Normative

Our Mission: Normative is here to make known and reduce the sustainability impact of all economic activities on the planet. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints. Our Story: Normative is rooted in climate research. In 2013, co-founder Kristian Rönn was working at Oxford University, simulating the consequences of climate change. The results showed that global warming would cause extreme human suffering, motivating Kristian to leave academia and take action. He joined forces with Adam Wamai Egesa and Robin Undall-Behrend, and in 2014 the world’s first carbon accounting engine was born to help humanity achieve net zero emissions and reverse the trajectory of climate change. We now have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London, and are actively hiring talent to join the mission. Today, companies from around the world trust our carbon accounting engine to help them reduce their carbon footprint. We partner with leading climate change organisations including the UN, to deliver actionable sustainability intelligence and have received a grant from Google. We are backed by some of the world’s most significant climate investors, and are the official software provider for the UN-backed SME Climate Hub initiative through which thousands of small businesses have committed to net zero. Our Team: We are a global team working to solve a global problem. We’re headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Copenhagen and London as well as remote team members located all over the world. We have spoken at the World Economic Forum, consulted the European Commission, and worked with the United Nations to develop a new standard for emissions accounting. We come from many walks of life, but we’re united in one mission: to help humanity achieve net zero emissions. make!mpact

make!mpact is a Nordic Impact Fintech startup with a focus on sustainability and impact investing. Our goal is to generate a positive societal impact by changing people’s financial behaviour.  make!mpact in a nutshell: We are not here to tell you how to live sustainable – nor are we here to tell you what is right or wrong when it comes to investing your money. We know that there are many ways in which you can make the world a better place, but we also know that one of the most effective ways to – collectively – make a difference, is by investing in companies that are helping to generate a positive societal impact. You might already now be thinking that investing is for someone with years of experience and deep industry knowledge – and of course, a lot of money to invest. While this may be true for many of the impact investors out there, it definitely shouldn’t stop you from getting started on your own impact investing journey – no matter your income or knowledge about investing and/or sustainability. Our m!club app matches the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to global listed companies that share the same values as you. Our goal is to enable you to make informed decisions about investments that align with your values represented in the 17 SDGs and thereby get you started investing with a sustainable mindset. The Team: We are currently a team consisting of +30 passionate, innovative and purpose-driven people with +15 nationalities. Digital Empowerment of Primary Care Vision: A digital PCP(doctor/nurse) companion that provides direct access to specialist advice and enhanced administrative support. This tool will improve the effectiveness and satisfaction of professionals working in primary care medicine. Status summer 2024: 1. Make Influence

Make Influence is the first performance driven influencer marketplace in Denmark, helping b2c marketers and ecommerce brands managing influencer marketing campaigns at scale through the power of data and technology. Influencer marketing is a 10 billion dollar industry, with millions of collaborations between brands and creators being created each year. However, it is still often associated with lack of transparency when it comes to pricing and performance, making it hard for marketers to trust it can be used as a serious performance marketing channel. At the same time, influencers still lack the tools to manage their work efficiently and effectively on their own. We are here to change that! Our goal is to make influencer marketing transparent, fair and effective, creating an environment where influencers and marketers can come to trust each other and create amazing collaborations together. All of this, while having some fun! We are building just this: a marketplace for influencer, where marketers can see all important metrics before reaching out to them, and when they find the right fit, agree on performance based compensation. This way, influencers get paid for what they deliver in real business value, and brands have the piece of mind of not throwing money out of the window. The platform is based upon an affiliate tracking system that allows us to know exactly how many impressions, clicks and sales is any piece of sponsored content generating. This is shown in real time to both the influencer and the brand through dashboards. At the end of each month, we pay the influencer what they are due. Automatically. With this model, we have helped over 200 brands generating 100'000'000 DKK in revenue through influencers collaborations, and over 14'000'000 in commission paid to over 1000 influencers. But we are not stopping here: in the next year we plan to expand outside of Denmark, launch new campaign types and develop the product further to accomodate even more user types. To do this, we need talented and energetic people, who would like to help us build the future of influencer marketing . Global Startup Awards (GSA) was born out of the Danish startup ecosystem through the Nordic Startup Awards in 2012. Our head studio is in Bangkok with a second studio in Manila.Our player base of +30 million global installs gives us a solid platform on which to fuel further growth and become a globally leading mobile game developer. We develop our own games and publish ourselves - giving us full creative freedom!

uniclub

We're creating a digital study abroad start-up that aims to increase mobility by boosting the encouragement among students within higher education to study abroad. Another motivation for the project was the Danish government's goal of sending 50% of students within higher education abroad to incorporate an international dimension into their danish study program. Given the tools provided by the Government, we aim to educate, consult and help students go take a semester abroad to develop their personal profile. Today's way is old fashioned - paperwork, stamps, mails ( the slow kind 🐌) and loads of Visa's and questions. Our platform gives the student the step by step process needed to get any bigger task done. Once signed up, we make sure that you have all the credit eligible courses you need from our online course catalogue, a signed learning agreement, an insurance and an acceptance letter. All in less than a week and without leaving your keyboard. We started a digital study abroad agency based on our own experiences studying abroad. Having been at a guest university gave us a big boost in our competencies, which we would encourage anyone to do! This is why we developed uniclub, the best way to study abroad.

Autoholly

Autoholly is out to fix the $Bn auto transport industry in Europe. From our base in Copenhagen, we help car buyers and car sellers to move their cars safely from A-B. The auto transport industry in Europe lacks transparency, and transports are often seen (half-) empty and burning a lot of unnecessary CO2. Autholly is out to change this by eliminating all waste in vehicle logistics. Holly - is super friendly, always picks up the phone, and always delivers what she promises.
