Ocean.io

Ahoy there! Welcome to Ocean.io - a curious, international crew based in Copenhagen (Tech Hub), San Francisco and around the world building things that actually work. Halmos ApS

Halmos is building the world’s first digital resilience platform focused on heartbreak recovery and emotional fitness. While dating apps invest billions in helping people find love, almost no one is building structured solutions for what happens when love ends. Yet breakups are one of the most emotionally destabilising life events — impacting mental health, productivity, physical well-being, and self-worth. Halmos addresses this overlooked gap. We combine psychology, digital rituals, gamification, and emotion AI to guide users through a structured emotional recovery journey — transforming heartbreak into growth. Instead of suppressing pain or endlessly venting, users build resilience through reflection, insight, and measurable emotional progress. Our long-term vision goes beyond breakups. We are building emotional fitness as a lifelong skill — helping people navigate love, loss, rejection, and life transitions with strength and self-awareness. We believe resilience can be trained. Our company is a bootstrap startup, created by alumni of Navision and Damgaard (both acquired by Microsoft) – the original developers of the products now known as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.

Tembi

Tembi is a platform that helps companies use open data about markets and companies to focus their strategy and implement it in the daily routines. Many companies are now able to use their own data about their customers and sales processes etc. (business intelligence). But accessing and using the vast amounts of data from the world outside is much more difficult. Most companies don't have the competencies to do it. That makes it difficult for these companies to act optimally in a dynamic world with uncertain information. We help solving this problem. We collect and combine vast amounts of data from different sources and countries. We apply economic impact models and advanced analytics to solve business critical questions for our customers, such as which markets should they focus on, where is the next big client for us, what do we need to do to be competitive? Our dashboard based solution is easy to use and enables everyone from C-level to the floor to act more efficiently. Come work with us! 👋 We are currently around 20 people in the Tembi team, mostly working within Business Development & Sales and Product Development. But will be growing even more over the coming months. Our office is located in Fiolstræde, right in the heart of Copenhagen. We do a lot of social activities together, and always try to celebrate our success in some way. We have one monthly social activity, such as sports or escape room etc. And we also have summer parties, christmas parties and a friday bar with a different theme every month. When the circumstances require it, we can of course work remotely, but we generally like working together in the office - and we have a super nice lunch every day. Normative

Our Mission: Normative is here to make known and reduce the sustainability impact of all economic activities on the planet. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints. Our Story: Normative is rooted in climate research. In 2013, co-founder Kristian Rönn was working at Oxford University, simulating the consequences of climate change. The results showed that global warming would cause extreme human suffering, motivating Kristian to leave academia and take action. He joined forces with Adam Wamai Egesa and Robin Undall-Behrend, and in 2014 the world’s first carbon accounting engine was born to help humanity achieve net zero emissions and reverse the trajectory of climate change. We now have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London, and are actively hiring talent to join the mission. Today, companies from around the world trust our carbon accounting engine to help them reduce their carbon footprint. We partner with leading climate change organisations including the UN, to deliver actionable sustainability intelligence and have received a grant from Google. We are backed by some of the world’s most significant climate investors, and are the official software provider for the UN-backed SME Climate Hub initiative through which thousands of small businesses have committed to net zero. Since the beginning of mass production a hundred years ago, the clothing industry has not treated its people, products or our planet well. The arrival of e-commerce, with its increased return rates and squeezed margins, only caused worse conditions and more waste in an already careless industry. Son of a Tailor has changed this. Through technology and a lean supply chain, we are fundamentally changing how apparel is made. We have no inventories, always do custom fit on demand, we create much less waste, and reconnect the link between those who make the garments and those who wear them. Players 1st is a Danish SaaS sports tech company working in the Customer Experience field. We provide the leading customer experience solution for golf clubs in the world and have now expanded to other sports. We have over 2500 sports clubs spread across the world as our customers. Our goal is to help grow the game of sports, by empowering unions and individual clubs with the data required to make important decisions and we would love you to join us!

DISIE - Danish Institute for Sustainable Innovation and Entrepreneurship

DISIE support and scale sustainable entrepreneurs and their business solutions by developing and providing online and offline tools, action-based knowledge and networks across Denmark. We are at a tipping point within history, where we have to choose between ‘business as usual’ or a sustainable future. Our society calls for new knowledge and new solutions, and the key to this is found in the new generation of entrepreneurs. At DISIE we know how to grow, connect and support sustainable and social entrepreneurs with the ecosystem that surrounds them. Our headquarter is in Copenhagen (Enghavevej 80C) and we have a co-working office hub in Aarhus C (Grønnegade 56).

Sybo Games

Sybo Games is a brand and innovation house that turns ideas into captivating and clear-cut games and spin-offs for mobile devices. They are most famous for their global game hit Subway Surfers. Working with a flat structure, every individual at Sybo Games is an expert within their domain. Every production method is kept agile: fail fast and then make things function. Because of regular team meetings, working hours are mandatory between 10-16, but you can come earlier or stay later within the controlled flexibility of the schedule. Sybo Games have monthly Friday bars and movie nights where they feature both awarded and more unorthodox B-films. The social scene is extensive and besides the obvious interest in gaming it also offers Artistic Nights with a creative focus as well as a running club.
