We research and calculate their carbon footprint for the above and suggest ways to improve this. That way companies can become more sustainable as well as more preferred by investors and clients who choose green profiles more and more. The EU has voted for a directive that is called CSRD, which in danish is equivalent to ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) But we don't just do that. We also help architects and others in the construction industry with LCA's (Life Cycle Analysis) And we offer a marketing strategy and a plan to fulfill the goals in the ESG plan. Finally, we're making a platform, that is going to revolutionize the industry. We want to automate as much of the processes as possible. So we are always looking for the best candidates to help us on our journey. Beleaf is a platform that want to make it easy for everyone to hold plants. The platform consists of three parts: The app - a mobile application where users can put in their plant and get an overview of when they need caring. The device – a device that uploads data about the plants to the cloud. We`ve been organising Startup Weekends in Copenhagen for 4 years, educating and inspiring hundreds of people to become entrepreneurs. We were lucky to see it from the first row how #CPHSW helped people get into the entrepreneur mindset and to try new challenges. We always believed that one of strongest forces were the network of people you created during those crazy weekends. This is why we created Startup Weekend Mega: The biggest Startup Weekend ever organised in Europe.  We´re an awesome group of volunteers coming from a wide variety of backgrounds. All of us have their own stories about how we ended up joining the #CPHSW family.  We are proud that we`re 100% voluntarily run organisation and that we created a culture where everybody feels safe to experiment and make their own decisions. Det kan dermed betegnes som det fjerde ben i hovedstadens offentlige transportsystem.

Who we are Each year in Denmark, over 2 million people upgrade their smartphones, but few have a clear idea of what to do with their previous device. Of course, they could sell it or trade it in, but today these options are primarily perceived as a hassle, a scam, or a waste of time. This results in Danes often having two or more smartphones wasting in a dusty drawer. Our mission to reduce this waste and to make the best use of their potential by providing a transparent, fair, and simple way to ensure that our old technology gets used to its fullest extent. The user can then support sustainable causes through our platform with the value of their used phones. Why do we exist? Used phones are extremely valuable. In fact, every year we estimate that at least one billion kroner worth of used phones enters the market in Denmark alone. On top of this, smartphone production has tremendous environmental and social impacts that are seldom talked about. Making the best use of minerals and labor that has already been put into our phones is the least we can do. Through research, we found that most people do not sell or trade-in their devices today for various reasons. However, over 90% of people responded that they would donate the value that their used phone could be sold for, entirely or in part, to philanthropic causes so long as it was easy and transparent. Therefore, not only are the causes we support genuinely good, but they provide the motivation to awaken a large and growing market. Today there is no platform where this can easily be done. Lokalist aims to fill this gap in the market and be the platform where people and businesses can easily donate all or part of the value of their used technology to support sustainable actions we all want to see more of. What happens to the used phones? The used phones we receive are safely wiped, complying with Europe’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). They then have a 92% chance to be refurbished or harvested for working components. The semi-new phones are sold in markets across the world to be loved by future users. The phones that cannot be refurbished are responsibly recycled, making sure to reuse minerals that are otherwise impactful to mine. Our values As a company, we focus heavily on integrating the Nordic values of transparency, honesty, community, and simplicity into our mission. This is not typical of our competitors in this space. By being active in the carrying-out of the sustainable causes with our partners, and showing our users instantly how their device could support them, we believe we can help make the best use of our e-waste while spreading the love.

Emballage Indberetning er en kollektiv ordning, der håndterer producentansvaret for danske virksomheder. Med mere end 3.800 medlemmer er vi Danmarks største kollektive ordning, og vi er de eneste i landet, der dækker alle 8 produktområder. De fleste kollektive ordninger dækker kun ét eller to områder, så en virksomhed med flere produkttyper må være medlem tre forskellige steder, med tre kontrakter, tre sæt satser og tre indberetningsrytmer at holde styr på. Hos os er det ét medlemskab, der dækker hele producentansvaret, og vi bygger vores egen software for at understøtte vores medlemmer bedst muligt. Producentansvar er et miljøprincip: virksomheder får det juridiske og økonomiske ansvar for deres produkters miljøpåvirkning, især når produkterne bliver til affald. Det skubber til mere bæredygtigt design, mere genanvendelse og mindre affald. Godt for planeten, men svært for virksomhederne. De fleste har aldrig hørt om producentansvar, før de pludselig er omfattet, og så møder de et regelsæt skrevet af jurister til jurister. Hvert produktområde (emballage, elektronik, batterier, engangsplast og flere) har sine egne satser, sine egne materialefraktioner og sin egen indberetningsrytme. Det rammer tusindvis af danske virksomheder, og hvert år bliver flere omfattet. Bag hvert fysisk produkt, der bliver indberettet, gemmer der sig mange bevægelige dele. Der skal faktureres, laves stikprøver og indsamles data hver gang en affaldsspand bliver tømt: hvor meget kan genanvendes, og hvad skal brændes? En af vores største opgaver som kollektiv ordning er at indsamle og måle den data og indberette den videre til myndighederne. Derfor bygger vi vores egen software. Ikke for at sælge den, men fordi vores forpligtelser kan automatiseres, når de bliver til kode. Vi startede i januar 2025, fordi producentansvar giver god mening for miljøet, men er indrettet dårligt for de virksomheder, det rammer. Miljøet vinder kun, hvis virksomhederne rent faktisk kan finde ud af at leve op til reglerne. Vores mission er at gøre producentansvar så enkelt og tilgængeligt, at en virksomhed kan overholde det uden at forstå hvert komma i lovgivningen og komme tilbage til sin forretning. På 14 måneder er vi gået fra 2 til 15 medarbejdere.
