With The TMA Method implemented in the organisation, management and HR has a hands on method and toolset that drives and secures the talent development process. Auto-Mow Aps are supplying the robotic lawn mower market with installation material and accessories. We only operate within the B2B market and we assist our dealer in developing new and innovative products both for the installers of the robotic lawn mower but also the end-users. Our Dealers use our product every day, and they are continuously using them to sell directly to the customer, or to assist in their installation and service of the robotic lawnmowers. We are right now supplying over 20 countries across Europe, where we mostly only focus on the Professionelle installers and the Distributors within the garden industries. The Major brands don't offer much accessories within the Market, and they mainly focus on the developing the Robotic lawn mowers, these gives us a lot of great opportunities within the market. The market I also increasing every single year, this also opens up a lot new dealers that comes to us to become dealer.

Walking for Water

W4W is a danish NGO working for Clean Water and Sanitation for all. Our main area of operation is Africa. So far we've raised funds for about 50 water pumps for poor communities across five African countries. Communities in need apply on our website for clean water assistance. We review the requests and our local partners visit promising communities to evaluate needs and provide borehole installation quotes. We then fundraise, mainly from Danish companies and donors, to sponsor water projects matched to communities. Our partners handle borehole establishment and provide project updates and photos to sustain engaged support. This model allows donors to directly aid worthy recipients in achieving life-changing clean water access. Our organisation is completely run by volunteers: - The Board of Directors (Elected annually by members. Take major decisions and give directions) - The Project Group (Validating applications, communicating with local partners, bargaining with contractors and sending funds) - The Web Group (Updating the website) - The SoMe group (Handing content creation and posting of annonces and organic posts on the organisations SoMe handles) - The Members Group (Responsible for recruiting and keeping passive members and volunteers) *Group currently empty* - The Sponsor Group (Responsible for finding sponsors for our projects) *Group currently empty* We need assistance to innovate and run vital parts of our operations. Forlaget elixum udvikler letlæsningsbøger til indskoling (6-10 år) igennem vores gennemarbejdede bøger ca. 100 stk på nuværende tidspunkt, giver vi børnene lyst til at lære at læse. I vores bøger skal tekster og illustrationer være lige gennemarbejdet. Vi er simpelthen ikke dygtige nok til at nå og sælge til vores målgruppe på sociale medier, så vores primære salg er igennem 3.parts forlagssalg Vi er repræsentereret på ereolen, ereolen go, maneno, bookbites, nickstories, fariytell og oversat til tysk, svensk og norsk.

Kiddo er en værdibaseret start-up og digital platform der formidler oplevelsesgaver til børn og unge. Visionen for Kiddo er, at vi skal give vores børn og unge flere oplevelser og færre ting. Oplevelser som glæder og udvikler børn, unge og deres relationer. Oplevelser som gavner miljøet og lokale oplevelsesvirksomheder relativt til fysiske gaveprodukter. Kiddo gik live for mindre end et år siden med webshop, social media og annoncering. Vi har mere end 35 oplevelser herunder samarbejder som Det Kgl Teater og Copenhill og flere i pipeline. Kiddo oplever til trods for covid19 restriktioner og nystartet virksomhed stor vækst. Vi tror på oplevelsesgaver i fremtiden især pga. en øget miljøbevidsthed blandt forbrugerne men også stor udvikling og vækst i oplevelsesøkonomien generelt.
