of our time on. Contracts arrive by email, and the agent takes it from there. Imagine you work with contracts at a company that has ClearContract: --- An agreement lands in your inbox at two in the morning, and by the time you're awake it's been filed in the system where it belongs, read end to end, checked against your company's own rules for what it will and won't accept, the problems written up in plain language, the reply drafted, the renewal date in the calendar and the follow-up task assigned. Not a draft of the work. The actual work done. With ClearContract, you don't even have to open the system, you can do ALL the work through the agents --- We're two founders that started it in Aarhus: a corporate lawyer who had done all of this manually in an in-house legal department, and a cognitive scientist who builds the AI. We've handled around 120,000 contracts for customers including e-Boks, A.GAIN Capital, Incommodities, Admin by Request and MFT Energy. If you join now, you'll be one of the first people here besides the founders. Not an early hire in the way companies use that phrase once they're thirty people. Actually early. What you build shapes the product, and how you work shapes how the company works, because there isn't a version of either that predates you. Denmark is the obvious place to start, but nothing about the problem we're solving stops at the border, and the plan has always been to take this well beyond it. We move fast. An idea in the morning can be live in the afternoon. There are no approval chains, no steering committees, no quarterly planning ritual, no decks written to justify decisions that have already been made. Nobody here will ever ask you to align on a framework. The flip side is the honest one: fewer systems, more ambiguity, and work that regularly sits outside your job title. If you like figuring out what needs doing more than being told, you'll have a very good time. We work closely together in central Aarhus, which means you'll know everything that's going on whether you want to or not. We take the wins seriously. Good weeks often end somewhere in town rather than at a desk. We don't wanna sit around 9-5 going to meetings, getting nothing done, and enduring all the corporate BS. We have started our own company to avoid all that, BUT most importantly: to make real change and have fun during it. Question is: do you wanna transform the industry with us?

FlavorScale’s platform is video-first and AI-powered, delivering engaging, personalized, and authentic food recommendations by harnessing behavioral data and smart algorithms. We bridge the gap between foodies and restaurants, empowering users to explore and share real experiences, and helping eateries reach the right audience with data-driven insights. Our live MVP has proven product-market fit, with strong success in Copenhagen, and we’re now preparing to scale through a larger pilot in a major Northwestern European city. By focusing exclusively on food discovery for Gen Z and combining community, AI, and real-time data, FlavorScale is poised to transform food discovery from a fragmented chore into an engaging, authentic, and efficient experience that benefits both consumers and the food industry. FlavorScale is building the definitive food discovery platform for Gen Z, video-first, AI-powered, and community-driven. Our MVP is live on Firebase, pre-pilot nailed strong traction in Copenhagen (our biggest win), and we're now scaling for a major Northwestern Europe launch with data insights that restaurants and brands crave. Why FlavorScale? Real momentum: Proven product-market fit from live MVP and pilots. Next: bigger city rollout, 2026 Q2 funding round, AI personalization at scale.
