GCDK, som er det lokale netværk for FN’s Global Compact, blev stiftet i oktober 2017 og har været i en rivende udvikling lige siden.

ToGoTryk is a start-up within the packaging market. We sell to go packaging with individual print for our customers, ranging from small cafes to large private companies. We develop a platform that makes it easy for everyone to buy to go packaging with individual print. To make the platform a succes we need to be the best of online marketing, why we also are trying to be the best within the field.We are based in Copenhagen, where we are apart of an accelerator programme for ambitious start-ups. We are three young entrepreneurs, with ambitious goals to change the slow industry of promotional packaging in Denmark. We do this by sourcing the best manufacturers in the industry, manufacturers who in collaboration with us offer smaller quantities, better prices and faster delivery time than the current companies in the sector. Our daily tasks, whether it is cold calling, social selling or improving our website, are strategically delegated to the respective person who will execute to the very best of his abilities. We believe in a supporting, positive attitude while pushing each other to become a little better every day. We all three partners students on the side, so our working hours vary from day to day. Magistra is a an electronic sports (esport) team based in Aarhus, Denmark. We focus on growing, cultivating and educating the danish talent mass and produce the esport starts of tomorrow. The way the team generates revenue is like any other sports team, a combination of sponsorships, merchandise sales and prizemoney.

Our mission is to create a contraceptive technology that renders hormonal birth control obsolete. We are addressing the millions of women that are demanding non-hormonal products with fewer side-effects to manage their fertility. Today, nearly 60 years after the first oral contraceptive pill was sold, most prescription birth control methods are variations on the same synthetic hormones. In collaboration with the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, we have developed a technology that reinforces the natural barrier properties of cervical mucus. The principle of the technology is to use topically-applied biopolymers to make cervical mucus impenetrable to sperm cells throughout the menstrual cycle. Our approach enables a potentially groundbreaking product that protects within a minute and for extended periods without the systemic side-effects known from hormonal contraceptives. In 2019 we raised $1.8M for pre-clinical development. Today we are incubated at the BioInnovation Institute, conveniently located in central Copenhagen, with access to state-of-the-art labs.

Sociallearning is an edtech platform built around peer-to-peer mentoring. We connect students with slightly older student mentors, so the conversations feel relatable and safe – about school, pressure, and study habits. More and more young people struggle with motivation, stress, and confidence in their studies. At the same time, teachers and counselors are under huge time pressure and simply can’t support every student as much as they would like to. That’s where Sociallearning comes in. We create a structured framework where resource-strong students support their peers through guided mentor programs. It makes help easier to access, faster to get, and less intimidating for students who might not ask adults for support. Because schools subscribe to the platform, every student can get help – it’s not dependent on parents’ finances. In short, we help schools scale support, while giving students a space where they actually feel understood.

Som stifter af Mind Care Collective er min mission at være med til at skabe et mere bæredygtigt arbejdsliv for danskere. Målet er at hjælpe privatpersoner, medarbejdere og ledere med at trives bedst muligt i det moderne, hastige liv, og at hjælpe dem med at leve og arbejde på en måde, så præstationer og ambitioner ikke bliver på bekostning af trivsel. Gennem Mind Care Collective er startet af mig, Lea Hellmann Midtgaard, og gennem min platform, min podcast, mit onlineforløb og mine foredrag deler jeg viden og redskaber relateret til mental trivsel og bæredygtig performance.

Nature Climbing sprouted from a simple idea in 2014: to create climbing gear that bridges the gap between indoor and outdoor climbing. This led us to create our first real rock holds, but has since expanded to much more – all of it intended to get climbers in closer contact with the natural origins of our sport and help them accomplish their goals. In our small workshop in Denmark, we infuse our love for climbing and the planet into everything we make.
