Nordsea Energy

My startup is in the planning stage and aims to deploy scalable solar-hybrid mini-grids—using technology of Nordic origin—to provide reliable, affordable clean energy to general hospitals across Sub-Saharan Africa. Hospitals widely suffer from unreliable electricity (only ~50% have consistent access per WHO data), leading to frequent blackouts, costly diesel dependence, and life-threatening interruptions to surgeries, emergencies, diagnostics, labs, and refrigeration.The venture targets massive untapped demand in a high-priority healthcare sector, with stable anchor revenue from hospitals, diesel cost savings, falling component costs, supportive policies, and non-binding government agreements in select countries to facilitate rollout—creating very profitable scaling alongside major social/environmental impact for uninterrupted lifesaving operations.Actively exploring feasibility, partnerships, and pilots. LEVU

Levu is a booking and payment platform for the beauty and personal care industry, built around a fundamentally different revenue model. Today, salons and clinics are burdened by fragmented booking systems, no-shows, heavy administration, and high fixed platform fees that erode already thin margins. Meanwhile, customers expect fast, frictionless booking and seamless payments. Levu solves this by shifting platform costs away from salons and onto the end user. Instead of charging businesses recurring subscription fees, Levu generates revenue through a small service fee per completed transaction paid by customers — aligning incentives across the entire ecosystem. Customers book and pay for treatments in advance, while salons benefit from reduced no-shows, improved cash flow, and simplified operations, without increasing their fixed costs. Levu is designed for local, city-by-city rollout, enabling controlled expansion, strong unit economics, and early paths to profitability. The product is developed and prepared for initial market entry, with a go-to-market strategy focused on high-frequency services such as hair, beauty, and wellness. We are currently raising capital to fund initial market entry, operations, and targeted local marketing in our first Danish cities, with the objective of proving traction and scaling sustainably.

We've built Charger Health, an AI-powered Operations & Maintenance platform for EV charging networks. Our software automatically identifies issues and initiates resolution flows in real-time. This is done through combination of pattern recognition, machine learning models and an agentic infrastructure. In addition, our solution automatically creates, updates and closes tickets, optimizing the throughput of operations teams. Lastly, intelligent alerts reveal hidden issues and enables proactive remote handling. This has reduced the operational resources required to manage the network, enabling operations teams to more than double their output, while also improving key performance metrics such as uptime and charging success rate.

Vikarbooking (VB) er en digital rekrutterings- og vikarplatform, udviklet til at gøre ansættelser mere enkle, gennemsigtige og markant billigere end de løsninger, som i dag dominerer markedet. Platformen er 100 % online og bygger på strukturerede data, dokumenterbare matches og målbare resultater frem for manuelle processer, mavefornemmelser og dyre, bindende aftaler. Det problem, VB adresserer, er grundlæggende strukturelt. Rekruttering og vikararbejde er i mange år blevet varetaget af aktører, der opererer med høje provisioner og begrænset gennemsigtighed. Gængse vikarbureauer tager typisk 25–35 % i avance, hvilket gør midlertidig arbejdskraft dyr og fastansættelser endnu dyrere. Hertil kommer bindinger, lange opsigelsesvarsler og frikøb, som i praksis låser både virksomheder og medarbejdere fast i uhensigtsmæssige forløb. Samtidig er traditionel rekruttering ofte præget af tunge processer: jobopslag, store mængder ansøgninger, sortering, samtaler og tests – uden sikkerhed for, at ansættelsen bliver den rigtige. For mange virksomheder er det reelle behov ikke flere ansøgninger, men muligheden for hurtigt og risikofrit at se en kandidat fungere i praksis, før der træffes beslutning om fastansættelse. VB er udviklet som et digitalt alternativ til netop denne virkelighed. Platformen samler virksomheder og kandidater online og gør rekruttering til en løbende, datadrevet proces. Kernen i løsningen er Try & Hire, som er Danmarks korteste og billigste vej til fastansættelse. Med Try & Hire kan en virksomhed indgå aftale med en kandidat som vikar og efter blot 20 dage vælge at ansætte vedkommende direkte – uden provision, uden ekstra betaling / binding. I prøveperioden betaler virksomheden alene et lavt, fast dagligt beløb, hvilket giver fuld omkostningskontrol og eliminerer risikoen for uforudsete rekrutteringsudgifter. VB arbejder ikke med traditionelle ansøgninger som udgangspunkt. Kandidater oprettes med strukturerede profiler, hvor kompetencer, erfaring, certifikater og praktiske kvalifikationer er i fokus. Virksomheder kan selv søge, udvælge og tage initiativ, hvilket forkorter vejen fra behov til handling markant. Hele processen foregår digitalt og kan tilpasses virksomhedens aktuelle situation. Et centralt element i VB er målbarhed. Platformen giver virksomheder et samlet online overblik over hele forløbet: antal relevante kandidater, matches baseret på kompetencer, aktive bookinger, gennemførte Try & Hire-forløb og efterfølgende ansættelser. Rekruttering bliver dermed ikke en sort boks, men en proces, der kan dokumenteres, evalueres og optimeres over tid på baggrund af konkrete data. Samlet set reducerer VB både tid, risiko og omkostninger ved ansættelser. Virksomheder får en fleksibel og gennemsigtig løsning, der kan anvendes løbende, mens kandidater får mulighed for at vise deres værdi i praksis frem for på papir. Vikarbooking er skabt ud fra en klar ambition: at erstatte dyre mellemled og ineffektive arbejdsgange med en digital, målbar og fair model, hvor ansættelser bygger på virkeligt arbejde og dokumenterede resultater.

