Leftovers

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. I'm now looking for a co-founder with a passion for community-building and marketing to help turn early traction into a movement. Equity on the table. Because sharing tastes better. leftovers.food admin@leftovers.food @leftovers.cph

Jule sweaters

Relewise

Relewise offers a personalization and search platform (SaaS) used by E-commerce and Marketing managers to provide better CX and thereby increase sales and conversion rates. We are headless and can be integrated to any e-commerce, marketing automation or app platform via our REST API. Our platform has been shaped through our past experiences, through many years, having implemented large-scale e-commerce solutions, both in Denmark and internationally - and in those projects we have worked with numerous platforms and systems, including other recommendation engines. Few years ago we decided that 'we can do this better', and after a lot of thinking, design sessions and looking into the space of complex algorithms necessary, we went ahead and started the development of Relewise. Our primary mission was to have 'zero compromises' in the product. Today Relewise is fully operational - with large clients using our software to maximize conversions and optimizing user experiences by providing real-time personalized product and content recommendations as well as search functionality. Relewise supports millions of products and variants, where all data gets persisted, and where data is analyzed and used real-time with zero delay. We also have support for marketing automation, e.g. Abandoned Cart, Product- and Category interest triggers, working together with industry-leading marketing platform providers. Our ultimate motivation is to give the best end-user experience through personalized search and product and content recommendations - both offline and online. All while providing developers and marketers with the best tools to implement and tailor their solutions. With GDPR-compliancy built into every aspect of our software, any end-user request to exercise their rights, e.g. the right to be forgotten, can easily be handled. Pubfront

Pubfront is developing the Audiorista platform to help content publishers solve the challenge of reaching and monetizing audiences through native apps. Our secret sauce lies in a seamless, scalable SaaS solution that simplifies app management and content delivery for audiobooks, mindfulness content, educational courses and more. The problem of digital content distribution, particularly for smaller publishers, involves complex and costly app development, which can hinder their ability to effectively reach and monetize their audiences. This issue affects a wide range of content creators, from independent authors to established educational institutions, who struggle to navigate the technical barriers of app-based content delivery. The Audiorista platform addresses this widespread need by providing an accessible, cost-effective solution. Pubfront's team works consistently to refine the Audiorista platform, ensuring it not only meets but exceeds the needs of today’s digital publishers. Our solution leverages advanced cloud technologies to offer robust, customizable apps that publishers can brand and manage. We focus on continuous updates and feature enhancements based on direct feedback from our users. The inspiration for Pubfront came from witnessing firsthand the obstacles that talented creators face in distributing and monetizing their work. The digital shift in content consumption highlighted a significant gap in the market for a user-friendly, scalable solution that supports diverse content types like audiobooks and educational materials. Driven by a passion for democratizing content distribution, our team is committed to providing the tools necessary for content creators to reach broader audiences and share more knowledge globally.

Hobbiies

AI Rookie helps companies turn AI interest into real capability. Many organizations want their employees to use AI more effectively, but they struggle to move from inspiration to practical adoption. Traditional training is often too generic, too theoretical, and quickly forgotten. Employees need relevant guidance, hands-on support, and someone they can learn from in the context of their actual work. That is the problem we are solving. AI Rookie is a platform where companies can give their employees access to experienced AI mentors who help them build confidence, skills, and real-world AI workflows. Instead of one-off courses, we focus on practical mentoring that makes AI useful in everyday work. We are building AI Rookie because we believe the biggest barrier to AI adoption is not the state of the technology— it is the gap between potential and implementation. Companies need a better way to help their people learn by doing, ask questions, and apply AI responsibly and effectively.
