Our story ChromaWay is a blockchain technology company. Since 2014, we have been developing and refining industry-defining blockchain technology platforms. Blockchain pioneers We created the first protocol for issuing tokens on the Bitcoin network. We used it to issue fiat currency together with LHV bank in 2014, and then to crowdfund startups on the Funderbeam platform. We designed a blockchain agnostic client-side validated smart contracting platform that put privacy first before privacy became a hot topic in blockchain. We have used it to support internal leasing in large organisations, issue financial instruments, and to allow government agencies to issue licenses digitally. In 2018 we used it to demo a live property sale together with the Swedish Land Registry. Technology by us We are the creators of relational blockchain, a new blockchain architecture which combines the power and flexibility of a relational database and the fault tolerant decentralised security of a blockchain. We built Postchain, a private blockchain or consortium database using the relational blockchain architecture. Postchain has registered property on three continents, accelerated the growth of green finance, and formed the basis for a proposed national e-currency. Relational blockchain also powers Chromia, our public platform for decentralized applications. Peak Cadence ApS was formed in 2020. We are currently two co-founders. We have a passion to develop interesting software that we can potentially spin out into new startups. We are constantly seeking new ideas that we critically evaluate. Our most recent product is MapADay.com - a website where users can find, create and share travel itineraries. The motivation behind the platform was to alleviate the hours of internet research and pasting into spreadsheets required to plan a trip. Our site has around 80 detailed and hand-crafted travel itineraries, and over 1,000 locations of interest - packed with meta data to drive our algorithms. Our site allows users to complete a profile with their travel preferences and interests - and we're finalising an algorithm to create automated travel itineraries. Not only does the site make trip planning easier, but it also acts as an internet marketing platform for businesses in the tourism and travel sector. MapADay has many gaps (we've been focusing on basic functionality, content and SEO) - but we have a roadmap to where we need to get to in order to evaluate the product's potential. We're looking to expand our team with a focus on business development and marketing.

We're creating a digital study abroad start-up that aims to increase mobility by boosting the encouragement among students within higher education to study abroad. Another motivation for the project was the Danish government's goal of sending 50% of students within higher education abroad to incorporate an international dimension into their danish study program. Given the tools provided by the Government, we aim to educate, consult and help students go take a semester abroad to develop their personal profile. Today's way is old fashioned - paperwork, stamps, mails ( the slow kind 🐌) and loads of Visa's and questions. Our platform gives the student the step by step process needed to get any bigger task done. Once signed up, we make sure that you have all the credit eligible courses you need from our online course catalogue, a signed learning agreement, an insurance and an acceptance letter.
