CETO Innovation

CETO Innovation is developing a predictive maintenance solution for district heating networks, combining an in-pipe probe with data-driven failure predictions. Our technology enables early detection of pipeline issues, reducing downtime, maintenance costs, and energy waste while optimizing infrastructure management. We are addressing the challenges of aging district heating infrastructure, where reactive maintenance leads to inefficiencies and unexpected failures. By integrating real-time data analysis with in-pipe diagnostics, we aim to provide a smarter, more sustainable approach to pipeline management.

Easysort

We are building large-scale robots with computer vision to sort all waste in extremely high purity. You can read more about our mission, a detailed description of the current situation, and our plan for how Easysort works on our website: https://easysort.org/. You are right for the team if you are passionate about building robots and/or their AI controls. Our main focus is keeping the team small. Easysort is not profitable yet. We expect to be able to pay you before the end of 2025, but all positions are unpaid and current equity-based. We expect everyone to be on-site all the time when working with Easysort.

Steamgreen

Steamgreen er en Dansk Greentech virksomhed i Ballerup, fokuseret på at levere grønne løsninger til bilvask-industrien. Vi passer på miljøet og bruger kun 3l. vand Vores dampmetode sparer på vandforbruget. En liter vand forvandles til 1.700 liter tørdamp. En dampvask af din bil udgøres reelt set kun af tre liter vand – i modsætning til en traditionel bilvask hvor der anvendes overr 100 liter vand. Når der anvendes tørdamp, rengøres bilen vigtigst af alt helt uden brug af vaskekemikalier. Hensynet til miljøet er nemlig Steamgreen’ absolutte metier, og det er vi rigtig stolt over. + Kun 3-5 l. vand pr. bilvask modsat traditionel bilvask, hvor der bruges over 100 l. vand. Den ultimative bakteriebekæmper Vi dræber ca. 95% af bilens bakterier Steamgreen’ metode til dampvask dræber mere end 95 procent af bakterierne i din bil. Du bliver med sikkerhed beriget med følelsen af en ny bil, som også er ren og bakteriefri for dine børns sundhed og dit helbreds skyld. Metoden er også effektiv, fordi den 170 grader varme damp trænger ned i alle afkroge af bilen, hvor den fjerner snavs og dræber bakterierne i rattet, vinduer, instrumentbræt, døre, falser, måtter og paneler. + 95% af bakterierne i bilen dræbes ved dampvask

That is why our mission is to leverage the power of systems innovation to transform whole places, industries, and value chains by 2030, working across sectors to develop and scale ambitious, mission-led programmes. Established in 2010 and headquartered in Amsterdam, we orchestrate a community of more than 200 organisations including large corporations and SMEs, municipal and regional governments, universities, and research institutes, as well as non-governmental organisations and uncommon actors. Historically, we have been funded by our founder and core funder, the European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIT), but we are currently transitioning to a multi-funder model. EIT Climate-KIC colleagues are based in one of our local offices across Europe or work remotely from home based in one of the countries where we have a branch. We meet at our local offices to exchange and connect and use online collaboration tools work with each other and with our Community. On occasion, we meet in-person as teams, and once per year as an organisation.

Kvasir Technologies

Kvasir is solving one of the most difficult problems in the world; how to replace fossil fuels in the heavy transportation industries. Kvasir has developed and patented a unique process to convert ligno-cellulosic plant biomass (straw, wood, bagasse etc. ) to marine fuel in a simple one step process. The process involves cooking biomass in an alcohol atmosphere under pressure, effectively liquefying the biomass. Were developing our technology in our in-house lab and workshop facilities in Soeborg and are also collaborating with universities in both Denmark and abroad.

MIA Innovation DK

Utiligize

The green transition will be expensive. Utiligize makes the only data-driven asset management program that incorporates 2030/2040 EV, battery, wind and solar forecasts into lifetime models for every asset a utility owns. Electric, water, sewage and district heating companies use our software to reduce costs by atl east 25% or increase quality of service (QoS) by 25%. We make the green transition affordable. Our platform consists of three main components: 1. A smartphone app for data collection out in the field. 2. A Cloud backend that creates load and voltage forecasts with and without demand response, plus revenue cap, benchmarking, tariff and QoS optimization. 3. A front-end with system-wide KPIs.
