Tepui Agentic Labs

Tepui Agentic Labs is Europe’s first AI-native agentic data platform , built in Denmark from the ground up on EU-sovereign infrastructure for mid-market businesses trapped on legacy systems. Most mid-market companies across Europe are sitting on years of valuable business data locked inside outdated databases, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems. They have no data team to fix it, and enterprise solutions are priced for companies ten times their size. The result: critical business decisions made on gut feel, manual reports that take days to assemble, and institutional knowledge trapped in files nobody dares to touch. Tepui solves this with three product lines. Datarcon modernises legacy data, extracting, cleaning, and transforming it into a modern analytics layer the business actually owns. Our Sovereign SaaS platform lets companies run AI-powered tools on EU infrastructure with no data leaving European soil ,fully compliant, fully controlled. And Tonin, our autonomous 24/7 AI agent, monitors the business continuously, triggers alerts, generates reports, and answers operational questions in plain language. Tonin is not a chatbot , it is an always-on intelligence layer that works while the team sleeps. A standout feature of our AI agents is the Consciousness Core , an integrated ethics layer ensuring responsible AI behaviour and compliance with the EU AI Act from inception. Every agent decision is traceable, auditable, and explainable by design. The platform is built on an enterprise-grade 7-layer security architecture, fully EU-sovereign with no data leaving European soil. We serve multiple industry verticals across Denmark hospitality (restaurant groups, hotels), construction (mid-market contractors), social housing (almene boligorganisationer), investment funds (PE, VC, family offices), food suppliers, automotive (parts distributors, dealer groups), and law firms with additional verticals in development. Every vertical has the same problem: years of data locked in systems that never talk to each other. Same core product, different industry configuration. Amass

Amass is an AI application platform for scientific intelligence. Scientific knowledge is scattered, siloed, slow and expensive to search. Amass integrates across this fragmented landscape; Patents, papers, regulatory filings, proprietary documents and data and applies AI to create a structured, cross-linked, and queryable knowledge graph. We build our own domain-specific embedding models to capture subtle scientific signals. We go beyond simple retrieval and enable users to triangulate across multiple sources and trace the evidence behind any output. Who it’s for: biotech and pharma R&D, food-bio and synbio, research institutetes, hospitals, and life-science investors/BD. Why it wins: higher recall across sources, transparent reasoning, and end-to-end automated workflows that turn messy data into decisions and team actions -> quickly and safely. ‍

UbuntuVibe

1. The Pitch: UbuntuVibe is developing a platform that connects entrepreneurs, founders, and freelancers with premium non-alcoholic beverages to help them elevate their events and social experiences. We solve the problem of limited healthy and sophisticated drink options by curating a selection of craft beverages delivered conveniently in bulk, ensuring accessibility for businesses that aim to offer quality, non-alcoholic alternatives at gatherings and events. 2. The What: What Are We Solving? We are tackling the growing demand for premium non-alcoholic beverages among entrepreneurs and businesses hosting events, meetings, and corporate gatherings. With the rise of health-conscious living, many people seek sophisticated, alcohol-free options that offer the same rich experiences as traditional beverages. However, the market often lacks accessible, curated options in bulk for B2B customers who want to provide their attendees with a wider range of quality beverages. This affects businesses, event planners, and coworking spaces that are striving to offer diverse drink menus but struggle to find the right supply chain. The issue is widespread, with demand for non-alcoholic alternatives soaring across industries as more consumers look for alcohol-free options. Entrepreneurs and freelancers, in particular, are keen on having beverages that fit into a health-focused lifestyle without sacrificing social or professional networking. 3. The How: How Is UbuntuVibe Solving This? At UbuntuVibe, we are building a platform that curates and distributes premium non-alcoholic beverages, including craft beers, kombucha, mocktails, and artisanal soft drinks. We simplify the process for event planners, entrepreneurs, and businesses by offering these products in bulk with flexible order fulfillment models. Our solution leverages our network of high-quality, health-conscious beverage producers, ensuring that our clients have access to unique and flavorful non-alcoholic drinks for their events. By handling logistics and offering a seamless order process, we remove the friction for B2B customers and help them elevate the experience of their attendees. Through our platform, businesses can choose from an extensive menu of premium drinks, catering to the rising demand for sophisticated non-alcoholic options. 4. The Why: What Motivated Us to Get Started? UbuntuVibe was born out of the realization that non-alcoholic options at events were limited, often consisting of basic sodas and water. As we attended more entrepreneur meetups and networking events, we noticed a growing need for healthier, alcohol-free alternatives that didn’t compromise on flavor or experience. Our community of founders and freelancers values wellness and professionalism, and there was a gap in the market for beverages that complemented this ethos. This motivated us to build UbuntuVibe, a platform designed to provide businesses with access to premium non-alcoholic drinks that reflect the values of their attendees—health-consciousness, innovation, and sophistication. Ultimately, we wanted to create a service that makes it easy for businesses to access these beverages in bulk, allowing them to focus on what matters most—creating memorable, impactful experiences at their events. Skovlyst Production A/S

