Vores værktøj hjælper bygningsejere, ejendomsadministratorer og rådgivere med at træffe langsigtede og bedre beslutninger for deres ejendomme. Plando gør det nemt og overskueligt at arbejde med vedligeholdelse og forbedring af en ejendom - eller hele ejendomsporteføljer. Samtidig sikrer Plando overblik over bygningers CO2e-rejse og energimærke - noget som kun bliver vigtigere i fremtiden, hvor krav om bæredygtighed og ESG-rapportering (virksomheders miljømæssige, sociale og ledelsesmæssige rapportering) vil fylde endnu mere. Vi drømmer om en ejendomsbranche, der vækster i værdi gennem bæredygtige forbedringer. For vi lever i en verden, hvor vi ikke har råd til at spilde flere ressourcer. Derfor har vi besluttet os for at gøre op med vores branches ’sådan har vi altid gjort’ -måde at gøre tingene på og finde en ny vej. Vi mener, at det er på tide, at vi tager springet ind i en smartere måde at arbejde med ejendomsudvikling på. Vi holder til i det tidligere mejeri Enigheden på Rentemestervej i København NV. NIRAS has built the most incredible space for green tech startups with 5000m2 of office space, storage and production facilities. NIRAS Green Tech Hub is for startups seeking an extraordinary office space with cool meeting rooms in a vibrant, green and colorful environment with great coffee in the café. Startups will also be able to rent large storage spaces, build MVPs and have actual production in the production hall. This is the place where startups, innovative ideas and green engineering specialists meet. By accessing not only the vibrating hub with peer entrepreneurs, but also the best engineers specialised in sustainability with in different industries such as food, beverage, building, energy, infrastructure etc. The co-development and collaboration between startups and NIRAS’ many experts will be the fast track to grow ideas and innovations. Currently 25 startups and scaleups saluting the green transition is reciting in the hub on a daily basis, but we are working with more than 100 startups on an annual basis through our different programs and activities.

With a mission to heal the planet through the people - we create apps that heal people and plant trees as the user's use the apps. We started in 2021 and already have one app available on the stores with users from all around the world and have planted more than 3000 trees! The next app is already on the development phase and we going to plant millions of trees with it. The apps we build are in the field of mindfulness, yoga, healing ,breathwork and personal growth. At Coastgrass we have developed a sustainable replacement to crude oil-based plastic materials. By collecting and upcycling eelgrass from the Danish beaches we can offer a variety of different polymer compounds with a much lower carbon footprint than traditional plastic materials. We believe in using renewable natural resources to create climate-friendly solutions, so that we ensure a sustainable future.

Growstack is an open-source non-profit community project addressing the issues within our food system via vertical farming, to improve food quality and sustainability. Foodstack - the community behind Growstack - is for do'ers of all kinds who want to get involved hands-on with and share knowledge about food technology. We are everything from engineers, designers and entrepreneurs to food professionals, scientists and farmers. Growstack has an indoor growth lab and production facility in Østerbro, Copenhagen.

We use moss as a green cell factory to produce small natural products. Physcomitrella patens (spreading earthmoss) is the perfect plant for this. Using Physcomitrella we produce fine chemicals that are normally obtained from rare, endangered or non-agricultural plants.Our products include living fragrant plants, and fragrance compounds sold as extracts.

Mouldflo A/S is a hardware/software company with innovative and new solutions for the injection moulding industry. We have great hardware and algorithms. Mouldflo can protect your mould and improve quality by quickly identifying cooling problems and alerting the user to various common cooling circuit problems. The Mouldflo system will digitally monitor all of the flow circuits within the mould recording data, both flow and temperature, for every circuit.

The uMover® is a smart and usability-focused 3-wheel electrical vehicle for transporting people over shorter indoor and outdoor distances (0,5-5 km). It has been developed by us, DTU spinout CJ Company IVS, whom have built the uMover® upon a future mobility concept proposed by Continental AG (CAG). The uMover® targets employees who need to travel frequently within shorter distances, enabling them to become more efficient at work by easing their way of travel and reducing their travel time substantially. The uMover® will be a superior work-environment travel solution, as it – due to its smart design – offers the flexible advantages of walking, but with the similar speed and ease as driving a car or a bike. Drawbacks of the solutions in the market today are high prices, space requirements (especially for cars), no compliance with traffic regulations and laws and poor safety control (limiting the indoor application possibilities). Through cooperation with DTU and CAG we have been able to complete a full proof-of-concept and develop several of the unique mechanical components and are now in the detailing phase of the mechanical and electrical construction for a scale-up of the uMover®.
