This teacher-centric platform identifies areas for improvement and provides targeted support for teachers' development. School leaders also get valuable insights to make informed decisions and improve educational quality. The journey began when a lecturer at CBS posted on LinkedIn about being recognized for his evaluations. A thought popped up: other teachers must want similar recognition but don't have the tools to improve their teaching. This sparked the idea for Opinoma.
