Caféen ligger i starten af Holmbladsgade på solsiden, med skøn udeservering hele året. Vi har i mange år været et samlingspunkt i kvarteret, har mange stamgæster og en hyggelige stemning. Efter en kort lukkeperiode, åbner caféen igen. Vores gæster besøger os for at nyde alt fra brunch, burgers, charcuteri samt kolde og varme drikke.

Sushi kræver omhu og langvarigt fokus at mestre. Sushi Lovers' filosofi handler om respekt for håndværket og for smagen. Hos Sushi Lovers er fokusset på den friske fisk, den smukke udskæring, de perfekte ris, det rigtige forhold mellem ris og fyld og en lyst til at tilføje sushien en kant og en retning gennem nye og kendte råvarer og metoder, som gør det til en særlig oplevelse at spise hos Sushi Lovers.

Vi har succes og i dagligdagen lægger vi vægt på at arbejde som et teamdrevet firma, der behandler hinanden på en lige og ikke-hierarkisk måde.

Sweetkynd Denmark

Sweetkynd Denmark har en mission om at bringe kvalitet ind i slik og tilbyde velsmagende slik lavet med rene ingredienser. Vi henvender os til forbrugere og virksomheder, der sætter pris på kvalitet og økologi, så man kan nyde slik med god samvittighed. Virksomheden lancerede sine første produkter på markedet i marts 2020, som er økologiske vingummier lavet med rosévin. Idéen til Sweetkynd opstod ud fra kærlighed til slik og søde sager, og drømmen er at skabe et internationalt brand med fokus på økologi og bæredygtighed.

Muri is a NoLo (No & Low alcohol) drinks company that merges a chef’s palate with science and the natural beauty of fermentation to produce blends that are intriguing, complex and balanced. The team behind Muri comes from some of the most innovative food and drinks companies in the industry, such as restaurant Noma and Empirical Spirits. We are made up of industry-experienced professionals with an obsession for flavour.

Tír Bakery

Tir Bakery is dedicated to stone milling and baking fresh with old biodiverse Danish grains grown in regenerative eco systems. Tir’s bread solves 2 important modern problems: - The effects of climate change: old varieties are able to adapt and develop into the changing environment. - The ill effects high gluten and chemically grown wheat is having on our health. Anders Borgen is a leading Danish wheat farmer who promotes biodiversity working towards the needs of the organic movement (https://www.arc2020.eu/anders-borgen-nurd-of-the-niche/): - Modern bread readily available today is high in gluten and low in nutrition. The modern grain is a genetically modified form of grain that is very high in gluten. This high gluten and low nutrition is making people sick. - Industrial millers also strip the grain of vital nutrients, removing the germ where the oils and nutrients reside, and the bran husk where the fibre is, leaving only the endosperm. - Stone-grinding the flour fresh retains all the nutrients in the flour and the bread. Once the flour is milled oxidation begins to take place and nutrients decrease fast. At Tir the flour is used straight from the mill retaining the highest nutritions and flavour: - The bread will be the highest nutritious bread in Denmark. - Tir Bakery has been collaborating with Birkemosegaard Biodynamic Seasonal Farm where the grain grows (March - October). The bread has been a huge success. During high season 150 breads sold out within a few hours a day. - Due to these farming and milling methods the distribution chain is a lot shorter which reduces the carbon footprint.

Nordic Roasting Co. is a hand-crafted roastery with a strong focus on social-environmental responsible coffee. As first-movers within the Nordics to deliver a zero-waste coffee product, our newly acquired roastery in Amager is equipped with the newest, most modern equipment within the coffee roastery industry.

TUYO / Coffee. Cacao. Culture.

TUYO is a Denmark-based specialty coffee and fine cacao project rooted in long-term relationships with coffee- and cacao-growing communities in Ecuador, and inspired by Nordic values around creativity, innovation, and sustainability. We are building a regenerative business that prioritizes transparency, fair collaboration, and high-quality products, while questioning extractive models within global value chains. Our approach is relational and place-based, centered on people, landscapes, and craft rather than scale. TUYO is currently in an early build phase, finalizing its first pilot specialty coffee line and preparing for an initial public launch moment in late February. Coffee is the immediate focus; fine cacao is part of the broader product vision and will be developed in parallel at a later stage. We work as a small, hands-on team with close collaborators across sourcing, quality, and production, and we value clarity, reliability, and care in how we build both products and partnerships.

TruckFood ApS

Bringing innovation to the street food market through Pop Ave, a digital platform that helps food trucks optimize their day to day activities and services to customers. Food trucks face a number of challenges such as low visibility, limited space, high competition, and low profit margins. Pop Ave helps food trucks reach more customers by providing an online presence, live location tracking, order management, and connecting food trucks with street food events & festivals. - And with our Self-service feature, we allow customers to quickly order food through their phone or a the food truck tablet for an overall improved customer experience, especially useful in areas with high foot traffic where long queues can be a problem.

Camping Denmark

Camping Denmark currently has 2 units in Aarhus and 1 in Copenhagen. In the unit we feature mini golf and a bar together with delicious food. We focus on revenue growth through different campaigns and want to create innovative ways of engaging our target group to spend their days and evenings at our facilities. Join the team!
