Business Battlefield is a sprouting organisation consisting of volunteer students who aim to inspire, challenge and Shape the Leaders of Tomorrow. The organisation is part of the society CBS Case Competition and was founded back in 2017. Business Battlefield is an innovative leadership competition for students taking place in November. The first week of November will be one big orange party with events happening online and/or at different Copenhagen Business School locations. During this week a selected number of participants will receive training from our expert partners to prepare for the competition on the final day. During the year we also aim to host a series of inspiring talks and workshops with influential leaders for all students. The purpose of Business Battlefield is to offer students an inspiring experience and opportunity to exploit and challenge their leadership skills. The concept bridges the theoretical knowledge from academia with real-life leadership challenges preparing the participants for a career as a leader. We want Business Battlefield to be the first of its kind in challenging the contemporary characteristics of a leader. In a world where disruption, environmental issues, artificial intelligence and constant innovation are the most discussed business topics, we strive to identify the individuals that have the potential to successfully enter the world of leaders and make a change. Runners and cyclists have GPS to measure their workout performance, while strength training and functional fitness athletes have nothing. Except for Wodscribe. Our core technology uses smartwatch sensors to measure movement during training and can infer the exercise type and count the number of repetitions automatically. On top of this foundation we're building a product that that shows the athlete the information they need to optimize and improve their training routine. The athlete obviously already knows how many repetitions they did, they might not be aware of their time under tension, range of motion, variability in repetition speed, rest intervals, etc. Since Wodscribe knows every single repetition, all of these valuable insights can easily be calculated and the athlete can be made aware of their inefficiencies.

Pepbercorn is developing a stockphoto portal to help businesses and blog owners and whoever might need it solve the need for professional photos with pay per photo concept instead of a subscription. The motivation for the project comes from a desire to help companies and others with images where the user rights have been secured and which are easier to deal with than common similar services, as there is no ongoing subscription. Pepbercorn er ved at udvikle en stockfoto portal for at hjælpe virksomheder og bloggere - og hvem, der måtte have brug for det - med adgang til billeder taget af professionelle fotografer mod engangsbetaling pr. billede i stedet for et løbende abonnement. Motivationen til projektet kommer sig af en lyst til at hjælpe virksomheder og andre med billeder, hvor man har sikret sig brugerrettighederne og som er nemmere at have med at gøre end gængse lignende tjenester, idet der ikke er tilknyttet et løbende abonnement.

Our startup helps handicapped citizens manage their municipality helpers. There's a lot of confusion and stress related to keeping track of which helpers are doing what, sending their time sheets to the municipality and other similar issues like "tabt arbejdesfortjeneste". All of it usually requires a lot of different, separate calendars, and handitime is a shared calendar between citizens, parents and helpers, where the helpers themselves can put in the hours they use, and then the citizen and/or their parents just have to approve it, export to excel, and send it to their municipality.
