Leftovers

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. I'm now looking for a co-founder with a passion for community-building and marketing to help turn early traction into a movement. Equity on the table. Our vision is for transportation worldwide to be environmentally friendly and sustainable through the production process and the vehicle's entire life cycle. GreenCarLane is helping consumers navigate the electric vehicle (EV) market and to help them find a suitable EV model. There is too much information and too many disparate sources for the consumers to make sense of it and without feeling overwhelmed. GreenCarLane is simplifying the purchase journey. Our mission is to increase low emitting vehicles from 2% to 50% worldwide by 2040.We believe that by guiding consumers towards the right electric vehicle and charging infrastructure, we can help reduce the overwhelm and anxiety of the search and buying experience while contributing to a healthier and more robust planet.

Anyday A/S

Anyday provides a fun and flexible shopping experience. Shoppers slice their payments in four, pay 25% at checkout, and the rest in three instalments. Zero fees, zero interest. Shops benefit from a 50% increase in AOV, an upswing in conversion rate, and a growing community of shoppers. Our goal is to become the preferred way to shop and pay, and we’re proud to be contributing to the market with a payment model that shows consideration for consumers. Our mission is to offer shoppers a fair and flexible solution free from unexpected expenses and unpleasant surprises. According to Trustpilot, it seems that we’re doing an alright job.

Watery ApS

Mit navn er Daniel og jeg startede Watery.dk som 17-årig i Oktober 2016 med målet om at lave Danmarks største online svømmeshop efter selv at have svømmet på eliteplan gennem mange år. Her 4 år senere er det mål opnået for længst og med et #teamWatery på +25 motiverede og unge medarbejdere arbejder vi nu efter at gøre Watery til et internationalt svømmebrand, der vender op og ned for industruen. Med en omsætning på +25 mio. i 2020 og knap 80.000 ordrer forventer vi at runde 100 mio. indenfor 2 år. Undervejs har vi vundet priser som "Årets ener" til e-handelsprisen samt "årets iværksætter" i Horsens samt været nomineret til adskillige andre.

CYKOM.app is a social community platform for running and cycling. Users can discover and join communities, organise runs and rides and earn rewards through missions, e.g. vouchers, prize draws. The business model is B2B-focused: CYKOM.app gives brands a full-stack community management tool. From creating and managing events and community activities to rewarding participation with digital vouchers and loyalty tools, gaining real-time insights on members, activity, and ROI on community engagement, CYKOM.app provides one unified platform and community cockpit. Think of it as a community-driven marketing platform that scales from local shops to global campaigns. For end users, the key features are activity planning (rides, runs, group sessions), community discovery and a reward/mission system supports engagement.

About Bemakers Bemakers is building the leading global platform for direct beverage distribution to help Makers of alcoholic beverages (e.g. beer, wine, and spirits) sell directly to their customers across borders. The company was founded in May 2021 and has raised EUR 1 million in pre-seed funding to build the platform and establish Bemakers as the innovator and challenger within the global beverage distribution category. Bemakers is founded by a core team with a strong track record in building and scaling platform businesses within relevant industries. The team is backed by a group of business angels with experience from leading technology startups/growth companies, venture capital firms as well as the alcoholic beverages industry.

While most other jewelry brands rely on a mix of physical stores, retailers and e-commerce, Sisi Copenhagen is a pure e-commerce brand, without any retailers or middlemen. While quality jewelry is often expensive for the consumer, due to the cost associated with middelmen in the supply chain and/or high overhead cost for physical stores, Sisi Copenhagen has created a streamlined and efficient operation, benefitting the customers with high quality jewelry at more affordable price than most of the competitors can offer.

Kitchenswaps

Kitchenswaps is an online marketplace for commercial kitchen space, matching kitchen owners with food businesses. High rental and operating costs and low profit margins for commercial kitchen owners (think restaurants, cafe's, you name it!) has resulted in a rise in bankruptcies, further compounded by the pandemic. At the same time, there is a large shortage of commercial kitchens, limiting food entrepreneurs to start/expand their business, preventing them from vital development. Our 'win-win' circular solution optimizes unused kitchen spaces by renting it out to businesses in need of flexible and affordable licenced kitchens. This maximizes revenue for kitchen owners and minimizes barriers to entry through easier access for food businesses. We are Emma & Joachim and we are two passionate foodies on a mission to make culinary innovation accessible to all!

PUFIN-ID A/S is an innovative venture exploring the margin between Artificial Intelligence and Materials Science. Our product, O-KEY offers advanced, secure product authentication technology using unique, AI-readable codes. These codes ensure full traceability, prevent counterfeiting, and boost customer engagement by verifying product authenticity. Nordesk

Nordesk er en tech-virksomhed, der bruger AI til at matche selvstændige og startups med den perfekte kontorplads - uanset om det er i kontorfællesskab eller egne lokaler. Vi befinder os i en branche, der i mange år har kørt efter de samme principper, i samme tempo og ikke mindst: baseret på den samme, gamle teknologi. Nordesks stifter - Lukas Gjetting - er udvikler af baggrund og har en håndfuld startups bag sig, både som seniorudvikler, co-founder og solo founder. Vi bruger vores dybe tekniske forståelse til at bygge interne systemer og AI-baserede processer, som gør det muligt at skalere med et lille team. Nordesk er officielt stiftet i 2024, men kørte de første par år som et sideprojekt. Siden 2026 er der kommet fuld gang i maskineriet, og nu drøner vi derudaf!
