Herodesk is a fully remote tech startup based in Denmark. We have created a new customer service platform for small and mid-sized businesses and webshops. Our mission is to make customer service easy. It should be easy for our customers to use Herodesk, which in turn should make it easy for their customers to get the help they need. To achieve that, we've created a helpdesk and live-chat product that is simpler and cheaper than the alternatives. Our product was launched in September 2023. Now, a year later, we have close to 100 paying customers, with more being onboarded weekly. Our founder, Anders Eiler, has previously co-founded SpeedGaming and Meebox, and led the DanDomain E-commerce division (a >€10M rev. division). Based on those learnings, it was clear that a simple and affordable customer service platform was missing for small and mid-sized businesses. So in the summer of 2023, he founded Herodesk and entered a deep-red ocean with many established competitors, but with a mission to make great helpdesk software available for the masses. We've found product market fit, and it's time to scale the businesses nationally and internationally.

Selv er vi placeret i København, med et kontor i hjertet af Frederiksberg.

Our startup is revolutionizing the way football clubs train and develop their players by introducing an innovative, interactive training platform. Five2one helps with all the administration around the purchase as well as the administration post-sale.

Kumar Nordic is developing solution for small to medium sized retail store who cannot afford high tech solutions. Currently we are focussing on developing age identity solution for minors to make controls on alcohol and tobacco purchase. Recently Danish law has implemented a strict controls for retail chains to enforce a digital age check or by physical document checks to be done for young customers , whose age cannot be determined. As per the latest survey done by DR almost 80% young people were able to avail alcohol who were under 18. We are developing a solution that combines both facial analysis and identity using mitID.

The Copenhagen-based World Explorers Collective, is dedicated to enabling expeditions and promoting adventure. Ditur tog sine spæde skridt på drengeværelset hos Kasper og Mikkel Dissing i 2014. I dag er vi Danmarks største webshop med salg af ure og accessories, og vi er på vej ud på flere internationale markeder. Varesortimentet byder på over 8.000 varenumre, og vi servicerer mere end 250.000 kunder om året. Ditur har sit domicil i Hasselager lige udenfor Århus, hvor dine mere end 80 kommende kollegaer er fordelt på lager, kontor og i vores in-house butik. 1 juni 2021 udvidede vi forretningen med vores første fysiske butik, beliggende i hjertet af Aarhus, hvor vi allerede er blevet taget rigtig godt imod. I 2023 åbnede vi vores første fysiske butik ulandet. Fra den spæde start har det hos Ditur været intentionen at sælge moderne og anderledes ure, hvor kunden ikke betaler for mærket, men blot betaler for kvalitet og design. I februar 2020 deltager Kasper og Mikkel i DR1’s program ”Løvens Hule” med selv samme budskab og får derigennem Jacob Risgaard og Jesper Buch med i ejerkredsen. Vores vigtigste forudsætning er, at vi har tilfredse kunder. Vi arbejder derfor hele tiden på at sikre en simpel og brugervenlig hjemmeside med sikkerheden i top, og hvor kunderne og købsoplevelsen er i fuld fokus.
