RemoteMore brings the matching of remote job candidates and companies to a level of efficiency and effectiveness that does not exist today.More and more companies are realizing that hiring the best person for the job means hiring globally. While there are many options for hiring traditional employees – the choices are too limited when it comes to hiring remote employees with longer-term commitment.We want to fill this gap in the market.

Bridge

Last year we built a recruitment platform in order to match the right candidates with the right employers based on 1) skills (yes, it's still there) 2) what you want to do 3) personality and company culture. We have more than 1000 candidates. We are 1) A real recruitment company INDUCE (.dk), with real customers, making real money and growing (3 employees and 2 partners) 2) A Tech company called CTOCPH (.com) partly owns the product and leads the development https://bridge.induce.dk We work remotely or at the Rebel Work space next to Østerport station. We want to help, and we are every day helping companies get great candidates. It's NOT a one way street. It goes two-ways. If we find you what you want, makes you excited, and the job also matches your personality AND is a place where you have a high probability to fit it from day one – would you not want to take that chance? How many times do you know anything about the company you are applying for except the usual rant about "great workspace" and "innovative environment"? Is it real? We want you to get as many honest answers as possible before you take the leap. And hey the other side, the companies. Imagine tons of applications, all different looking CVs. No one reads that. And if they do, you get rejected on the wrong basis. Just because you forgot something you thought was obvious, or even worse – you didn't spend hours in Word making your CV look stellar and have the right amount of SEO keyword optimization in it.  You want this. Companies needs this. It's so simple. Forget the CV. Ok, it has it's place, but let's focus on the ones that want and can, shall we? Ok so we assume you are good from the beginning. Done. Openrecruit er en rekrutteringsplatform. Med vores platform kan du tiltrække kandidater naturligt gennem moderne jobinvitationer og en karriereside, der fortæller hvem I er, ikke kun hvad I søger. Den gamle måde kender vi alle. Lukket rekruttering med CV’er, ansøgninger, ventetid og gætteri. Ansøgning. Det er tungt, langsomt og ofte uretfærdigt, for både kandidater og organisationer. Åben rekruttering vælger en anden vej. Her starter vi med en jobinvitation, hvor alle kan vise interesse. Kandidaten introducerer sig selv gennem et kort, digitalt interview. Der gives feedback, så ingen står i stilhed. Og matchningen sker på kompetencer og potentiale, ikke baggrund, titel eller netværk. Det er hurtigere. Det er mere menneskeligt. RestfulBlanket

RestfulBlanket is a Danish company that runs social projects while developing and producing organisk weighted blankets and sensory weighted products designed to create calm in the body and improve sleep. We work at the intersection of mental wellbeing, social responsibility, and practical solutions for people whose nervous systems do not easily settle. Our focus is on people living with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, stress, and sensory overload, as well as families supporting children with similar challenges. For many, sleep is not just a routine, but a daily struggle shaped by a body that stays in alarm. That is the problem we exist to address. Our products are developed from lived experience and built around natural materials. Each blanket is filled with heat-treated rapeseed and sewn in breathable cotton, creating a quiet, formable, and temperature-regulating pressure that adapts to the body rather than resisting it. The goal is not just weight, but a specific kind of grounded, even pressure that helps the body feel safe enough to release tension. The result is a sensory experience often described as a calm, steady embrace rather than a heavy object. At the same time, RestfulBlanket is a registered socialøkonomisk virksomhed. Our production takes place in a small, structured workshop in Denmark, where we create meaningful employment and training opportunities for people with psychological vulnerability or neurodivergence. The work is organised with high predictability, low sensory load, and strong relational support, allowing individuals to contribute in a real production environment while building stability and confidence. Beyond our workshop, we run social initiatives such as collaborations with crisis centres, where weighted blankets are used as a practical tool to support women and children after violence. In these contexts, the blanket is not presented as a product, but as a simple, physical anchor that can help the body find a first sense of safety and rest. Our mission is to build something more than a product range. We are working to establish a trusted Danish reference point for natural, body-based calm. That means combining material quality, transparent communication, and real-world impact. We do not position ourselves as a quick fix or a medical solution, but as a grounded, evidence-aware alternative that supports the nervous system in a way people can actually feel. By connecting production, people, and purpose, RestfulBlanket exists to create more ro, more tryghed, and more sustainable ways for individuals and families to live with less internal pressure and better sleep.

I LeapAI hjælper vi traditionelle virksomheder med at automatisere manuelle processer og effektivisere interne arbejdsopgaver med hjælp fra AI. I LeapSystems rådgiver vi andre virksomheder hvordan de skal forbedre deres markedsførings indsats og salgs processer. I LeapMarketers hjælper vi ambitiøse virksomheder og content creators med at vokse igennem datadrevet digital markedsføring og salg på sociale medier. TrueMass

Today, companies report sustainability metrics using estimates, averages, and spreadsheets. That creates noise, greenwashing risk, and enormous manual work. ESG reporting is becoming mandatory under regulations like CSRD, but the underlying data foundation is broken. We fix that. Our platform parses real accounting and procurement data and converts it into structured, auditable, product-level environmental insights. Instead of guessing emissions from spend categories, we calculate impact based on actual quantities, materials, and suppliers. We turn financial transactions into physical truth.

Nordsea Energy

My startup is in the planning stage and aims to deploy scalable solar-hybrid mini-grids—using technology of Nordic origin—to provide reliable, affordable clean energy to general hospitals across Sub-Saharan Africa. Hospitals widely suffer from unreliable electricity (only ~50% have consistent access per WHO data), leading to frequent blackouts, costly diesel dependence, and life-threatening interruptions to surgeries, emergencies, diagnostics, labs, and refrigeration.The venture targets massive untapped demand in a high-priority healthcare sector, with stable anchor revenue from hospitals, diesel cost savings, falling component costs, supportive policies, and non-binding government agreements in select countries to facilitate rollout—creating very profitable scaling alongside major social/environmental impact for uninterrupted lifesaving operations.Actively exploring feasibility, partnerships, and pilots.
