FlexLogical is a company which design and develop medical devices used during minimal invasive surgeries. It has been found that the major cause of human errors in minimal invasive surgeries, eg. laparoscopy surgery, is unstable movement of the minimal invasive devices. DoBetter is a tech-startup founded by two experienced psychologist (erhvervspsykologer). We are currently part of INCUBA Startup Lab, Navitas.Our main idea is to build, test and sell a web-based tool for collaborative improvements to be used for improving the quality of work (faglig kvalitet), the effectivenes/productivity and the health and safety (arbejdsmiljø). Our ambition with the app DoBetter is to disrupt the currently used methods for APV (arbejdspladsvurdering).

Den bedste måde at udleve dette ønske var for mig at tage min passion for e-handel og softwareudvikling og bruge det til at udvikle en e-handelsløsning, hvor jeg kunne hjælpe almindelige mennesker uden teknisk viden til at starte en webshop hurtigt og let.
