Leashed

Leashed makes work easier for service and professional firms. Too much still lives in inboxes, spreadsheets, and people’s heads—so quoting and projects eat the week. We build products around how teams actually work: Piper for cleaning quotes, Project Intel for turning firm knowledge into guidance on new projects. Based in Copenhagen. Tagline: leash your time.

Det gør vi ved et kvalitetsmæssigt solidt produkt kombineret med autentiske fortællinger fra kaffens oprindelse på kaffegårdene.

Seasony

Seasony enables vertical farms to be profitable, scalable, and efficient. Since the company’s start in 2018, the cornerstone of our mission has been sustainability. We realized that in order for the world to embrace sustainable food practices, they need to be made profitable. For this reason, Seasony will provide low investment and intelligent automation solutions that will enable vertical farming as an established industry and therefore revolutionize future food production into a greener, healthier, and more localized direction. Our robot Watney™ is able to handle all the logistics in vertical farms and allows for more automation in the main growing process by gathering data and providing actionable information. It enables vertical farms to automate a large share of their activities, reducing labor costs by up to ~20-30%, and provides a platform for yield improvement as it automatically collects data, enabling precision farming. Seasony’s truly international and young team has experienced a constant growth trajectory as our product approaches a larger production phase, so we are in a regular position to recruit new team members, whether employees or interns. Our work culture is built on the spirit of encouraging new initiatives, openness, and a relaxed atmosphere. Team members are encouraged to take on responsibility, ownership of their own projects, and given the freedom to pursue new ideas, meaning we have high regard for people who share these ideals. We love expanding our network so feel free to reach out to us on our social media channels.

CM Navigator A/S

CM Navigator A/S – part of Copenhagen Merchants Group - is the company behind the digital platform for market intelligence and decision support in the agri-commodity and freight sectors – CM Navigator. Founded by Copenhagen Merchants Group, CM Navigator was initially developed in-house (starting around 2018) to aggregate the wealth of tacit market knowledge held by the group’s brokers and shipping experts. It was subsequently launched as a commercial SaaS platform in 2022 and later incorporated as an independent company in 2023 (while remaining majority-owned by CM Group). What it offers: CM Navigator provides real-time data and analytics tools to track commodity markets and logistics: • Live Prices & Global Benchmarks: Users get daily updated prices from major export regions (North America, South America, Europe, Black Sea, Australia, etc.) and a global CFR price matrix covering 600+ destinations, allowing easy comparison of origin competitiveness. This helps traders see, for example, how US corn fob prices plus freight compare to Brazilian corn into a given import market. • Freight Forecasting: The platform includes advanced freight tools that let users search among 250,000+ bulk freight routes with up to 12-month forward curves. This essentially functions as an instant freight rate calculator: a trader can input a specific load port and discharge port (or even a combination for multi-leg trades) and get current freight cost estimates and future rates. Such capability, drawn from Navi Merchants’ data, simplifies evaluating the delivered cost of commodities. • Supply/Demand & Trade Flows: CM Navigator continuously updates global supply and demand balances for key crops, and tracks trade flows. It integrates official data with on-the-ground insights (e.g., port line-up information) to give an up-to-date picture of export/import volumes and stock levels. This dynamic data can alert users to changes (such as a sudden surge in Ukrainian wheat exports or a drought cutting Argentine soy supply) much faster than traditional reports. • News & Insights: The platform delivers relevant news flashes and in-house analysis. For instance, it might highlight policy changes, weather events, or logistical issues affecting markets, along with commentary from CM’s analysts. Users also receive reports like grain export summaries or freight market outlooks, helping them stay ahead in volatile markets. Strategic purpose: The creation of CM Navigator reflects the group’s goal to “empower traders of all sizes in all countries” by democratizing access to high-quality market data. It takes the tacit knowledge that Copenhagen Merchants accumulated (through decades of brokerage and logistics operations) and scales it via technology. Internally, the platform ensures CM’s own teams and key clients operate with the same up-to-date information. Externally, it has become a new revenue stream and value proposition, attracting subscribers from the wider industry. By providing transparency and decision-support, CM Navigator strengthens Copenhagen Merchants Group’s role as an information broker. Its strategic goal is to be the go-to platform for anyone looking for integrated data on grains and freight, thereby enhancing market efficiency and extending the group’s influence in the digital domain.

Skiftr

Skiftr focuses on solving workforce redeployment caused by AI and economic downturns. When automation or a downturn reshapes an industry, millions of people are left to figure out what they can do next - and the hardest part is rarely the loss itself, but not knowing where to go. That's the moment Skiftr exists for. We help each person understand the skills they already have, see how those skills translate as the market shifts, and find a direction forward - including paths they'd never have considered on their own. It's a hard problem. A person's experience rarely maps neatly onto a single job title, and demand for skills moves faster than most people can track. We turn messy, real-world career histories into a clear picture of what someone is capable of and where that capability is valued. McKinsey estimates around 12 million job transitions a year in Europe alone. Helping people make those moves with confidence is one of the defining challenges of the coming decade. Underneath is a live model of how skills, roles and the labour market connect, rebuilt continuously

By focusing on thoughtful sharing, we create a space where users and brands can truly thrive together – without the noise and addictive content that serves no purpose. That’s how we’re paving the way for a healthier, more engaging social experience. Are you ready to join our mission and achieve this moonshot idea for relationships?
