We are a boutique legal and commercial consulting firm, offering specialized consultancy services tailored for small and medium-sized businesses engaged with IT/Tech. Our mission is to help these businesses navigate the complexities of contract terms and negotiations with a methodical and strategic approach. - The What We address the intricacies of contract terms and negotiations in the IT/Tech sector. This challenge often confronts small and medium-sized businesses, influencing their overall business outcomes. A strategic approach to contractual terms is vital as it leads to better financial results, streamlined internal processes, and enhanced collaboration with partners and customers. - The How We've crafted a unique framework where we methodically review all aspects of a business that could influence the terms presented to partners. Our focus is on: * Crafting terms that fit market needs * Supporting internal processes and procedures * Simplifying and shortening the negotiation process * Reducing delivery risks * Providing clear and reasonable terms for collaboration Our approach is enriched by our practical experiences and analyses from the World Commerce and Contracting Association. - The Why With highly experienced partners boasting an average legal and commercial experience of more than 20 years, including from senior positions in some of Denmark's largest companies, we recognized the need for specialized consultancy services. Our motivation stems from ensuring that businesses have the right contractual terms and strategies in place for success. To stay competitive, we invest time and effort in training our own LLM based on our work, limiting redundant tasks and ensuring efficiency in new projects, especially those that encompass similar work previously provided to other clients.

Dineout ehf. is a software development house focusing on making solutions for restaurants, cafes and bars. The company consists of an interdisciplinary team of programmers, engineers, and professionals with extensive experience and knowledge of the daily operation of restaurants. All software solutions have developed in close collaboration with operators with their needs and wishes in mind. Dineout's software solutions are all interconnected, but companies can also choose individual solutions, i.e., depending on a given business and its requirements. There are many advantages that Dineout’s solutions are all interconnected, e.g., it makes it much easier for operations and management to use one system. Dineout’s software solutions are simple to install and extremely user-friendly. In addition, a variety of statistics and reports can be extracted.

Hume Agency

At Hume Agency, we hate buzzwords. We do Personal & Employer branding, but that's mainly a label we slap on our website to make decision-makers quickly understand the scope we're dealing with. Let's get to it. We help CEOs, Founders, Consultants, and key people build their personal brand on LI (Personal brand = Your online presence). We help companies build their employer brand. (Employer brand = The world's perception of a company as an employer). In short, we elevate brands to the next level, making them relatable – human. No more sounding like that textbook everyone hates. We help brands communicate like, well, humans. We often work with founders, CEOs, or entrepreneurs. We formulate a strategy that positions them strongly in their market, build the content calendar, strengthen their networks, and write content for them through our content writers. It all results in increased visibility, a stronger voice, and better opportunities coming their way. Who are we? Two founders, Johannes & Jonas, our first full-time employee, Christian, and a network of creatives who truly get it. Our office is right at the center of Frederiksberg. JamLab ApS

JamLab bygger digitale undervisningsmidler baseret på game-based learning, så undervisning bliver mere motiverende, aktiv og lærerig gennem rigtige spil – ikke “drag-and-drop”-øvelser forklædt som spil. Vi løser et klassisk problem i skolen: det er svært at fastholde elevernes engagement og gøre læring sjov og meningsfuld i praksis. JamLab tilbyder læringsspil, interaktive simuleringer og AI-værktøjer, som kan bruges direkte i undervisningen som supplement og aktiv læring. Vores spil bliver allerede spillet af ca. 500.000 elever hvert kvartal på skoler i USA.

carle_mil is an experimental jewelry brand based in Copenhagen. Each and every jewelry piece is unique and casted using precious metals such as gold and silver. No two pieces are alike, and every one of them is seen as a miniature sculpture with a focal point on texture, proportions and quality. All pieces have been shaped only by hand.

In-form

In-form was founded to strengthen community and solidarity among children playing team sports. We’re currently bringing joy and self-esteem to kids playing football in Denmark through our physical products and offerings. We’re a group of passionate individuals who believe inclusion drives progression and diverse and varied perspectives are the key to deeper understanding and value-creation. Every day we aim to strengthen community among kids, no matter their background, through their involvement in team sports.

