Killer Kebab

Killer Kebab is a modern fast-casual food brand deeply in love with kebab. We make ours personal and unique in a world that expects more and more from the food it eats. The problem we are solving is simple but deeply rooted: kebab has become synonymous with low transparency, inconsistent quality, and shortcuts hidden behind speed and convenience. Consumers want fast food that feels honest, crafted, and worth trusting, but the category has largely failed to evolve. Killer Kebab exists to change that. From day one, we set out to prove that kebab can be both fast and uncompromising. We build our kebab from scratch, marinating our meat in-house every morning, making all sauces and falafel ourselves, baking sourdough flatbreads fresh to order, and frying every falafel only when it’s needed. We deliberately serve fewer options, focusing instead on quality, repeatability, and operational excellence. Our approach turns quality from something subjective into something systematic. By owning every critical step of production, we create a product that is consistent across locations while remaining deeply human and handcrafted. This operational model allows us to scale without losing what makes the brand special. Beyond the product, Killer Kebab is built as a brand-first company. With a strong visual identity, a bold tone of voice, and a loyal community, we are creating more than meals. Privat-økonomi.dk er bygget med en klar mission: at gøre det nemt for private at få fuldt overblik over deres økonomi – på samme måde som virksomheder har gjort det i årevis med regnskabssystemer. I dag findes der mange værktøjer til budgetter, bankapps og regnskab for virksomheder, men meget få løsninger der samler hele den private økonomi ét sted. Privat-økonomi.dk lukker det hul. Platformen fungerer som et privat regnskabssystem, hvor brugere kan: - Få struktureret overblik over indtægter og udgifter - Følge deres økonomi over tid – ikke kun måned for måned - Arbejde systematisk med budgetter, kategorier og økonomiske beslutninger - Skabe et solidt fundament for opsparing, investering og fremtidig planlægning Fokus er ikke kun tal, men kontrol, forståelse og beslutningskraft i hverdagsøkonomien. Løsningen er i dag lanceret i Danmark, men er fra start bygget skalerbart med henblik på det skandinaviske og tyske marked.

SocialLearning

Sociallearning is an edtech platform built around peer-to-peer mentoring. We connect students with slightly older student mentors, so the conversations feel relatable and safe – about school, pressure, and study habits. More and more young people struggle with motivation, stress, and confidence in their studies. At the same time, teachers and counselors are under huge time pressure and simply can’t support every student as much as they would like to. That’s where Sociallearning comes in. We create a structured framework where resource-strong students support their peers through guided mentor programs. It makes help easier to access, faster to get, and less intimidating for students who might not ask adults for support. Because schools subscribe to the platform, every student can get help – it’s not dependent on parents’ finances. In short, we help schools scale support, while giving students a space where they actually feel understood.

SHADES Underwear

SHADES Underwear is a purpose-driven startup redefining what “nude” means in fashion. We create underwear in an inclusive range of skin-tone shades and sizes, because the industry has long failed to represent the diversity of real bodies. Our mission is rooted in representation, empowerment, and belonging – building products and a brand that make people feel seen, respected, and comfortable in their own skin. We believe that underwear is not just a basic, but a powerful foundation for confidence and self-expression.

Bellis

Bellis is developing a direct-to-consumer travel experience platform to help local tourism businesses sell experiences and gift cards directly to travelers, solving the problem of high commissions, lost customer relationships, and generic discovery on traditional booking platforms — powered by low fees, strong data ownership, and an AI-driven discovery layer. The tourism and experience economy is dominated by large global booking platforms and deal sites that take high commissions (often 15–30%), control customer data, and prioritize volume over relevance. For local hotels, inns, attractions, and experience providers, this results in shrinking margins, limited ownership of customer relationships, and heavy dependence on third-party platforms for visibility and sales. At the same time, travelers face a different but related problem: discovering authentic, local experiences is surprisingly difficult. Recommendations are often generic, paid placements dominate results, and users must jump between many different platforms to plan a trip. The result is a disconnect between what travelers want — personal, meaningful experiences — and how experiences are distributed online today. This problem affects a large and fragmented market: thousands of small and mid-sized tourism businesses across Denmark (and beyond), and millions of travelers each year looking for better inspiration and simpler booking flows. Despite digitalization, much of the value is extracted by intermediaries rather than staying with the local hosts who create the experiences. Bellis solves this by acting as a direct booking and discovery layer between travelers and local hosts. For travelers, Bellis is a single place to discover, save, and buy experiences and gift cards directly from hosts — without hidden markups or confusing redirects. Discovery is curated and increasingly personalized through an AI travel assistant that understands structured tourism data and recommends experiences based on interests, companions, timing, and location. For hosts, Bellis is not a traditional OTA. There are no setup fees, subscriptions, or long-term lock-ins. Partners only pay a low transaction fee when they actually make a sale. Bellis provides the infrastructure — checkout, gift cards, partner dashboards, analytics, and server-side tracking — while hosts retain control over pricing, branding, and customer relationships. A key part of the solution is measurement and data transparency. Bellis ensures that marketing and traffic can be tracked and optimized even when bookings happen in external systems, allowing partners to understand real performance and invest confidently in direct sales. Bellis started from first-hand experience working closely with tourism businesses and seeing how much value was lost to intermediaries. Again and again, great local hosts struggled to make direct sales while paying high commissions to platforms that added little beyond distribution. At the same time, as travelers ourselves, we felt how impersonal and repetitive travel discovery had become — even in a country full of unique places and passionate hosts. The inspiration came from Denmark’s Marguerite Route: guiding people away from the highways and toward hidden gems. Bellis is the digital version of that idea. The motivation is simple: keep more value local, make discovery feel human again, and give both travelers and hosts tools that work in their favor — not against them.

