Kvasir is solving one of the most difficult problems in the world; how to replace fossil fuels in the heavy transportation industries. Kvasir has developed and patented a unique process to convert ligno-cellulosic plant biomass (straw, wood, bagasse etc. ) to marine fuel in a simple one step process. The process involves cooking biomass in an alcohol atmosphere under pressure, effectively liquefying the biomass. Were developing our technology in our in-house lab and workshop facilities in Soeborg and are also collaborating with universities in both Denmark and abroad.

UpFood is a tech startup that develops sustainable solutions to up-cycle the food, that otherwise get wasted throughout the food value chain, into different value-added food ingredients.  Besides, we will also provide our low cost and efficient technologies to smallholder farmers, producing 80%  of food in the world but facing significant food loss challenges. Provargo A/S er markedsførende indenfor drikkevarekontrol. Vi udvikler, producerer og leverer online baserede doserings og kontrolsystemer til hospitality branchen, med et væld af kunder i både Danmark og resten af verden. Vi gennemgår i øjeblikket en spændende fase i vores udvikling som virksomhed, med et større fokus rettet mod bar,-, hotel-, og restaurationskæder. Samtidig arbejder vi også tæt sammen med distributører på markedet. I bar og restaurationsbranchen er det almindeligt at se relativt høje spildprocenter på drikkevarer. Det resulterer i to problemstillinger: 1) Et stort tab af omsætning. 2) Manglende overblik over reel lagerbeholdning af eksempelvis fustager, flasker, post-mix beholdere, osv. Derfor har vi udviklet systemer der synliggør på et online dashboard, nøjagtigt hvad der tappes af såvel spiritus, som øl, vin og sodavand.
