Auxilium Infrastructure Partners develops, owns, and operates flexible energy assets that help stabilize the electricity grid while creating new revenue streams for industrial sites and asset owners. The electricity system is becoming increasingly volatile as more wind and solar power enter the grid. This creates a growing need for fast, reliable flexibility: assets that can consume, store, or release power when the grid needs support. Today, many industrial sites have unused grid capacity, heat demand, backup systems, or space for batteries, but lack the technical platform, market access, and operational expertise needed to turn that flexibility into revenue. Auxilium solves this by combining physical energy infrastructure with proprietary software. We deploy and operate assets such as battery energy storage systems, electric boilers, load banks, and other controllable loads. Our platform connects these assets to energy markets and ancillary service markets, allowing them to support grid stability, optimize power consumption, and generate income. We handle the full process from site assessment and technical design to installation, operation, market participation, monitoring, and optimization. This gives customers a simple way to monetize their grid connection or energy assets without needing to build their own trading, control, or compliance capabilities. Our mission is to accelerate the green transition by making distributed energy flexibility scalable, investable, and easy to deploy.

Over the past 20 years, TimeLog has grown. From a basement to offices in Denmark, Sweden, and Malaysia. From the goal to create the world's best time tracking tool to wanting to be Europe's leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) software provider. And we're not nearly finished growing. Or dreaming. In November 2020, the renowned software investor, Viking Venture, invested € 10 million in TimeLog. The goal of the partnership is to create a Nordic PSA power house by accelerating product development, becoming even more TimeLoggers and acquiring at least one company a year over the next five years. In March 2022, TimeLog acquired its first company: AutoPilot. AutoPilot is a market leader in Denmark used by more than half of the Danish architects, and nearly that many engineers. It covers their need for time management, resource planning, pipeline, analysis and business intelligence. The acquisition is part of a strategy to offer more niche solutions to our customers. The acquisition of AutoPilot is also the first after the investment from Viking Venture. With the acquisition, we are more than 100 employees working from offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Kuala Lumpur, London and Stockholm.

We're making innovations for assessing marine biodiversity, essentially building underwater cameras and using AI to count fish. We're in the midst of a biodiversity crisis, the wildlife population has shrunk by 73% in the last 50 years alone, and it is especially bad in marine environments. At Anemo we monitor the effect of man-made structures on the marine environment to help our clients comply, quantify impacts, and continually improve nature-positive outcomes.

Behind Exitplanner are the founder team at the growth & exit planning boutique consulting firm Altitude.dk. The plan is to win the space of exit planning. Over the next 10 years - in Denmark alone - it’s estimated that more than 60.000 companies will change hands. It’s the baby boomers that are nearing the pension age. Unfortunately 70% of all companies that are up for sale don't get sold. We want to change that number by making it easier for business owners to prepare their companies for the exit. The platform solves this through self-assessments, which lead to an automatic curated executable plan with tasks, e-learning content and templates. This enables the business owner to execute a successful exit with his trusted advisors (accountant, lawyer, etc.) - and if desired - an Exit-coach from Exitplanner.

Freelancerhub helps IT agencies to manage their freelancers.   Freelancerhub makes it easy to find the best freelancer for the customer's needs. At its core is an innovative, self-learning algorithm which clusters synonyms and establishes relationships between technologies. Thereby it is the first platform that can find matches in related data, which hugely increases the chances of finding relevant freelancers. Around this algorithm a platform has been developed managing the data of freelancers. Many skilled IT people excel at their work, but are lost between thousands of CVs. Freelance agencies rarely use more than 10% of the freelancers in their database. There lies a huge potential in activating the remaining 90%. Our mission is to enable IT freelance agencies effectively to find the best matches between a given task and their CV database. We have built an app that provides a transparent, accessible, and personal way for people to achieve their family dreams through peer to peer sperm donation, connecting future parents with donors.
