Plastic Change en dansk miljøorganisation med et ambitiøst internationalt sigte Vi arbejder hårdt med at knække den stigende kurve over plastikspild. Plastik er overalt – på land og til vands. Tre generationers forbrug af plastik har sat sine spor. Kun en lille del bliver genbrugt eller destrueret. Resten ligger i naturen i hundredvis af år. Vi arbejder for at reducere vores enorme plastikproduktion ved blandt andet at eliminere unødvendig engangsplastik fra vores produkter, ved at sætte bedre rammer for hvordan vi designer produkter til mere genbrug, og det plastik vi ikke kan genbruge, skal vi kunne genanvende. Vi arbejder både på politisk niveau, sammen med befolkningen, i samarbejde med innovationspartnere, på internationalt niveau, sammen med forskere og med at uddanne vores fremtidige generationer om problemet. Plastic Change består af et fast dedikeret team og en række uundværlige frivillige kræfter. Alle yder en stor, uvurderlig og professionel indsats for, at organisationen kan gennemføre sine ambitioner om at knække kurven for plastikproduktion og hermed plastikforurening.

Growstack is an open-source non-profit community project addressing the issues within our food system via vertical farming, to improve food quality and sustainability. Foodstack - the community behind Growstack - is for do'ers of all kinds who want to get involved hands-on with and share knowledge about food technology. We are everything from engineers, designers and entrepreneurs to food professionals, scientists and farmers. Growstack has an indoor growth lab and production facility in Østerbro, Copenhagen.

Mouldflo A/S is a hardware/software company with innovative and new solutions for the injection moulding industry. We have great hardware and algorithms. Mouldflo can protect your mould and improve quality by quickly identifying cooling problems and alerting the user to various common cooling circuit problems. The Mouldflo system will digitally monitor all of the flow circuits within the mould recording data, both flow and temperature, for every circuit.

We are HEMBOO: an early stage start-up with the vision of making low emissions, renewable materials the norm in construction. Besides fossil fuels, the production of concrete is the worst emitter of CO2 in the world. However it is the most used material within the construction sector. But not for long: climate legislation is about to make concrete a whole lot more expensive, by introducing a CO2 TAX. This leaves the construction companies with a problem as there is no valid sustainable alternative they can use. HEMBOO offers an easy solution: prefabricated walls for new construction made of hemp and bamboo with a reduction of 80% CO2 emitted compared to the traditionally used concrete walls. BUT the construction industry is very conservative and risk-averse. Therefore getting to market is a long journey. We built our first prototype are now preparing for the second one and are gathering data on the needs of our customers. Our aim is to provide a solution similar enough in prefabrication and installation methods, to make the transition from concrete fast and easy. Our element is designed for large scaled production so that we can have the largest impact. Recently we have received a total of 520.000 dkk in soft funding for product development and are participating in multiple startup support programs so it is full speed ahead! The team behind it all: We are a diverse team of three, Elsa Maria Iuliano, Helena Brandt Rejndrup and Michael Hallam. Helena and Elsa graduated as architectural engineers from DTU while Michael is finishing up his studies in design and entrepreneurship. We started HEMBOO because we are all very passionate about making an environmental impact. As a team we have a lot fun together, while still being productive. We emphasize a friendly environment where we help each other even though everyone has individual responsibilities. Currently looking to expand and we want you to be a part of it! We are launching our product and services to Stockholm Sweden in 2020. CityCharge gives users' mobile phone power on demand through its network of portable power banks, whilst providing venues with a unique marketing tool driving customer flow. Users can find CityCharge stations in their favourite venues, like shops, restaurants and cafes, all over the Nordics. Open the app to find the stations near them. CityCharge’s portable power banks include cables for all types of phones with fast charging service, giving users the freedom to charge on the go. Users can return the power bank to any CityCharge station in the network, from the local cafe to the favourite nightclub. CityCharge's mission is to give users opportunity to be powered and stay connected any time any where, and to turn that need into venues benefits. In short term, we provide power bank sharing service for charging the phone.

At Cellugy, we’re passionate about creating innovative solutions for one of the most pressing challenges of the 21st century: plastic pollution. Our product, EcoFLEXY, is a 100% natural bio-cellulose material produced by the fermentation of surplus sugar with specific microorganisms. The objective is to replace fosil-based plastics and products in a wide range of applications, from packaging to chemicals.

2 billion people in the world do not have access to safe drinking water, resulting in 500,000 deaths yearly. SolarSack has developed an affordable and non-chemical household water purification solution. SolarSack can purify 4L of water in 4 hours using only sunlight. It is reusable 500 times, providing 2,000L of purified water for only $4 - enough for a family of four for an entire year.

Vi beregner CO2 fodaftryk udfra de aktiviteter der er i firmaer, giver dem en rapport efter Green House Gas Corporate Protocol og Value Chain Protocol og hjælper dem derefter med at lave de rigtige grønne investeringer, der reelt opfanger lige så meget CO2 som er i deres fodaftryk - ikke bare god samvittighed, men reel ændring. We create building materials for modern sustainable and toxic-free buildings combining hundreds of years of knowledge and tradition with modern production- and building techniques. Our aim is to make sustainable building commercially viable. Our first product is Lundby Pladen - a strong and fireproof building board made of unburned clay and woodfiber, designet for classic dry-wall construction. In the sustainable building industry there has been a long anticipation for this product. Unburned clay is the optimal material for inner walls in vapor diffusionon open building techniques as preferred in biobased sustainable building. With a strong and light building board we have solved the problem of unburned clay solutions being either too slow, heavy, fragile or expensive for commercial building. The building industry is responsible for between 17-40% of the worlds Co2 emissions. With Lundby Pladen it will be possible to fireprove biobased buildings with a low-emmission, toxic-free and environmentally harmless high quality material, and thus help making our buildings a genuine Co2-storrage instead of as now, a major Co2 polluter. In the coming years the building industry is facing new environmental laws, and will be increasingly depending on products like Lundby Pladen. We experience a major pull from the marked. Building supply markets, architects, craftsmen, standart house developers and entrepreneurs are waiting impatiently for our product to hit the marked.

SilkOcean is a spin-out of Ph.D. projects by students of AAU, DTU, and Chalmers specialized in Power Electronics design and Condition Based Monitoring solutions. At SilkOcean, we are focused on the introduction of chemical-free, zero-emission sustainable solutions. Our ideas and designs have been recognized and rewarded by business leaders and innovation sponsors, and foundations. We aim to bring a brand to life that makes people excited to cycle through winter because of the design and functionality it offers the cyclist. Our three product strategy takes the car seat heating concept and expands it into a visionary perspective of bicycles as a year-round transportation mode. Abrigo in Spanish means jacket - and the latin origin word, connotes shelter. We want to make cycles a a form of shelter so that we are able to bridge the transportation gap whereby summertime cycling far outweighs wintertime cycling. We are starting with heated seatwear, and are going to expand into handles and pedals, in due course.
