Rokoko

Rokoko is a tech startup with offices in the heart of Copenhagen, San Francisco and Athens. Mesh Community

At Mesh Community we work with the objective to boost the startup ecosystem in the Nordics, in order to help startups grow faster and smarter. Our winning aspiration is to be the solution and go-to place for 4 critical startup challenges: Space, Network, Talent and Funding. We strive to inspire and empower entrepreneurs in our communities by offering the best startup hubs and the most valuable network, while working to modernise the entire startup sector. We currently focus on the Nordics (Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland) and work with both physical and digital channels. One of our main efforts is to create innovation hubs that combine startup offices, co-working spaces, meeting places and events to stimulate networking opportunities for our startups, members and other visitors. In addition we run The Hub, the leading startup recruitment platform in the Nordics, working to connect Startups with talent and investors. Mesh was founded in 2012 as the first co-working space in Oslo ever. Since our launch we have been creating positive noise to push the startup scene forward, and to modernise its dynamics. Today, we have four Hubs in the hearts of three key Nordic cities; Mesh Nationaltheatret and Mesh Youngstorget in Oslo, DIGS in Trondheim, and Matrikel 1 in Copenhagen, and we plan to open more hubs and expand to new cities in the coming years. Meili Robots

Meili FMS is a fleet manager for mobile robots with a vendor-agnostic approach. It enables operators to collate their diverse fleet onto one platform. By using Meili FMS, our users can finally use their mobile robot fleet to its full potential by orchestrating their fleet as a collective, regardless of the robot’s application, brand, or type. Our main mission is to eliminate interoperability pain points that have started to cast a shadow over the robotics industry. With more businesses adopting robots to carry out inventory management, material handling, and other applications, fleets are becoming more diverse. Robot manufacturers can hardly keep up with this growing demand, which means that companies will be deploying robots from various brands — with different operating systems. This is where the problem arises. Currently, robot manufacturers develop their own FMS, which means minimal to no correlation between systems. In other words, the robots cannot communicate amongst each other, causing delays in operations, accidents, and collisions — ultimately increasing operation costs while diminishing safety and efficiency substantially. Frightfully, this problem may cripple the whole supply chain, with business owners starting to question their decisions on expanding operations with robots — as a result, stagnating the entire mobile robot market. There is a need for a universal third-party solution that can bridge the gap and enable seamless operation for the robots to function collectively rather than individually. At the same time, by having an overview of the whole fleet, robot management becomes much more effective. And that’s where we come in, with several important features: automated traffic control, smart task allocation algorithms, operator analytics, and unified mapping. With Meili FMS’s automated traffic control feature, robots in the same environment will operate in a safer and more organised manner — not only between individual robots but also between them and human-operated vehicles. Too often do robots navigate the facilities without a payload as the current solutions do not facilitate task queuing effectively, therefore wasting energy by needless travel or lengthy idle time. Using smart tasking algorithms, Meili FMS can help improve companies’ sustainability records as the robot fleets will no longer operate without a payload and wasting any energy. Furthermore, our pricing plans are very accessible to early-stage or small businesses. We are a tech startup, developing a B2B SaaS product: a AI-based software platform that can identify, classify, and evaluate external damages on cars. It is our ambition to provide reliable, simple, and decentralized car handover processes in order to enable a transition into a new paradigm of the rental and sharing economy! With our software we are leveraging machine learning to enable fleet owners, to automate repetitive work, avoid errors when inspecting cars and provide a standardized service across all branches. Simultaneously, we are helping customers to increase efficiency and cut costs.

DISIE - Danish Institute for Sustainable Innovation and Entrepreneurship

UNSILO uses a unique combination of machine-learning and natural language processing to discover a document’s DNA.  Its customers include Springer Nature, one of the world’s largest academic publishers. The team behind UNSILO has authored a dozen search-related patents, architected major e-commerce sites, pioneered open-source security systems, and managed product development teams in Silicon Valley.

Legal Desk is bringing automation to the legal industry in order to democratize the drafting of legal documents. We combine our knowledge and experience with law with the potential of technology to offer our customers a valuable alternative to the traditional lawyer service. Our intelligent software asks the same questions that a lawyer would and automatically generates your legal document ready for signature. We offer legal documents for private use as well as business. We offer our products and services within family law (B2C) and business law (B2B), and are the market leader in Denmark. We have also launched our services in Norway and Sweden, where we are rapidly growing. With more than 200.000 registered users, the platform is undergoing continuous changes and improvements and we are always developing new legal services. Our team currently consists of 48 dedicated people (and one equally ambitious office dog), that all share the nerdy obsession of automating legal processes through our platform. We speak mainly Danish and English at work, but you might also hear Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian and Macedonian around the office.
