Provargo A/S er markedsførende indenfor drikkevarekontrol. Vi udvikler, producerer og leverer online baserede doserings og kontrolsystemer til hospitality branchen, med et væld af kunder i både Danmark og resten af verden. Vi gennemgår i øjeblikket en spændende fase i vores udvikling som virksomhed, med et større fokus rettet mod bar,-, hotel-, og restaurationskæder. Samtidig arbejder vi også tæt sammen med distributører på markedet. I bar og restaurationsbranchen er det almindeligt at se relativt høje spildprocenter på drikkevarer. Det resulterer i to problemstillinger: 1) Et stort tab af omsætning. 2) Manglende overblik over reel lagerbeholdning af eksempelvis fustager, flasker, post-mix beholdere, osv. Derfor har vi udviklet systemer der synliggør på et online dashboard, nøjagtigt hvad der tappes af såvel spiritus, som øl, vin og sodavand. Alle tappedata registreres med tidsstempler og er i stand til at give brugeren et overblik over forbrugsmønstre, lagerniveauer, spidsbelastninger af personale, faktisk forbrug af drikkevarerne der tilbydes, m.v. Vores kerneprodukt er i stand til at integrere med cloud-baserede POS systemer, hvilket gør det muligt for udvalgte personer (eksempelvis ejere eller lokale driftschefer) at overvåge balanceforholdet imellem salg og faktiske udskænkninger. Herudover tilbyder vi også øvrige løsninger der sikrer at kvaliteten af drikkevarerne er i top, eksempelvis ved temperaturkontrol og køler overvågning. Da vi er en virksomhed der selv udvikler og producerer alle vore løsninger fra bunden, inklusiv vores cloud, har vi også stor fokus på løbende at optimere og forbedre alle elementer.