SKOVLYST er en innovativ bryggerivirksomhed. Vores oprindelse udspringer fra den danske skov – Hareskoven for at være helt præcis. Her startede vores brygmester, Casper Møller, med at brygge øl tilbage i 2005, der var inspireret af skovens dufte, smage og oplevelser. Og selvom vi i dag er rykket ud af det lille bryghus i skoven til større faciliteter, så er den stadig essentiel i vores øl og den måde, hvorpå vi bringer gode øl ud til forbrugerne. Eftersom vi udspringer fra skoven, har vi altid følt et ansvar for at passe godt på den. Derfor arbejder vi løbende med at effektivisere og skabe en ansvarlig forretning, som ikke kun tager hensyn, men samtidig også giver tilbage til skoven, i form af genrejsning af dansk folkeskov. Vi arbejder altså med et langsigtet perspektiv på at reducere vores CO2 aftryk.

Generation Snack

We're disrupting the red ocean that is the potato chips industry. We create heavily seasoned premium kettle cooked potato chips, in protective boxes that also double as a serving tray. Our boxes are decorated with artworks from international art talents, with whom we collaborate to constantly showcase exciting art on our products. We strive to create the ultimate snacking experience for specialty retail stores and the hospitality industry, one chip at a time.

TruckFood ApS

Bringing innovation to the street food market through Pop Ave, a digital platform that helps food trucks optimize their day to day activities and services to customers. Food trucks face a number of challenges such as low visibility, limited space, high competition, and low profit margins. Pop Ave helps food trucks reach more customers by providing an online presence, live location tracking, order management, and connecting food trucks with street food events & festivals. - And with our Self-service feature, we allow customers to quickly order food through their phone or a the food truck tablet for an overall improved customer experience, especially useful in areas with high foot traffic where long queues can be a problem.

Grønt Marked

Grønt Marked is a non-profit organisation established in Copenhagen in 2019. Our goal is to provide a platform for small-scale local food producers to meet consumers who care about the food they bring home. We organise farmers markets around the city from May to December, farm tours, community dinners and lately even festivals.

ÅBEN

ÅBEN was founded in 2017 in Kolding, where it began as a brewery at the childhood farm of Philip Hulgaard. What started as a hobby alongside a full-time job has since grown into a passion and a way of life. After opening its doors on June 9th, 2017, things moved quickly. ÅBEN was named Brewery of the Year in 2019, marking the beginning of an exciting journey. Since then, ÅBEN has created the electronic music festival O Days, founded the beer festival Kalas, and opened bars in Aarhus, Kødbyen, Roskilde, Copenhagen Airport, Carlsberg Byen, and Nordhavn - with more to come. ÅBEN’s first beer, which has since turned into a signature beer, is called Bryg 61 (Brew 61), named after the number of attempts it took to get the recipe exactly right. Today, ÅBEN produces new beers every month which has led to an archive of more than 400 beers, spanning wide from generously hopped IPA’s, and full-bodied imperial stouts to a wide selection of distinctive sours. Most recently, ÅBEN entered the world of non-alcoholic brewing, with the first beer in the series - Y - winning Best Non-Alcoholic Beer in Denmark 2025, and with two more beers in the series on their way. About Bemakers Bemakers is building the leading global platform for direct beverage distribution to help Makers of alcoholic beverages (e.g. beer, wine, and spirits) sell directly to their customers across borders. The company was founded in May 2021 and has raised EUR 1 million in pre-seed funding to build the platform and establish Bemakers as the innovator and challenger within the global beverage distribution category. Bemakers is founded by a core team with a strong track record in building and scaling platform businesses within relevant industries. The team is backed by a group of business angels with experience from leading technology startups/growth companies, venture capital firms as well as the alcoholic beverages industry.
