We are small but growing food business with a team of 4 based in Copenhagen that specialises in indian food. Stared from a small foodtruck 2 years ago today we have a small restaurant and 2 foodtrucks working in and around Copenhagen. Our industry is notoriously famous for a very high food waste. Our concept is very simple, we have an almost zero waste kitchen. Our strategy is have a smaller menu, our 2 years of experience and some internal measures we take everyday which makes us an almost zero waste company.

AIESEC provides an opportunity for young people to work or volunteer abroad in non-familiar environments. Samtidig er der mulighed for at skrive, hvad man søger, hvilket bidrager til netværks relevansen. Man skal dog have mulighed for at pitche sine kompetencer ved at skrive til TalentSpring, som derefter vil hjælpe med at sætte dem sammen med individer, som kunne finde det relevant og afhjælpe en talentudvikling på disse henvendelser - her ville det være ideelt at modtage støtte, som kunne afdække dette talentforløb og dermed skabe relevans for hele fødekæden. TalentSpringForCreators: er dermed en platform som skaber muligheder for alle aktører i branchen uanset om du er live-musiker eller producer. Det er et større, men overskueligt projekt, som vil bidrage til alle afkroge af musikbranchen, da det vil øge kvaliteten i hele fødekæden indenfor sangkomposition samt eksport og formidling i form af udvalgte samarbejdspartnere.
