High rental and operating costs and low profit margins for commercial kitchen owners (think restaurants, cafe's, you name it!) has resulted in a rise in bankruptcies, further compounded by the pandemic. At the same time, there is a large shortage of commercial kitchens, limiting food entrepreneurs to start/expand their business, preventing them from vital development. Our 'win-win' circular solution optimizes unused kitchen spaces by renting it out to businesses in need of flexible and affordable licenced kitchens.
