Therefore, there is a really good working environment at DIGURA. You can either meet and work together, or work from home. The most important thing is to keep the deadlines agreed on each week. There is not yet a deadline that was not reached. We hold a meeting once a week where everybody participates, so everybody knows what has been done in the last week, and what is on the program for the next week. Besides that, we always end the meetings with shoutouts and praise. Alldialogue er en dansk software leverandør, der fokuserer på at udvikle, drifte og servicere fagsystemer til journalisering (JO) og samarbejde (SA), heraf platformsnavnet JOSA, målrettet kommunerne. JOSA-platformen kom til verden i 2018 for at imødekomme kommuners behov for at effektivisere journaliserings- og samarbejdsprocesser på en mere lovlig og sikker måde. I dag har en række kommuner valgt JOSA pga. den øgede efterspørgsel efter enklere og intuitive løsninger, der samtidig understøtter div. arbejdsgange. Resultatet er, at faggrupper dokumenterer deres arbejdsprocesser effektivt og sikkert. JOSA består således i dag af en række ”sammenhængende JOSA-løsninger”, som hindrer lokal lagring eller usikker deling af personfølsomme informationer.
