At Zliide, we seek to reinvent the fashion industry by making physical retail stores more digital with our awesome solutions and features, enabling fast and smooth assisted-checkout, in-store ordering and much more when shopping through Zliide. We are funded by leading Danish VC funds and business angels such as Nordic Eye, PreSeed Ventures, and US and Danish-based family offices. Zliide was founded in 2016 and has built a scalable product currently implemented in 30 stores in Denmark and expanding both within Denmark and abroad soon. Our team consists of 16 people who work from our office in central Aarhus. Empirical is a flavor company, founded in 2017 and located on Refshaleøen in Copenhagen. Our approach is inspired by the Empirical method and the belief that knowledge is gained from experiences, our senses, and a desire to explore the world around us. Focusing on flavor, our company uses low-temperature distillation, fermentation, and unique, high-quality ingredients sourced carefully from all over the world. The result is culinary innovations in the world of spirits, beverages and food products. We pay respect to tradition, but want to explore without prejudice, reinventing and mixing things up instead of letting traditional boxes define how we do things. Hococo is a simple and intuitive tenant experience and operations platform that ensures great tenant engagement, untapped data insights and operational efficiency with a state of the art digital solution. Traditional real estate and tenant administration relies on outdated, non-compliant systems that don't embrace the new modern technologies. Tenants are left with a bad, not transparent, experience in a non-digital home. The landlords on the other hand still struggle with rent collections, huge amounts of unstructured tenant inquiries and no tools to communicate effectively with the tenants. Hococo acts as a customer centric layer and helps digitise, streamline and improve all processes and bridge the gap between the property owners and their tenants. We do this via our modern B2B SaaS-administration platform and dedicated IOS and Android apps for the tenants. Our mission is to provide the perfect tenant experience - always referring to our statement that a good tenant experience can also be good business. Why? As modern tenants we expect more of the places we live. Most of us have bad experiences with landlords, not knowing who to contact when shit hits the fan. Most of us can recognise the frustration of tons of paper work or extra bills coming in when moving in or out. And most of us also can imagine how a perfect tenant experience would look like if we could choose our selves. Rent is, after all, for most of us the biggest recurring expense in our lives! Therefore it is only fair to expect something extraordinary in return for all those rent payments and service charges. As tenants we expect more of our rentals, looking to utilize the full potential of our stay whether it be through vibrant communities, new services offerings or pure convenience.
