DoLand

We are DoLand, a Copenhagen-based fintech-startup with a mission to democratize the access to sustainable investing. Our digital platform guides people to invest in areas they find important, such as renewable energy, innovative healthcare and social impact - and tell them about the impact they make. By making it easy, engaging and possible to invest from as little as DKK 500, we aim to create a movement of people investing in a more sustainable future. We have launched a B2B offering enabling companies to active their liquidity, mobilize their employees and recieve a detailed impact report. We have also established a company with two partners targeting high-net worth individuals, using DoLands technology and sustainability expertize.

PlayPilot

The biggest challenge in today’s streaming world is fragmentation. Content is spread across hundreds of platforms, and viewers waste valuable time figuring out where to watch something rather than actually watching. This creates frustration for audiences and lost opportunities for streaming services, who struggle to cut through the noise and reach the right viewers at the right time. PlayPilot solves this by connecting viewers directly with where to watch movies and TV shows. Our platform aggregates all major streaming services into one simple, intuitive experience — allowing users to instantly see what’s available and where. With personalized recommendations, watchlists, and social features, we turn discovery from a frustrating search into a seamless journey. But our approach goes far beyond our app. Through PlayPilot’s partner solutions, we extend discovery into the broader digital ecosystem: PlayLink Cards, widgets, and injected links in articles and reviews ensure that when a viewer reads about a show or movie, they can immediately click through to the right streaming service. This bridges the gap between inspiration and action, delivering real value to both users and providers. THE UPCYCL

THE UPCYCL connects your industrial waste streams with your neighbors supply chain. We make it possible to reduce our amounts of industrial waste, by turning waste material streams into business opportunities. Our material database displays leftover materials from production, giving developers easy access to reusable materials, also called "New Waste". Hereby, achieving a significantly lower CO₂ footprint than with virgin materials. When circulating New Waste materials with the THE UPCYCL, we also offer to monitor CO₂ savings. We work to accelerate the use of circular materials, worldwide. Because Waste is Everyone's Business!

RISMA

RISMA is a GRC (Governance, risk, and compliance) software company and our purpose is to support our customers with a platform that helps them easily track, monitor, and manage all GRC activities. We have a flexible design that helps our customers adapt to their ever-changing compliance needs, ensuring that they are continuously up to date with internal and regulatory standards. Our platform creates synergy between governance, risk, and compliance, delivering business intelligence, that will support effective decision-making. The intuitive interface helps bring simplicity into everyday work with compliance and helps facilitate collaboration across the organization - creating the best foundation to BUILD A COMPLIANCE CULTURE. Plecto

Plecto is a team motivation software that helps sales, customer service and telemarketing teams increase motivation and boost performance. Plecto allows users to create custom dashboards that display real-time performance data across any device, computer or television screen. With out-of-the-box integrations, instant notifications and custom recognition features, Plecto will transform your team into motivated high performers fueled by friendly competition! Plecto began in 2012 when Kristian - working for a call center at the time - went to his boss and offered to "build a way for the team to compete." Kristian and his team were frustrated with not being able to see the impact they were making on the business and believed a bit of competition would liven up the office. The idea behind Plecto was born.   After developing a working version of the platform overnight, Kristian presented to his boss a dashboard that would visualize call activity data in real time and rank employees based on their performance. His boss immediately bought a television and dedicated Kristian's time to managing and improving the software.   Once he saw the impact that the dashboard had on his team, Kristian decided to hit the road - quitting his job, teaming up with long-time friend Aleš Kocjančič and rebuilding the software from scratch.   Four years and three different offices later, Plecto is a growing team of eight delivering dashboards to over 65,000 sales, customer service and call center reps.
