Returna

Returna is a SaaS platform reinventing how organizations manage IT asset returns, redeployment, and disposal — the messy, expensive, and often invisible side of IT lifecycle management. Today, when companies refresh their laptops, servers, or mobile devices, the “reverse logistics” process that follows is chaotic. Assets are packed into boxes, shipped to ITAD partners or depots, tracked in spreadsheets, and managed through endless email threads. There’s no central visibility, data gets lost between systems, and sustainability reporting is nearly impossible. Returna solves this by turning reverse logistics into a connected, automated workflow. We help enterprises, ITAD providers, and logistics partners collaborate in one platform — tracking every return box, bulk shipment, and redeployment project from pickup to final erasure and reporting. Our integrations with erasure tools, ERP systems, and courier APIs replace manual coordination with real-time transparency. Think of Returna as the “HubSpot for IT asset recovery” — where every asset’s journey is visible, traceable, and optimized for reuse or responsible recycling. We’re building Returna because the IT disposal industry is stuck in the past. Billions of devices move through fragmented reverse supply chains every year, and yet most of it runs on Excel. The result? Lost value, unnecessary carbon impact, and compliance headaches for everyone involved. We believe that IT asset returns shouldn’t be a black box. They should be as automated, auditable, and user-friendly as any other enterprise process. Our mission is to power the circular IT economy — helping organizations recover more value from their hardware, reduce e-waste, and simplify their internal operations. Returna gives IT teams and their partners the digital infrastructure they’ve been missing: barcode-level tracking, smart workflow automation, and a shared workspace that brings all stakeholders together. The first beta version of Returna is about to go live and will be used by a number of ITADs and enterprise clients across Europe and the US. The next phase is about design excellence and product scalability: turning our functional platform into a polished, intuitive experience that scales globally. That’s why we’re looking for a design-driven front-end co-founder — someone who can help shape Returna’s product identity, lead our design system, and turn complex logistics workflows into a simple, elegant SaaS experience. KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Fully remote position, with overlap in EU/Asia time zones. Through books, online courses, blogging and other digital content 20 Skridt helps people to live a slow, simple and meaningful life. The corner stone in this work is the website and blog 20skridt.dk and several online courses. 20 Skridts weekly mailing list, Søndagslisten, currently (summer 2021) has more than 3,500 subscribers. 20 Skridt is owned by Danish author Ole Ditlev Nielsen who works with a small team of freelancers. He has written several textbooks on teaching, pedagogy, stress management and slow living. On 20 Skridts roadmap is a stronger presence in the online space, a new SoMe strategy and launching books, website and online courses in English. 20 Skridt has a happy home in Hubspace, a coworking space in Ørestad, next to Fields shopping center and Ørestad Station.
