Customer onboarding is a central piece of the overall client journey as it is often the first experience that clients go through. The best proven way of tackling this problem is to build a sleek user experience and use the latest digital identity services to shorten the process as much as possible. The issue with this is that it can take months to implement just a single identity service and from that point making future changes would require even further development resources. HelloFlow is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) company that was started to explore ways of solving this issue. Propvision is building the AI sidekick for Danish landlords. When a tenant moves out, most landlords face hours of photo editing, listing writing and copy-pasting across portals. We turn that into a few clicks. Our secret sauce: one platform that brightens and furnishes photos, writes the listing, and gets it out everywhere in minutes, built by people who have spent 20+ years in the rental trenches. Every day a rental home sits vacant, the landlord loses money. You'd think filling it would be quick. It isn't. A tenant gives notice, and the landlord's to-do list explodes. Take photos (usually of dark, empty rooms nobody can picture living in). Write a listing from scratch. Type the same details into one portal, then another, then the website, then Facebook. Repeat for the next vacancy, and the next. It's slow, it's boring, and it's expensive. Many landlords pay assistants or agencies just to keep up. Meanwhile the home sits empty and the rent doesn't come in. This happens to every landlord in Denmark, from the guy with three apartments to housing associations with thousands, every time someone moves out. We took the whole re-letting marketing mess and put it in one place. Upload your photos, and our AI brightens the dark ones in seconds and furnishes the empty rooms, so tenants see a home instead of four white walls. Add a floor plan and a few details, like the nearby school or bus stop, and Propvision writes the listing and the social posts before your coffee is done. Then one click publishes to Denmark's largest rental portals, schedules posts on Facebook and Instagram, and updates the listing viewer on your own website. Interested tenants submit their details through a secure link. Because we integrate with the admin systems landlords already use, nobody types the same thing twice. And it's working. More than 50 customers, including Himmerland Boligforening, Viva Bolig and Bolig Kronjylland, use Propvision to manage a combined portfolio of 20,000–25,000 homes. Not bad for something that started as a side project. We're just getting started. We're doing this because we've lived the problem. We know what an empty apartment costs, and we know how mind-numbing the manual work is. Our goal is simple: make re-letting fast, easy and maybe even a little fun, for landlords and tenants alike.
