Sidestream is a company that works to promote circularity in the food industry. We do this by matching and handling food industry by-products and waste streams between the businesses that have them, and those can use them. Our goal is to get undervalued food waste streams back into the food supply chain where they can be put to better use.

Since 2018 we've perfected veggies and served Danes and beyond with sustainable, nutritious and great-tasting products sold through both retail and foodservice. We like keeping it real and that's why our products contain no e-numbers, preservatives, soy, gluten - you get the point. Just pure plant awesomeness.

Snaps and other spirits are produced with love, curiosity and dedication on the basis of good raw ingredients and the super-soft, crystal-clear Bornholm water, which has stored on mineral-rich rocky ground for billions of years, which helps to give the spirit an even more balanced taste. Already now Bornholm Spirits can present a range of organic and premium products such as Snaps Bornholm, Vodka Bornholm, Sevablødda, Bornholmer Aquavit, 1855 Traditions Aquavit, Bitter and Christmas Aquavit - with the desire to spread the knowledge of the finest Bornholm spirits of the best quality.

BaneGaarden

I årtier har ni store trælader på DSBs baneterræn midt i København ligget stille hen. Nu genoplives de som økologisk landsby, fredfyldt åndehul og gastronomisk samlingspunkt. Langt væk fra storbystøjen, men alligevel midt i byen, skal BaneGaarden danne rammerne for kulinariske oplevelser, kulturelle indspark, nyskabende fællesskaber og grøn inspiration – i form af madboder, restauranter, bageri, kulturprogram, markeder og meget mere. Vi er et lille entreprenant team med store drømme og høje ambitioner, og vi tilbyder en spændende arbejdsplads med uformel stemning, stejl læringskurve og højt til loftet. Cocktailpakker fra Spiritium Cocktails leveres direkte til døren og indeholder alle ingredienser, til at lave minimum 6 cocktails af højeste kvalitet, med simple trin-for-trin instruktioner til at kreere og servere cocktailene. Hver måned sammensætter vi en ny cocktailpakke, som du får adgang til gennem cocktailklubben, med lokale og eksklusive ingredienser, så du nemt kan gå på opdagelse i en verden af spændende cocktails - måned efter måned.

We all need to eat more fruits an vegetables for the sake of environment, climate and health. But the good, green stuff takes up a lot more space in the fridge - especially if you have meal boxes delivered. The result is a lack of overview (what's the slimy stuff at the back of the veggie drawer??), less practical ways to store the food and in the end food waste. We cannot defend production of even more refrigerators, nor is it clever to setup an old, less energy efficient fridge in the garage. GreenSafe is the solution: a new way to store fruit and veggies just outside you door. Designed with respect for the environment, resources and you.

Teamet består af tre brødre, Jacob, Christian og Thomas, hvor sidstnævnte er direktør i virksomheden. Vores vision er at gøre eksklusive produkter tilgængelige for den almene dansker i mindre mængder end engros salg. Ingen af os er slagtere, men kommer fra vist forskellige baggrunde. Læsk

Læsk is out to challenge the soda industry by offering fermented soft drinks that has less sugar and less calories than conventional sodas. Through fermentation and being selective with ingrediens, we create well-balanced drinks without alcohol that are less sweet. The kombucha category is fairly new and despite Læsk being the leading brand in Denmark, represented in 7Eleven, Coop and lots of restaurants and cafes across the country, there's still a lot of customer education to be made. It is a fun journey and we are driven by the opportunity to get people to make better choices for themselves. Founder Line started Læsk because she thought the soda category was boring and drinks were too sweet. Cheers to a healthier soda!
