Monii konto ApS

Monii is a danish fintech company with a vision to build Gen. 2.0 digital bank targeted micro businesses in Europe. Via a Banking-as-a-Service model we can integrate an unlimited amount of financial services into our banking platform via API integrations. This gives us the possibility to customize a digital bank that and integrate the specific financial services which these customers need to run their business today. For decades newly started businesses, in large part of Europe, has been discarded by traditional incumbent banks. Many have been declined when applying for a basic business bank account and small business loans. We are here to change that! We want to ensure financial inclusion for all micro businesses in Europe, both newly started businesses and existing micro businesses. The segment is severely underserved in many markets and they are struggling to get serviced by current players. The competitions is very low in this segment, despite the segment accounting for 22,8 million micro businesses in Europe. The potential is huge and we are seizing the opportunity! Our mission: We want to ensure financial inclusion and fairness by utilizing the new BaaS banking technology to create a unique product, tailored to micro businesses in Europe. What is Banking as a Service (BaaS)? BaaS is a model that allows non-bank businesses (like Monii) to offer financial services by integrating bank products through APIs. It enables companies to provide banking-like services without becoming a licensed bank.   How BaaS model works? BaaS allows non-banking businesses to offer financial services through licensed banks. Unlike traditional banking, where only banks provide services, BaaS enables companies—like FinTechs or retailers—to integrate banking features directly into their products. This model opens up multiple revenue streams while letting customers enjoy seamless financial solutions, such as payments, loans, and digital wallets, without leaving their favorite platforms (Monii platform). Vi besøger vores kunder i dagligstuen og hjælper dem med deres IT-udfordringer. Vores målgruppe sætter pris på vores nærvær og tålmodighed. Danmark er verdens næstmest digitaliserede land, med en stigende levealder. Derfor er en voksende procentdel af vores borgere digitalt ekskluderede. Denne udvikling bekæmper vi, for at gøre livskvaliteten og glæden for vores digitale infrastruktur større. Vi arbejder for digital inklusion for alle. Dette udmunder sig i vores to kerneaktiviteter: hjemmebesøg og IT-caféer. Hjemmebesøgene foregår således: - Kunden beskriver sin(e) udfordring(er) - Vi forventningsafstemmer og aftaler et besøg - Vi besøger kunden indenfor 24 timer og hjælper dem IT-caféerne afholder vi ugentligt på aktivitetscentre for ældre borgere. Dette faciliteres gennem et samarbejde med Københavns Kommune. Vi fik ideen til FamilieTeknikeren, da vi arbejde i en elektronikforretning. Som ansatte der, blev vi ofte mødt af mennesker, der havde udfordringer, der bedst kunne løses ved et hjemmebesøg. Vi vidste ikke hvor vi skulle henvise dem til, så vi sagde op og stiftede løsningen. Noget, der også adskiller os meget fra elektronikforretningerne, er at vi rådgiver uvildigt. Dette betyder, at vi aldrig prøver at sælge vores kunder noget - vi hjælper dem bare.

Bio-compostable plastic is already used in many industries today. GRØNBLÅ goes much further. As a solutions partner, GRØNBLÅ helps companies and brands to push their green and sustainable efforts to a new level. GRØNBLÅ wants to create a true circular economy: First and foremost is the use of proven and certified bioplastics for packaging and accessories. A take-back program to ensure that the bio-compostable material is collected without being mixed with other material and composted in special facilities. In addition, GRØNBLÅ is working intensively with renowned research partners to further optimize the process of composting using bacteria and enzymes. Our goal is to offer high-performance bio-compostable materials and create true closed-loop solutions where the material is not discarded after use but returned to nature in an environmentally friendly way.

FiltraCare

FiltraCare is developing an innovative cigarette filter collection and recycling system to help cities and local communities tackle the international growing problem of cigarette waste. The mision is to provide an efficient, eco-friendly way to collect, store, and recycle cigarette filters, transforming a harmful pollutant into a valuable resource while reducing environmental damage caused by microplastics. Cigarette filters are the most common form of litter globally, contributing heavily to environmental pollution. They break down into microplastics that harm marine life and biodiversity. FiltraCare aims to address this problem by creating a scalable system that allows cities and businesses to collect and recycle cigarette filters before they are littered in landfills or oceans. The problem is widespread, affecting urban areas, natural environments, and public spaces worldwide, with billions of filters discarded every year. At FiltraCare, I have developed custom cigarette filter collection devices designed for urban environments and public spaces. These ashtrays will in the future collect used filters, which will be stored in airtight containers to prevent contamination. Filters will be sent to our recycling partner, who recycles them. It is the goal for FiltraCare to be able to recycle cigarette filters internally. Currently I am in the process of realising the pilot project in collaboration with local businesses and city authorities that are helping me fine-tune the logistics and scaling potential. By integrating this solution into existing urban infrastructures, we offer a seamless process for reducing cigarette filter waste. The idea for FiltraCare came when I realized how ubiquitous and damaging cigarette filters are to our environment. Walking through city streets, parks, and beaches, I saw the big amount of cigarette waste and understood its long-term impact on ecosystems. This prompted me to dive into research, learning that cigarette filters are composed of non-biodegradable materials that release microplastics into nature. Fueled by a passion for environmental sustainability and innovation, I decided to focus all my energy on creating a solution to this pressing problem, believing that even small changes in waste management can lead to big environmental improvements.

Kumar Nordic ApS

Kumar Nordic is developing solution for small to medium sized retail store who cannot afford high tech solutions. Currently we are focussing on developing age identity solution for minors to make controls on alcohol and tobacco purchase. Recently Danish law has implemented a strict controls for retail chains to enforce a digital age check or by physical document checks to be done for young customers , whose age cannot be determined. As per the latest survey done by DR almost 80% young people were able to avail alcohol who were under 18. We are developing a solution that combines both facial analysis and identity using mitID.
