Our agency is also a community with values we believe is very important in order to pursue our ambitions in the social media world. Having been sister rivals in the childhood we eventually found out that values and goals were and are the same, and for a long time we dreamt of working together, whether it should be the start of a different online magazine for women, fashion design or advertising. Why should I, when I know that together with other good people (especially women), we can accomplish so much more? I would rather ask myself; What can I do to encourage and embrace women around me?
