Sociallearning is an edtech platform built around peer-to-peer mentoring. We connect students with slightly older student mentors, so the conversations feel relatable and safe – about school, pressure, and study habits. More and more young people struggle with motivation, stress, and confidence in their studies. At the same time, teachers and counselors are under huge time pressure and simply can’t support every student as much as they would like to. That’s where Sociallearning comes in. We create a structured framework where resource-strong students support their peers through guided mentor programs. It makes help easier to access, faster to get, and less intimidating for students who might not ask adults for support. Because schools subscribe to the platform, every student can get help – it’s not dependent on parents’ finances. In short, we help schools scale support, while giving students a space where they actually feel understood.

The platform has already grown organically to members in more than 20 countries. We have not relied on paid marketing so far. Growth has come through word of mouth, community recommendations and people who like the idea of travelling without paying for accommodation.
