Our BESS-as-a-service (PaaS) model allows customers to rent batteries for a manageable annual subscription fee, with zero upfront costs. Customers access BESS technology at no cost. Under the Battery Revenue Sharing Agreement, they annually repay loans and receive a share of the annual revenue, net financial costs. G&T Battery Solutions retains battery ownership until the loans are fully repaid. We create building materials for modern sustainable and toxic-free buildings combining hundreds of years of knowledge and tradition with modern production- and building techniques. Our aim is to make sustainable building commercially viable. Our first product is Lundby Pladen - a strong and fireproof building board made of unburned clay and woodfiber, designet for classic dry-wall construction. In the sustainable building industry there has been a long anticipation for this product. Unburned clay is the optimal material for inner walls in vapor diffusionon open building techniques as preferred in biobased sustainable building. With a strong and light building board we have solved the problem of unburned clay solutions being either too slow, heavy, fragile or expensive for commercial building. The building industry is responsible for between 17-40% of the worlds Co2 emissions. With Lundby Pladen it will be possible to fireprove biobased buildings with a low-emmission, toxic-free and environmentally harmless high quality material, and thus help making our buildings a genuine Co2-storrage instead of as now, a major Co2 polluter. In the coming years the building industry is facing new environmental laws, and will be increasingly depending on products like Lundby Pladen. We experience a major pull from the marked. Building supply markets, architects, craftsmen, standart house developers and entrepreneurs are waiting impatiently for our product to hit the marked.

While our eyes is on the fourth industrial revolution, we want to be part of the energy revolution and help to reduce the CO2 footprint in every single workplace. we move towards greener workplace by a software solution on energy optimization of dynamic mechanical systems (DMS). Our target industry for now is ventilation systems so called as HVAC for office building. The product is a software solution that monitors and optimizes energy consumption of HVACs. But why HVACs? Ventilations are installed in almost all office and industrial buildings. Only in Denmark, 12 M m2 of area is dedicated to offices and buildings. This corresponds to a huge energy consumption by HVACs (about 40% of total electrical energy consumption of a building and funny enough buildings are responsible for almost half of energy consumption of Denmark in a year). Despite of HVACs simplicity from system point of view, they are very complicated and confusing for the HVAC owners. The energy consumption and waste energy is not clear. Therefore, energy optimization becomes a long shot. 4i4’s product is solving these issues and brings values for the HVAC owners by peace of mind and valuable insight on how to optimize the energy and save on CO2 emission.

Klima Biler er sat i verden for dem, der går med tanker om at anskaffe sig en klimavenlig bil. Hos KlimaBiler.dk er der ingen benzin- og dieselbiler, medmindre der er tale om hybridbiler. Vi har fokus på klimavenlige biler og dermed fremtiden. Vi hører selv til i kategorien af dem, der elsker lyden af en V8’er! … men det er lyden af fortiden, det er lyden af afbrænding af fossile brændstoffer. Vi er også fuldt ud bevidste om, at det kan diskuteres, hvilke biltyper der forurener mest fra vugge til grav, og problematikker omkring rækkevidde, manglende ladestandere og ladetid. MEN jo flere der kører klimavenligt, jo hurtigere går udviklingen af de grønne teknologier, og jo hurtigere går det med at nedbringe de børnesygdommene med førnævnte problematikker. Derfor ønsker vi at kickstarte den udvikling og få så mange klimavenlige biler på vejene som muligt. Vi pudser ikke vores glorie! Men nu er vi i gang og som med el- og hybridbiler, er det et skridt i den rigtige retning. Og vi er altid åbne for forslag til forbedringer eller ideer til indhold på siden. Jo flere biler, der bliver sat til salg på klimabiler.dk, jo hurtigere og jo bedre kan vi udvikle websitet og markedsføringen og dermed få flere klimavenlige biler på vejene. Ambassadør for klimaet! Vi synes, at man ved at køre i en klimavenlig bil viser sin holdning til klimaspørgsmålet og er med til at få tvivlerne over på den grønne bølge. Man bliver ambassadør for klimaet og er med til at vise vejen til et bedre klima i alle henseender, for vi ser klimavenlige biler som fyrtårne for udviklingen af grønne teknologier generelt. Og bla. Tesla har vist, at klimavenlig teknologi og biler bestemt ikke behøver at være kedeligt.
