Vi besøger vores kunder i dagligstuen og hjælper dem med deres IT-udfordringer. Vores målgruppe sætter pris på vores nærvær og tålmodighed. Danmark er verdens næstmest digitaliserede land, med en stigende levealder. Derfor er en voksende procentdel af vores borgere digitalt ekskluderede. Denne udvikling bekæmper vi, for at gøre livskvaliteten og glæden for vores digitale infrastruktur større. Vi arbejder for digital inklusion for alle. Dette udmunder sig i vores to kerneaktiviteter: hjemmebesøg og IT-caféer. Hjemmebesøgene foregår således: - Kunden beskriver sin(e) udfordring(er) - Vi forventningsafstemmer og aftaler et besøg - Vi besøger kunden indenfor 24 timer og hjælper dem IT-caféerne afholder vi ugentligt på aktivitetscentre for ældre borgere. Dette faciliteres gennem et samarbejde med Københavns Kommune. Vi fik ideen til FamilieTeknikeren, da vi arbejde i en elektronikforretning. Som ansatte der, blev vi ofte mødt af mennesker, der havde udfordringer, der bedst kunne løses ved et hjemmebesøg. Vi vidste ikke hvor vi skulle henvise dem til, så vi sagde op og stiftede løsningen. Noget, der også adskiller os meget fra elektronikforretningerne, er at vi rådgiver uvildigt. Dette betyder, at vi aldrig prøver at sælge vores kunder noget - vi hjælper dem bare.

Inkubator program Jeg har fået verificeret Jalolu, af kunder og erhvervsfolk. Lige nu er jeg med i et inkubator program med Nordic Female Founders, det er et 16 ugers program, hvor jeg også har fået tildelt min egen mentor. Når forløbet er omme, er planen at søge founding.

Maritime Stars is an accelerator program for Danish startups with innovative solutions for the maritime industry. Each year, the maritime industry selects ten of Denmark's best startups, which pitch their businesses for a chance to join the program. With only five available spots, only the five highest-rated startups among the ten pitching candidates are admitted to Maritime Stars each year. The pitch event will take place on June 11 in Aalborg.Since the industry itself decides, based on the pitches on the day of the event, which five startups will join this year's cohort, applicants only need to complete a short application form in advance to be considered among the ten startups selected to pitch. Our mission is to eradicate waste of time, lives and ressources when deconstructing. We aim to fulfil this ambitious goal by developing a software solution, that maps, categorises and documents the building mass of existing buildings. This is the fundamental first step in transforming the building industry into a circular economy and all the construction waste into valuable resources. The materials that exist in our buildings today are perceived as waste even though they have the potential to be circular and valuable resources. The main issue is that it is complicated and involves many steps when you want turn an old house into a new. Where many others try to solve one problem at a time, Milva solves all of them by automations based on the initial data collection and thus eliminating a lot of work that is performed manually today. Today we use our software ourselves. This is our way of improving the logic and testing it in the field. And it shows great potential. - We spend 2 hours on projects where competitors use up to 24 hours. - We map ALL materials in a building, including risks and resources. Our competitors do not map resources - only risks. - Our standard delivery time is 5 days while our competitors take 10 days. At the beginning of 2022 we will start selling our software to our competitors transitioning into more of an IT-company than an engineering company. Within 2022 we will add several new features. - The world’s first marketplace for DOCUMENTED, clean secondhand building materials. - A tender platform for demolitions or renovations projects. Today the overview that the automatically-generated report we supply, improves the transparency, workflow and reduces costs for both entrepreneur and builder. Add to this the many new features we have in the pipeline for next year and we assure you, that in five years, Milva will be the go-to platform for reusable resources in the building industry.
