Through books, online courses, blogging and other digital content 20 Skridt helps people to live a slow, simple and meaningful life. The corner stone in this work is the website and blog 20skridt.dk and several online courses. 20 Skridts weekly mailing list, Søndagslisten, currently (summer 2021) has more than 3,500 subscribers. 20 Skridt is owned by Danish author Ole Ditlev Nielsen who works with a small team of freelancers. He has written several textbooks on teaching, pedagogy, stress management and slow living. On 20 Skridts roadmap is a stronger presence in the online space, a new SoMe strategy and launching books, website and online courses in English. 20 Skridt has a happy home in Hubspace, a coworking space in Ørestad, next to Fields shopping center and Ørestad Station.

RiskWave is to start making risk assessments to the maritime industry. Tir’s bread solves 2 important modern problems: - The effects of climate change: old varieties are able to adapt and develop into the changing environment. - The ill effects high gluten and chemically grown wheat is having on our health. Anders Borgen is a leading Danish wheat farmer who promotes biodiversity working towards the needs of the organic movement (https://www.arc2020.eu/anders-borgen-nurd-of-the-niche/): - Modern bread readily available today is high in gluten and low in nutrition. The modern grain is a genetically modified form of grain that is very high in gluten. This high gluten and low nutrition is making people sick. - Industrial millers also strip the grain of vital nutrients, removing the germ where the oils and nutrients reside, and the bran husk where the fibre is, leaving only the endosperm. - Stone-grinding the flour fresh retains all the nutrients in the flour and the bread. Once the flour is milled oxidation begins to take place and nutrients decrease fast. At Tir the flour is used straight from the mill retaining the highest nutritions and flavour: - The bread will be the highest nutritious bread in Denmark. - Tir Bakery has been collaborating with Birkemosegaard Biodynamic Seasonal Farm where the grain grows (March - October). The bread has been a huge success. During high season 150 breads sold out within a few hours a day. - Due to these farming and milling methods the distribution chain is a lot shorter which reduces the carbon footprint.

Our installations is doted with filters eliminating micro-plastics in water up to 0.2 micron. Its functionality will decrease the waiting time of getting a drink and reduce queues, but above all we are focused on providing environmental friendly solutions. We also provide an in-app method of paying, available to use with our PCUP digital mug , thanks to its built-in chip, paying and choosing the drink will take few seconds, reducing the waiting time for getting a drink. The mug can be used more than 2000 times without quality loss and applies with all safety regulations for stadiums. We live in a throw-away society which is dominated by consumerism, and we are producing a tremendous amount of waste. Our motivation is to take part in the transition towards a more circular future. Our ultimate vision is a waste free world, where 100% of the waste we produce is recycled – or even better not produced where its possible!
