This is a Copenhagen branch of 180 Degrees Consulting, the world's largest student-led consultancy for non-profits and social enterprises. The management board consists of student volunteers who dedicate their free time to organise and lead for sustainable impact. 180 Degrees provides socially conscious organisations around the world with high quality and extremely affordable consulting services. We work with organisations to develop innovative, practical and sustainable solutions to whatever challenges they might be facing. Each semester, we have a carefully selected team of 30 highly motivated and engaged university students who possess a combination of expertise, creativity and problem-solving ability.

Plastic Change en dansk miljøorganisation med et ambitiøst internationalt sigte Vi arbejder hårdt med at knække den stigende kurve over plastikspild. Plastik er overalt – på land og til vands. Tre generationers forbrug af plastik har sat sine spor. Kun en lille del bliver genbrugt eller destrueret. Resten ligger i naturen i hundredvis af år. Vi arbejder for at reducere vores enorme plastikproduktion ved blandt andet at eliminere unødvendig engangsplastik fra vores produkter, ved at sætte bedre rammer for hvordan vi designer produkter til mere genbrug, og det plastik vi ikke kan genbruge, skal vi kunne genanvende. Vi arbejder både på politisk niveau, sammen med befolkningen, i samarbejde med innovationspartnere, på internationalt niveau, sammen med forskere og med at uddanne vores fremtidige generationer om problemet. Plastic Change består af et fast dedikeret team og en række uundværlige frivillige kræfter. We're a hardware deeptech startup consisting of 5 individuals, with a burning desire to improve the environment. We have designed a filtration system, with the purpose of collecting particles such as microplastics and aquatic biomass from seawater, used in production and maritime industries. With our partners, we aim to find solutions for the use of the collected particles.

Vi benytter os af fremtidens teknologi og gør din bil helt ren med blot 3 liter vand. Vores dampmetode sparer på vandforbruget. En liter vand forvandles til 1.700 liter tørdamp. En dampvask af din bil udgøres reelt set kun af tre liter vand – i modsætning til en traditionel bilvask hvor der anvendes 300 liter vand. Metoden er også effektiv, fordi den 170 grader varme damp trænger ned i alle afkroge af bilen, hvor den fjerner snavs og dræber bakterierne i hele bilen.

Power supplies are bulky and limit the design opportunities for LED lighting. For high end design lighting the size is a major issue, forcing designers to compromise the quality to reach desired designs. NPC cut the size to a fifth using patented technology. Products are on the market, a solid customer based and funnel has been build, and 10x growth is expected in 2022.

We`ve been organising Startup Weekends in Copenhagen for 4 years, educating and inspiring hundreds of people to become entrepreneurs. We were lucky to see it from the first row how #CPHSW helped people get into the entrepreneur mindset and to try new challenges. We always believed that one of strongest forces were the network of people you created during those crazy weekends. This is why we created Startup Weekend Mega: The biggest Startup Weekend ever organised in Europe.  We´re an awesome group of volunteers coming from a wide variety of backgrounds. All of us have their own stories about how we ended up joining the #CPHSW family.  We are proud that we`re 100% voluntarily run organisation and that we created a culture where everybody feels safe to experiment and make their own decisions.
