Mellow Chocolate

Mellow Chocolate produce high-end single-origin chocolate following the bean-to-bar principles. All processing of cacao beans into chocolate is done by hand by us. We source raw cacao beans from small local farmers from across the world and craft them into chocolate bars at our workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark. We make chocolate from carefully selected cacao beans from some of the world's unique cocoa origins. We buy exclusively from farmers who grow their cacao under 100% ethical and sustainable conditions.

Umamamia is a biotech startup company that merge cutting edge biotechnology and food science. Plant-based foods naturally lack umami, which on the other hand is abundant in animal-based foods. Umami is a basic taste that increase food flavor and deliciousness! This can explain why it is a challenge for many people to eat less meat and more plant-based. The Umamamia mission is to make umami a cornerstone of the green transition of the food industry, delivering plant-based, clean label, organic food ingredients.

Green Heart of Copenhagen (CopenhagenCBD)

Becoming involved with us at Green Heart of Copenhagen GmbH may be one of those unique opportunities of truly making a positive difference in many peoples lives. CBD is a key ingredient of the cannabis plant, specifically coming from a type of plant called hemp and hold no psychoactive content. It is therefore regulated differently than psychoactive cannabis. The market opportunity is large. CBD makes up for almost 75% of the total European cannabis market and the market is growing rapidly. Reliable studies show that: - Many CBD products marketed contain only 28-55% of the declared CBD content - Many CBD products marketed contain the much weaker/cheaper synthetic CBD isolate instead of being based on broad or full spectrum CBD - Up to 38% of CBD products marketed contains THC above the legal limit (0.2% in Europe and 0.3% in the States) In addition, hemp is one of the fastest growing plants in the world and therefore easily absorbs pollution from the dirt and environment. This means that many CBD customers today are either purchasing: - a weaker CBD content than expected - may be purchasing an illegal product above the legal limit for THC and/or - may receive and be using a polluted CBD product. Langt væk fra storbystøjen, men alligevel midt i byen, skal BaneGaarden danne rammerne for kulinariske oplevelser, kulturelle indspark, nyskabende fællesskaber og grøn inspiration – i form af madboder, restauranter, bageri, kulturprogram, markeder og meget mere. Vi er et lille entreprenant team med store drømme og høje ambitioner, og vi tilbyder en spændende arbejdsplads med uformel stemning, stejl læringskurve og højt til loftet. BRØG

In BRØG we are developing a beautiful pour over coffee machine, where the user can control several variables in order to make their preferred cup of coffee. Our vision is to give the user the opportunity to brew the perfect cup of coffee while keeping the machine aesthetically beautiful. Besides that, we want to create an app where our customers can share, download and rate brews and thereby create a community similar to Vivino but for coffee lovers. Our customer segments consist primarily of coffee and design enthusiasts. The Scandinavian countries are the most coffee drinking nations worldwide, with a market potential of 800.000 sales - especially because black pour over coffee is the preferred brewing method. Furthermore, the design often matters a lot when Scandinavians buy new interior equipment and we plan on branding BRØG with that in focus. In order to brew a great cup of pour over coffee with the pour over method, you need to practice a lot to do it perfectly. This is where our machine comes into the picture. When using our machine, the user will be able to adjust all the crucial variables and thereby recreate their favorite cup of coffee every time. Besides that, our machine distributes the water correctly over the beans using our newly patented-pending water distributor. This will together with the right temperature, waterflow, bloom time and bloom water ensure a great cup of coffee. If the user is not an experienced barista or coffee connoisseur, they can use our app and in that find the coffee bean they are using (or a similar one) and see what settings other users have used and what the result was like. Anyone can therefore create a great cup of coffee with minimum effort or knowledge. All the components necessary to control these parameters require very little battery which, together with our battery pack, allows the user to brew a minimum of 100 cups of coffee before having to about recharging the machine. BRØG is portable and gives the user a lot of freedom which together with our design-protected design differentiates us from our competitors. The team consists of three Process and Innovation students from DTU. Our skills as a team cover the fundamental knowledge necessary to run a startup due to us having different qualities and interests. We have a great team spirit and know each other's strengths and weaknesses and help each other whenever the need arises. Two of us have been working on BRØG for the past one and a half years and are now going full time in our company, and the third partner just joined. Besides us, we have a strong team of advisors and mentors. Our advisory board consists of a business lawyer working with startups, a product developer, a business and market expert from CBS and an entrepreneur that we try to meet up with 6 times a year. Besides that, we have a mentor from a previous mentor program with years of experience as a designer within the same luxurious customer segment, who helps us create a beautiful and user-friendly product. This group of people have also helped us create a large network with contacts in all areas of expertise that we need to succeed.

Tasty Coconut was founded because we want to make eating fruits more colorful and fun. We import exciting and different foods because we want to show consumers that it doesn't have to be boring and monotonous to eat more greens - especially fruits. We focus on ecology, biodynamic production, tree-ripened fruits and freshly harvested vegetables. That is why we work with smaller farms from all over the world, so that we ensure that the road from farm to fork is as short as possible. The majority of our selection will always be organic and we are moving towards becoming 100% organic and biodynamic.
