TimeLog

Over the past 20 years, TimeLog has grown. From a basement to offices in Denmark, Sweden, and Malaysia. From the goal to create the world's best time tracking tool to wanting to be Europe's leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) software provider. And we're not nearly finished growing. Or dreaming. In November 2020, the renowned software investor, Viking Venture, invested € 10 million in TimeLog. The goal of the partnership is to create a Nordic PSA power house by accelerating product development, becoming even more TimeLoggers and acquiring at least one company a year over the next five years. In March 2022, TimeLog acquired its first company: AutoPilot. AutoPilot is a market leader in Denmark used by more than half of the Danish architects, and nearly that many engineers. It covers their need for time management, resource planning, pipeline, analysis and business intelligence. The acquisition is part of a strategy to offer more niche solutions to our customers. The acquisition of AutoPilot is also the first after the investment from Viking Venture. With the acquisition, we are more than 100 employees working from offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Kuala Lumpur, London and Stockholm.

Meo.io

Meo.io is a RegTech platform based in Copenhagen that helps businesses—particularly in highly-regulated industries like law firms, private equity and capital management—streamline and automate their compliance workflows. It offers: KYC & KYB onboarding: document verification, risk assessment, multi-source identity checks. Ongoing compliance lifecycle: sanctions and PEP screening, adverse media monitoring, encrypted client communications, GDPR and AML oversight. Client-controlled data management: users securely store and share their own compliance data, reducing duplication and enhancing data ownership. Enterprise-grade security: built on Privacy‑by‑Design with AES‑256 encryption, ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000 certifications. Rebranded in June 2025, the new name Meo—to reflect “My/Mine” in Latin—reinforces the focus on individual data ownership and privacy control. In short, Meo.io is an all-in-one compliance hub for collecting, verifying, monitoring and sharing regulatory data—empowering firms to onboard faster, reduce risk, and stay compliant seamlessly.

Formalize

Formalize is a tech company founded in 2021 with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Milan and Madrid. Currently we are a team of +120 people from 13 nationalities operating in multiple European markets and are one of the fastest growing SaaS scale-ups. Our journey started within the whistleblowing compliance sector, highlighted by the award-winning Whistleblower Software by Formalize, laying the foundation of our success story. This initial chapter has been within whistleblowing compliance and meeting those regulations. Along the way we established strong partnerships and a base of satisfied customers. Our commitment was recognized through the best customer support, which earned us reputation as a customer-centric pioneer. Goodwings

Goodwings is a climate-focused ​​SaaS travel management platform that helps businesses reduce their emissions. Through the platform, businesses can book and manage all their travel while actively working towards reducing their carbon footprint, through advanced AI technology, behaviour-oriented reduction strategies, and the purchase of verified Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). ABOUT OUR STUDIO We are an early-stage pre-seed startup founded in 2020, a premium AA+ Indie that has all the elements to become a highly recognized record setter. Consisting of an international team of 30+ with a powerhouse HQ in KUA (Copenhagen), we’re collaborating with a wide community of inspired individuals from across the world. Most studios start small with a narrow circle, but we quickly grew into a multi-functional diverse team. We prioritize ethical production methods and try to use organic, recycled, or recyclable materials, holding certifications from the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) (certified by CU 1067589).
