Unafor is a division of Milford that was formed to focus on ensuring safety in urban spaces. The vision of UNAFOR is to create safe urban spaces through personalised design and to offer creative solutions for enhancing the liveability of cities, while adhering to international safety certification standards. We help create safe urban spaces without compromising aesthetics and creativity in design. Having developed an approved crash tested 'core' Unafor can offer both standard and bespoke urban element designs to suit any area or place whilst maintaining the charm of the city.

The startup is based in the Incubator of DTU, the Danish Technical University in Lyngby. The team will be working to build a solution that solve real world challenges. The goal of WeGo! is to reduce pollution and congestion on our roads. We will achieve this by making it super attractive and effortless for people to share free and available car seats. Plastic Change en dansk miljøorganisation med et ambitiøst internationalt sigte Vi arbejder hårdt med at knække den stigende kurve over plastikspild. Plastik er overalt – på land og til vands. Tre generationers forbrug af plastik har sat sine spor. Kun en lille del bliver genbrugt eller destrueret. Resten ligger i naturen i hundredvis af år. Vi arbejder for at reducere vores enorme plastikproduktion ved blandt andet at eliminere unødvendig engangsplastik fra vores produkter, ved at sætte bedre rammer for hvordan vi designer produkter til mere genbrug, og det plastik vi ikke kan genbruge, skal vi kunne genanvende. Vi arbejder både på politisk niveau, sammen med befolkningen, i samarbejde med innovationspartnere, på internationalt niveau, sammen med forskere og med at uddanne vores fremtidige generationer om problemet. Fischer Lighting is a sustainable front-runner who has developed a unique circular business model where waste is transformed into new beautiful lamps that make buildings more sustainable and people healthier. In 2023, Fischer Lighting saved more than 53 tons of discarded lamps from being thrown away, and with the concepts ReUse, ReDesign, and ReCreate, unique lighting solutions are created in a beautiful and industrial design that meets all the requirements of a new lighting fixture. In addition to environmental sustainability, social sustainability is also an important part of the concept. Therefore, all the old lamps are separated and assembled by people on the edge of the labor market in Denmark. At the same time, the lamps are equipped with the latest technology, which, among other things, enables circadian lighting, which can stimulate the production of hormones in our body and create better well-being for people in buildings.