Studiebooster is a knowledge-driven platform dedicated to helping students navigate one of the most difficult phases of their education: the transition from university into their first full-time job. In 2023, 42% of students reported that this transition is hard, yet there are almost no specialised organisations offering practical, modern guidance. Getting a job, you are excited about, after graduation come with too much uncertainty. Studiebooster works on changing that. Creating better job security for graduates. Right now, Studiebooster focuses on creating clear, accessible information for students—books, articles, tools and content that turn career uncertainty into concrete steps. I share insights, frameworks and real-world advice that help students understand what employers actually look for, and how to build a compelling early-career profile beyond grades. In the near future, Studiebooster will evolve into a larger ecosystem: community-driven, tool-supported, and built in collaboration with student organisations and individuals with similar missions. All of these are in the making, and we need ambitios people to be the number 1 source for students, who believe there are greater than their grades. The vision is to create Denmark’s first dedicated uni-to-job transition knowledge platform—one place where students can get guidance, structure and support as they take their first steps into working life. Natural sports nutrition with Aronia berries: Harvested, developed, and produced in Denmark. Puronia specializes in producing natural sports nutrition, enabling athletes to have professional-level nutrition with uncompromising quality and purity. No artificial flavours or colors. No unnecessary additives. Just plant-based carbohydrates and the natural taste of Danish aronia berries. Tapp

Tapp is developing a software-only POS suite—tap-on-phone payments, eshop self-order, Native AI data platforms, and AI-assisted menu/setup - to help small UK service businesses ditch expensive hardware POS, solve slow service and rising operating costs, and stay compliant by default, powered by our ultra-fast UX, AI onboarding, leading AI features, and embedded payments. Independent cafés, massage parlors, and any other service spots are squeezed by hardware terminals, clunky back-office flows, and staffing shortages—which translates to slower turnover, longer queues, and lost revenue. Operators also face VAT/receipt/tips complexity and card-data obligations that traditional POS doesn’t simplify. The market is crowded, but legacy and “one-size-fits-all” tools still mean slow UI, multi-minute setup, and rigid pricing. Our analysis of UK-relevant providers shows many still require dedicated hardware or fragmented QR solutions—creating cost, training, and integration friction for small teams. Whilst providing insights on all the data collected, without the user having to ask. Tapp replaces boxes and paper with a phone-first POS: - Tap-to-Pay on iPhone & Android: take contactless cards/Wallets directly on staff or owner smartphones—no reader required. Fully productised in our “Staff” flow. - QR self-order, eshop & pay: guests scan, order, tip, and receive receipts digitally; staff stay focused on giving the best service, not card machines. - AI onboarding & menu import: snap a menu or upload a file; Tapp auto-parses categories/items, generates a store description, and lets owners tweak with guardrails (VAT, pricing, tags, duration). - Built-in compliance for UK SMBs: support for e-receipts, VAT invoice scenarios, and transparent tip/service handling—plus card-data best-practice via our payments stack. - Embedded payments on Adyen: unified acquiring, wallet rails, refunds/chargebacks, payouts, and potential embedded finance/share—with clear IC++ economics and SoftPOS fees. - Elite performance: our internal tests show UX runs 2.7× faster LCP and 3.3× less blocking than a leading competitor—keeping staff in “flow” during rush. Why this wins: zero hardware CAPEX, minutes-not-weeks deployment, faster service cycles, and fewer receipt/VAT/tips headaches—all in a single app the team already knows how to use (their phone). Feature depth is production-ready across signup/KYC, menu, staff, orders, payout views, and refunds per our shipped user stories. Whilst (soon) providing industry-breaking intelligence to make the small merchants play in the big leagues. We started Tapp after watching small venues spend too much on terminals and too long wrestling slow software—only to still miss orders at peak. We dug into the UK compliance tangle (VAT, receipts, tips) and saw a chance to bake the rules into the workflow, not bolt them on. Then we validated the experience with hard performance data and a best-in-class payments partner so owners can serve more customers with less kit and less stress. That’s why we’re doing this: give time back to small operators with a POS that is fast, compliant, and delightfully simple.
