Metaceutic ApS

Cognitive dysfunction and mental stress are pre-dominant in our society, while a healthy diet and its influence on gut has shown huge preventive potential. Metaceutic ApS develops plant-based health-enhancing products that are functionally validated to predictably alter the gut microbiota, and thereby enhance mental well-being and general cognitive performance. Besides to stand-alone products, we offer personalized solutions that are provided based on customer-specific gut microbiome profiling, and which are derived from a broad, functionally validated, botanical formulation library. We are a Copenhagen found company, with products developed locally in Østerbro and produced in south of Sweden. Collectively, we are a rapidly expanding team of ambitious individuals, who are working together to bring the first generation products PreMind®Biotics to life.

Amass

Amass is an AI application platform for scientific intelligence. Scientific knowledge is scattered, siloed, slow and expensive to search. Amass integrates across this fragmented landscape; Patents, papers, regulatory filings, proprietary documents and data and applies AI to create a structured, cross-linked, and queryable knowledge graph. We build our own domain-specific embedding models to capture subtle scientific signals. We go beyond simple retrieval and enable users to triangulate across multiple sources and trace the evidence behind any output. Who it’s for: biotech and pharma R&D, food-bio and synbio, research institutetes, hospitals, and life-science investors/BD. Foodture

Foodture is an innovative food company developing plant-based, fermented products using locally sourced ingredients. Developing new plant-based products that consumers love, and that are competitive with industrially-produced meat, is a key element of the transition towards a green economy and a regenerative way of life. Foodture’s product is a version of tempeh made from locally-sourced legumes which are fermented and then prepared as blocks, cubes, patties or in a shredded version. The product is used currently mainly in food service applications, but there are many other possibilities. Several product development efforts are ongoing, including collaborations with Aarstiderne and Noma. There is a real sense of momentum in the category, with a high pace of innovation and competition. The environmental footprint of tempeh is very low compared to red and white meat, but also compared to most other meat alternatives on the market today.

Nordic boba, a young startup founded in 2022, has experienced significant growth over the past two years. Specializing in the production of popping boba for bubble tea, Nordic Boba primarily exports within EU. The company has HQ in Aarhus, Denmark. Currently Nordic Boba consists of a small Aarhus based team and collaborative partnerships with various companies. We have customers in over 12 European countries, including retail businesses, restaurants, production facilities and wholesalers. Our mission is to become the leading wholesale provider of bubble tea equipment and supplies.

Red Container Coffee

Red Container Coffee is embarking on a journey to revolutionise the way green coffee is traded across the world. The platform will enable the digitalisation and transparency of coffee being sold by working as a marketplace where buyers and sellers can have a more direct way of trading,communicating, and monitoring the supply and demand of coffee available on spot, The objective is to unite importers inventory and facilitate coffee trade for small to medium size coffee roasters. Rebæl

Unconditional love for craftsmanship Rebæl was created by two friends, who wanted to create breverages based only on high quality products and with unconditional love for craftsmanship. The idea started in 2018, where the two friends met in one of the finest Danish Michelin restaurants. With a common passion for Gastronomi they agreed to go against the expected and create Rebæl. Rebæl is a unique art poured into bottles and only created from the best fresh ingredients from nature. We stay away from additives and artificial aromas. Only pure, natural flavors are welcome.

The Tasty Coconut Company

Tasty Coconut was founded because we want to make eating fruits more colorful and fun. We import exciting and different foods because we want to show consumers that it doesn't have to be boring and monotonous to eat more greens - especially fruits. We focus on ecology, biodynamic production, tree-ripened fruits and freshly harvested vegetables. That is why we work with smaller farms from all over the world, so that we ensure that the road from farm to fork is as short as possible.
