Chamberlain Coffee

Chamberlain Coffee is a rapidly growing online coffee business with offices in Los Angeles and Copenhagen. Chamberlain Coffee is focused on delivering high-quality coffee with a focus on sustainability when sourcing and roasting coffee beans. Chamberlain Coffee combines great coffee with a unique brand identity with the aim to become the first-choice coffee brand for people all around the world. The company was originally founded by the popular Youtuber, Emma Chamberlain. Since Chamberlain Coffee was relaunched in October 2020 in collaboration with Blazar Capital.

Empirical

Empirical is a flavor company, founded in 2017 and located on Refshaleøen in Copenhagen. Our approach is inspired by the Empirical method and the belief that knowledge is gained from experiences, our senses, and a desire to explore the world around us. Focusing on flavor, our company uses low-temperature distillation, fermentation, and unique, high-quality ingredients sourced carefully from all over the world. The result is culinary innovations in the world of spirits, beverages and food products. We pay respect to tradition, but want to explore without prejudice, reinventing and mixing things up instead of letting traditional boxes define how we do things. Our team reflects this: it is made up of waiters, chefs, scientists and professionals who are keen to do things in new ways and to work outside of their comfort zones.

BRØL

BRØL -  foodtech company that designs and develops circular solutions that are pioneered as the world's 1st circular craft brewery. We are all about offering the most sustainable craft beer and driving the change with flavors, sustainability, and diversity. Our startup brewery is bringing more flavor, responsibility, and innovation into craft beer and beverage industry. Not many know, but beer is really resource-intensive to produce and with so much waste being created in our food systems, something has to change. Hence we are developing tech to bring us closer to zero waste and bring the most responsible and damn good-tasting beverages to the market. We are done building our new brewery in February, so if you are up for a visit, then let us know! BRØL is a combination of Danish words for bread and beer translating directly to 'roar' and we ROAR for positive impact and tackle a truly global issue - one sip at a time!

ØNSK

ØNSK er et kaffefirma som sætter en ære i at skabe en tæt relation mellem bønderne i Nicaragua og Peru og vores professionelle kunder i Danmark. Vi arbejder med at flere af pengene i kaffeindustrien ender i bøndernes egne lommer. Det synes vi er mest fair. Samtidig ønsker vi at bringe endnu bedre kaffeoplevelser ind i danskernes hverdag. Det gør vi ved et kvalitetsmæssigt solidt produkt kombineret med autentiske fortællinger fra kaffens oprindelse på kaffegårdene.

GRØD

GRØD is a café and restaurant concept that opened in Nørrebro, Copenhagen in 2011, with a nerdy focus on everything related to "grød", including porridge, smoothie bowls, daal, congee, risotto and bowls. Most countries have a unique "porridge"-culture that explores different ingredients, grains and spices. And when it's made right, it tastes absolutely fantastic – and it’s naturally healthy and sustainable. We also highly value community among our colleagues and our guests, and love working with people who understand that their energy has a big impact on their surroundings. GRØD has restaurants in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Oslo, as well as a series of retail products available in the most major supermarket brands.

Curb is ambitiously creating high quality food experiences fully tailored for home delivery. We offer different high quality food choices - all delivered to your doorstep at the same time. We don't compromise, so you don't have to either. We believe in adaptability, high quality and people. We are constantly staying in motion, adapting to change and that's why our tables have legs. Wolt (DK)

Wolt is a Finnish technology company best known for our food and retail delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favourite meals or products from either our restaurant or retail partners and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners. A few years ago Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we’re in 27 countries and over 130 cities across EMEA, servicing over 20M registered users. We’re expanding rapidly, from our offices in Copenhagen, and now we’re looking for someone to be part of this hectic, fun and rapid expansion and help to further build our presence in Denmark.

Nature Preserve ApS

Nature Preserve is a sustainability-centered tech startup. We are on a mission to make the food system more transparent and climate-conscious. We believe sustainability should be driven by data. Our primary focus is a web-based SaaS life cycle assessment solution. We help food companies to measure, reduce and communicate the emissions of food products.

Folk Kombucha

Located in the heart of Kødbyen, our small but passionate team is dedicated to crafting uncompromising, living kombucha. We've built a brewery universe from the ground up in the heart of the city, in a space where people can gather and learn about unpasteurized kombucha on a larger scale, while we continue learning ourselves. That’s also why every aspect of Folk is done in-house - from fermenting, bottling, and lab testing, to designing our own labels and visuals. Rather than outsourcing, we are becoming experts in our craft, evolving every day and continually refining our understanding of how to ferment the best possible kombucha. It's a process that only improves with the experience we gain. We use only organic ingredients with flavors inspired from what grows in the Nordic nature around us and let alchemy meet science. Each bottle undergoes a weeks fermentation process, making us a true slow drink in both the soft drink and non-alcoholic segments. We combine flavor, tradition, and health in a product where no detail is overlooked. When you step through the doors of our brewery, you're joining a team of passion. We are driven to build a remarkable brand by thinking, creating, and executing at an ambitious level. As a cooperative workplace, we carry an open and dialogue-based management style, where everyone lends a hand and is part of an informal environment. Grad ApS

GRAD ApS is a Danish startup on a mission: to sustainably refine the global beverage cooling industry. Located on Vesterbro in Copenhagen and based on its patent pending technology and award winning design, GRAD has developed a portfolio of “Perfect Serve” cooling products for the global hospitality industry. The product has gained international traction and the company is currently scaling up fast on several markets globally. GRAD is an international team of 10 with backgrounds varying from engineering and design, to business and supply chain. It is an open, friendly, trusting and hardworking environment where coffee is always flowing, and (perfectly cooled) drinks can be enjoyed on a Friday at the home-built office bar.

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company

SPARKLING TEA is a brand-new beverage category. The combination of Nordic innovation and Asian tea traditions, results in an organic low/non-alcoholic sparkling drink based on a careful selection of teas. THE COMPANY was founded in 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark, and introduced to the market in May the same year, by the award-winning sommelier, Jacob Kocemba, and his business partner, Bo Sten Hansen. Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is now sold and served in +30 countries and served at +50 Michelin restaurants worldwide. OUR DREAM is to produce the world’s best low/non-alcoholic sparkling beverages, which can lift any gourmet or festive occasion. Why? ...because everyone deserves a good glass of bubbles!

Nextfood

At Nextfood, we are reshaping the plant-based food supply chain from farm to fork with large scale indoor farms combined with mini-farms in restaurants, catering, retail etc. Our computer controlled decentralised farm network grows deliciously fresh, locally produced, pesticide-free greens year-round to the benefit of flavour, health and climate. 1 m2 Nextfood farm corresponds to 200 m2 outdoor farm land and saves 98% water, more than 75% fertiliser and electrifies energy consumption. In turn addressing one of humanity’s greatest challenges: A sustainable high quality food supply for a rapidly growing urbanised population.