Vi skabte NODA i 2020, fordi vi savnede en drik med ægte ingredienser, lavt kalorieindhold og uden sukker, kunstige sødestoffer eller tilsætningsstoffer. Alt, hvad vi fandt, indeholdt unødvendige ingredienser, selv “sunde” alternativer. Resultatet blev NODA – en genopfindelse af sodavanden. Med 30% presset økologisk frugt og danskvand tilbyder vi en naturlig, lækker og forfriskende drik, som kan nydes af alle. Vores mission: At skabe drikkevarer med fokus på økologi, sundhed og bæredygtighed, som folk kan nyde dagligt. The Problem: What problem are you attempting to solve, and how big is it? Children suffering from school refusal systematically fall out of the education system because traditional teaching methods fail to meet their individual learning needs. Today, 110,000 children have experienced school refusal—equivalent to one in five students. This target group becomes isolated at home during their school years, which later leads to difficulties in securing and maintaining employment, costing society 2.2 billion annually. Research shows that the most critical factor for these students is restoring their self-confidence regarding learning; they need to experience learning as a positive activity and process the traumas that led to their school refusal (The Back2School Modular Cognitive Behavioral Intervention, 2024). Therefore, before attempting to reintegrate students into the physical school environment, it is crucial to rebuild their confidence and bring them up to the academic level of their peers to reduce feelings of stigmatization. The Solution: What is your idea? Describe your product or service. GradeAid is an AI agent that creates personalized learning experiences. Students simply scan their homework or verbalize what they wish to learn. Our AI then generates tailored content derived from pedagogically validated materials, specifically designed for children who lack academic confidence or have fallen behind. The system continuously learns from the student's interactions and automatically adapts the curriculum. This helps restore the self-confidence and joy of learning that many of these students lack, while ensuring the process is both personalized and fun. The platform features a 24/7 AI tutor providing instant feedback. Through gamification, students earn coins for their virtual pets. This approach was selected because research has long established that gamification effectively builds confidence and helps children re-engage with learning (Impact of gamification on school engagement: a systematic review, 2024). Instead of forcing the child to fit the system, our technology adapts to the child's way of learning. Our intention is to build confidence so that children find it easier to return to school, equipped with the mental energy to focus on social reintegration. The platform supports both English and Danish. We are currently testing the Danish version.

AITSU is a startup that commercialises ultrasound guided intralymphatic Immunotherapy as a disruptive treatment for grass pollen allergy. To improve the quality of the injections, we want to build software that can identify lymph nodes and the needle in real time and guide the needle to the optimal site for the intralymphatic injection of medicine.
