Airplant ApS develops innovative and effective solutions to improve the air quality in office settings. Airplant increases the effect of nature's ability to purify and humidify air by combining plants and technology. 20-40 % of office workers experience dry indoor air. The feeling is triggered by dry air or chemicals which cause general discomfort. As you may know, plants reduce chemicals and humidify air. The Airplant system boosts the plant's natural way of working, and an airflow expands the treated area so that one single plant has the effect of 10 plants, corresponding to or better than comparable machines. Ventilation systems switch indoor air with fresh air. But fresh outdoor air is dry during the entire flu season so the Airplant system will humidify the fresh air and also reduce the amount of harmful chemicals. Turning global cropland into a permanent carbon sink. We are bringing Greenlandic Glacial Rock Flour (GRF) to the world to drive a shift towards sustainable, productive, and carbon-negative agriculture. GRF is a naturally occurring, ultra-fine mineral powder formed by glacial erosion in Greenland and available in billion-tonne quantities. When applied to croplands in warmer climates, it enhances soil health and permanently captures atmospheric CO2 through enhanced rock weathering, effectively transforming farmland into a long-term carbon sink. But the really exciting part is what this enables for farmers: - GRF reduces reliance on synthetic fertilizers - you can apply less than before. - This directly reduces nitrogen leaching into the aquatic environment, as well as volatilization - A single dose acts as a slow-release fertilizer, with multi-year effects that increase the value of your soil rather than decrease it. - Farmers can opt in to monetize the carbon credits, offering an alternative revenue stream. Field trials across Denmark and Europe confirm the potential: GRF enables sustainable intensification and carbon capture at scale. Farming that supports both productivity and climate goals.