Fenster ApS

Fenster provides a best-in-class SaaS offering for window cleaners to manage their business. Our solution takes care of customers management, recurring task planning, job scheduling, customer notification, route optimisation, automatic invoicing via 3rd party integration, online booking for end customers, and much more. We make it easy to be a window cleaner, removing as much administration as possible and freeing up time to clean more windows. We are bootstrapped, based out of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Syncdesk

På hoteller er koordineringen af den daglige drift ofte karakteriseret ved en forkærlighed for post-it notes og lange e-mail-tråde. What’s not to like? *Ironi kan forekomme. 😉 Som det ligger mellem linjerne, er kommunikationsflowet på hoteller ofte præget af håndholdte processer, hvor informationen er lagret i statiske skabeloner, primært opbygget i Word eller Excel. Det resulterer i ineffektive arbejdsgange og vigtig information, der går tabt, hvilket direkte påvirker bundlinjen i form af spildte mandetimer og unødvendigt højt kundetab. Syncdesk er sat i verdenen, for at løse det problem og gøre arbejdsdagen lettere for medarbejderen i driften, receptionisten, tjeneren, rengøringspersonalet osv. Vi strømliner koordinering af den daglige drift på hoteller, ved at tilbyde en brugervenlig kommunikationsplatform, som gør det nemt, at dele information på tværs af huset. Det sikrer, at informationen er let tilgængeligt til den rigtige medarbejder på det helt rigtige tidspunkt. 🤝 I hotelbranchen har man en løbende drift 24/7, 365 dage om året. Det skaber et flow af konstant information, som skal behandles eller løses, både mellem vagthold internt i teams eller på tværs af afdelinger. I den forbindelse er der et stort pres på det interne kommunikationsflow for at sikre en smidig koordinering af den daglige drift – det kan være alt fra information relateret til gruppebookinger til håndtering af manglende betalinger eller særlige gæsteforespørgsler. Grundet de eksisterende løsningers manglende struktur og overblik spildes der meget tid på at sikre, at kommunikationen bliver modtaget på det korrekte tidspunkt af den rigtige medarbejder. Til trods for det store arbejde tabes meget vigtig information stadig mellem to stole. 😓 Med Syncdesk simplificerer vi kommunikationsflowet på tværs af hele hotellet og skaber et simpelt overblik over relevant information til den enkelte medarbejder.   Tre måneder efter implementering af Syncdesk føler 91% af de adspurgte receptionister, at de er bedre forberedt, når de starter arbejdsdagen. Det resulterer i, at 82% føler, at de kan levere en forbedret service til hotellets gæster. 🥳 På nuværende tidspunkt er vi tre co-founders på teamet: Christian (26), Alfred (22) og Frederik (22). Vi driver Syncdesk efter bootstrap princippet og vi vægter højt at fastholde friheden til at have os selv med på rejsen og at vi har vores brugere i højsædet.   Vi tror på, at det handler om at finde de rigtige mennesker, inden man kan fastsætte den rigtige retning.   Til daglig sidder vi på Frederiksberg og er en del af CSE (Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship). CSE er et kontorfællesskab, primært for unge iværksættere, som giver en fremragende mulighed for at sparre og begå sig med andre ambitiøse founders. Kontoret ligger lige ned til Frederiksberg Have, hvilket giver en oplagt mulighed for en gåtur efter frokost, eller hvis man bare skal luftes igennem - og så kan man drikke så meget kaffe, som man har lyst til, selvom det dog ikke helt er baristakaffe. ☕️

Os Om Havet

Os Om Havet er en frivillig organisation, der ønsker at sætte fokus på forurening af verdenshavene. Det er et stigende problem for de marine økosystemer. Omkring 70 procent af al affald, der ender i havet, synker til bunds. Her kan det have store konsekvenser for havmiljøet og er samtidig utilgængeligt for traditionelle oprydningsmetoder. Os Om Havet holder derfor arrangementer, hvor dykkere og andre ildsjæle fra hele Danmark samles og i fællesskab rydder op både over, under og i havet. Vi tror, at en god oplevelse i naturen kan skabe motivation og engagement til at handle på nogle af de store udfordringer, miljøet står overfor. Os Om Havet er mere end svømmefødder og iltflasker. Med foredrag og skoleforløb ønsker vi at udbrede budskabet og gå sammen om at få skabt en bæredygtig fremtid, hvor mennesket og naturen i højere grad forenes. Kom og bliv en del af fællesskabet! ARIS Robotics

ARIS Robotics was founded by a shared vision: to steer the world towards a greener future. One of the critical challenges in the green transition is how we manage our resources and waste. Today’s processes are highly linear: raw materials are extracted, processed into products, used a few times, and then discarded—either incinerated or buried in landfills. We aim to change that. At ARIS, our ultimate goal is to create a world without waste. This means transforming linear processes into circular ones. The first step towards effective recycling is good sorting. We develop scalable and automated solutions using deep learning to recognize and sort waste efficiently. Currently, we are serving our beachhead market—public recycling centers. Here, we assist visitors in correctly sorting their waste, extending the lifespan of materials and reducing the need to extract more raw materials from our limited planet.
