RAND Boats is a boat producer, but also a technology and design company, focusing on clean energy development.Easily noted in shape of our boats, is the constant goal of pushing the boundaries of design and technology. Airplant ApS develops innovative and effective solutions to improve the air quality in office settings. Airplant increases the effect of nature's ability to purify and humidify air by combining plants and technology. 20-40 % of office workers experience dry indoor air. The feeling is triggered by dry air or chemicals which cause general discomfort. As you may know, plants reduce chemicals and humidify air. The Airplant system boosts the plant's natural way of working, and an airflow expands the treated area so that one single plant has the effect of 10 plants, corresponding to or better than comparable machines. Ventilation systems switch indoor air with fresh air. But fresh outdoor air is dry during the entire flu season so the Airplant system will humidify the fresh air and also reduce the amount of harmful chemicals. True Energy offers a smart charging app to our end users so they can register their car or charger and have it start or stop charging based on the hour of day and the electricity price, so the user optimizes their charging to be cheapest. The service is free of charge for the end user because they participate in our flexibility pool where the power companies can buy offsetting of the consumption if the grid is overloaded or production is expensive. We use Google Workspace, GitLab as code repo, Jira for our agile project management, and Slack for chat. We have a policy of 100% line coverage for unit tests, and want to support continuous delivery. We focus on collaboration and an open, inclusive work environment.
