With innovative gamification, we make local interactions more effortless, valuable and fun. Our engagement tool create brand new ways for people to interact with their closest surrounding and for community administrators to interact with their residents. A win-win model where people can utilise smart and sustainable solutions— while being rewarded for it. We simultaneously help measure the well-being of communities and automatically implement actions to improve it.

At REXCON system we are aware of the construction industry's huge impact on our planet's ecosystem and environment. CYF Digital

CYF Digital grew from a volunteer project aimed at enhancing the integration of asylum seekers in Finland by utilizing digital innovation and social media. Great feedback inspired us to establish a company to continue our work for more efficient social integration. Studies&Me

Studies&Me is a contract research organization (CRO) specializing in Dermatology studies. We are on a mission to turn clinical operations upside down to make it fit into the everyday life of the participant, and thereby democratize clinical studies and patients' access to new treatments. At the moment we have a focus on the participant recruitment process for clinical studies, but our goal is to become the leading CRO within virtual dermatology studies. Virtual studies are studies that are conducted remotely and comfortably in the study participants' own home, as opposed to traditional centralized studies, where participants on a regular basis must spend time and money on traveling to a study-affiliated clinic. We are a team of 10 people from all over the world and we are looking forward to bringing more to the family. Our office is located in Health Tech Hub Copenhagen close to Nørreport Station. On working days lunch is cooked and served by our in-house chef and kitchen personnel. We also often bring people together for many different social events such as Friday bars, book clubs, workout challenges and board games. Studies&Me is part of the Sanos Group that also consist of Sanos Clinic, that is a Site Management Organization (SMO), NBCD, that is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in osteoarthritis and Sanos Supply, that is a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO).

TMA Nordic

With The TMA Method implemented in the organisation, management and HR has a hands on method and toolset that drives and secures the talent development process. TMA Nordic is the publisher of The TMA Method for the Nordic region. The TMA Method is a talent management method that comes with a SaaS platform. Unlike other assessment tools, TMA maps out an individual's talents and connects those to the context of the individual's current occupation (for example a job position) through a competency profile. Clinsj

The price of you mortgage should reflect your risk - not your capability to negotiate. Clinsj offer negotiating as a service. The mortgage market is asymmetric in terms of information and it can be very challenging for regular customers to navigate between the different offers. 3 out 4 mortgage holders have never negotiated their interest rate and terms after financing, and therefor get penalized for their loyalty. As an individual customer you have little negotiation power with your bank, but with professionals negotiating on behalf of a group of similar customers you do. Clinsj is a startup fin-tech company that aims to help mortgage holders achieve better terms by negotiating on the customers behalf on a continuous basis. If the customers existing bank is not willing to meet market price, Clinsj will move the customer to bank with more appetite that offer market terms. As long as the customer is member on the platform, Clinsj will continuously monitor the market and negotiate when possible. Clinsj is independent and as such take no commissions from the banks. The customer only pay a subscription fee for a 12 month period after receiving value, either by a better rate from their existing bank or a new offer from a competitor. if new value is added in that period the subscription renews. The founders of Clinsj have extensive competence within the banking industry after years of holding different management positions in international banks. The pricing mechanism in mortgages show that there is a market to be met. We believe that "negotiation as a service" is a growing market that can be applied to many consumer products and seek to develop the concept as we grow.

DM words

DM words is a learning platform that aims to bring to foreigners a special vocabulary dedicated specifically to all immigrants worldwide. This dictionary contains 1000 words and 300 sentences included into 33 chapters and divided into 7 categories. DM words is created to solve many immigration issues for governments, companies who deal with foreign labor force and basic needs in everyday life for all groups of immigrants. DM words is made for people who do not have any knowledge at all in any second language and as well for those who already have some basic knowledge and are looking to learn more. DM words is part of Edufif which covers only 5% of the whole project. Edufif is as an educational tool for immigration issues which provides information related to integration, communities and statistics. Geysier

Geysier develops and produces the quickest and most intuitive hand sanitizer on the market. We are making the use of hand sanitizer dispensers to a fun and positive user experience, which in short increases the hygiene levels wherever placed. The idea for the product came as the focus on hygiene drastically increased, without much innovation in the area, something had to be done.

Walking for Water

W4W is a danish NGO working for Clean Water and Sanitation for all. Our main area of operation is Africa. So far we've raised funds for about 50 water pumps for poor communities across five African countries. Communities in need apply on our website for clean water assistance. We review the requests and our local partners visit promising communities to evaluate needs and provide borehole installation quotes. We then fundraise, mainly from Danish companies and donors, to sponsor water projects matched to communities. Our partners handle borehole establishment and provide project updates and photos to sustain engaged support. This model allows donors to directly aid worthy recipients in achieving life-changing clean water access. Our organisation is completely run by volunteers: - The Board of Directors (Elected annually by members. Galiot is the Nordic region's leading company in expanding Helium's decentralized IoT-network. With over 500 hotspots (LoRaWAN gateways) in Europe, we are part of a global network consisting of over 300,000 hotspot worldwide. Galiot's business model is a profit sharing model, where we provide regular people a mining gateway for free to be placed in their homes (or even on their rooftops). Galiot takes care of processing the mining revenues to fiat currencies, pays taxes and transfer the earnings to our hosts on a quarterly basis.
