SwapCUP

SwapCUP is a reusable cup deposit system that brings sustainability and convenience together. Our main goal is to revolutionize the way people drink coffee-to-go and get rid of disposable cups once and for all. With SwapCup we offer a sustainable alternative to disposable paper or plastic cups that both cut costs for businesses but as well cut the environmental impact of our everyday habits.

Mellow Chocolate

At mellōw we strive to raise the bar on chocolate. We produce high-end single-origin chocolate following the bean-to-bar principles. All processing of cacao beans into chocolate is done by hand. We source raw cacao beans from small local farmers from across the world and craft the chocolate at our craft shop in Copenhagen, Denmark. We make chocolate from carefully selected cocoa beans from some of the world's unique cocoa origins. We buy exclusively from farmers who grow their cocoa beans under 100% ethical and sustainable conditions.

alma er byens nye madmarked med fokus på økologi, kvalitet og ordentlige råvarer. Indtil videre findes vores butikker i København og på Frederiksberg, men vi har flere på vej. alma er opkaldt efter grundlægger Alfred Josefsens bedstemor fra Thy, der værnede om lokale råvarer af god kvalitet. Den tanke har vi videreført, så den afspejles i vores butikker og varesortiment, der er sammensat ud fra principper som autenticitet, økologi, det lokale og sæson. Vi kalder alma et madmarked, fordi vi er er sted, der primært handler med madvarer og drikkevarer. Derfor vil vi ikke have et stort udvalg af alle mulig andre varer, der ikke kan spises eller drikkes. Med alma giver vi danskerne nemmere adgang til økologi. Vi samler de bedste, sundeste, grønneste kvalitetsvarer på tværs af alle kategorier, så vores kunder får nemmere ved at træffe et bevidst valg, der er til glæde for både dem selv og planeten. Vi skaber en bedre indkøbsoplevelse og har fokus på den behagelige butiksindretning og det nærværende møde mellem vores medarbejdere og vores kunder. På denne måde håber vi at blive det foretrukne indkøbssted for ansvarsbevidste kunder, som nyder god mad, men samtidig går op i at passe på planeten.

Killer Kebab

Killer Kebab is a modern fast-casual food brand deeply in love with kebab. We make ours personal and unique in a world that expects more and more from the food it eats. The problem we are solving is simple but deeply rooted: kebab has become synonymous with low transparency, inconsistent quality, and shortcuts hidden behind speed and convenience. Consumers want fast food that feels honest, crafted, and worth trusting, but the category has largely failed to evolve. Killer Kebab exists to change that. From day one, we set out to prove that kebab can be both fast and uncompromising. We build our kebab from scratch, marinating our meat in-house every morning, making all sauces and falafel ourselves, baking sourdough flatbreads fresh to order, and frying every falafel only when it’s needed. We deliberately serve fewer options, focusing instead on quality, repeatability, and operational excellence. Our approach turns quality from something subjective into something systematic. By owning every critical step of production, we create a product that is consistent across locations while remaining deeply human and handcrafted. This operational model allows us to scale without losing what makes the brand special. Beyond the product, Killer Kebab is built as a brand-first company. With a strong visual identity, a bold tone of voice, and a loyal community, we are creating more than meals. We want to fight climate change and social inequality. Certification today is broken. A lack of transparency and trust in supply chains, and connection to what's happening on the ground, have resulted in the massive climate, biodiversity and human crises we see today. At Earthtrust, we are building the product and infrastructure to support a new agenda focused on radical transparency so that social and environmental claims made by companies and other organisations can be properly verified. We will democratize verification and we will provide a mechanism to stamp out greenwashing.
