High-quality cargo bikes and high-tech solutions for urban mobility. Bogbi is a  Norwegian-Colombian startup that produces cargo bikes in Bogota for the national and international markets with a strong integrated social impact. Our bikes are handmade by Norwegian industrial designer Johannes Hegdahl and Colombian engineer David Duarte, as well as excellent welders and other local providers of components and engineering here in Bogota. In all moderation, we are being told that we have developed a world-class product. At Bogbi we want our bikes to contribute to Colombia's future in peace. Together with the Norwegian Refugee Council, and the Colombian company Mejor en Bici we are setting up a pilot -project to provide vocational training for young people involved in the conflict to become welders, entrepreneurs and eventually work with us to develop what we call: bike magic from Colombia. To increase our impact on society and the environment we have teamed up with the Norwegian organization International Development Norway and Innovation Norway. Together we will develop a digital platform for last-mile delivery service. This will enable companies to bring goods from business to business using cargo bikes and create employment for vulnerable groups, as well. We were accepted to apply for Innovation Norway's vision 2030 grants to develop a last-mile delivery service in Bogota and around the world. The grant is for three years to develop software and bikes to establish a b2b pilot here in Bogota with international We are located in Bogota with our own production facility and capacity to produce up to 40 bikes per month.

Pre Diagnostics is the first diagnostics company to focus on intracellular measurements of disease-specific biomarkers inside the blood cells. We extract disease-relevant information from biomarkers located inside specific blood cells called monocytes to provide actionable results for patients and practitioners.

Excitus is set up to develop, manufacture and sell medical suction products based on its revolutionary, patent-pending mobile suction platform. Products will span from professional hand-held tools for paramedics to consumer devices in a private home and stored together with the defibrillator at supermarkets, stadiums, etc. The platform enables a higher survival rate at cardiac arrests, yet at the same time, it provides a razor/razorblade business model unseen in this area.

Game-changing technology for structural integrity monitoring. The Ferrx FEMM (Ferrx ElectroMagnetic Method) has been developed and tested for 2 decades, first by SINTEF and since 2005 by Ferrx. The method has provided unique features for the condition monitoring of steel structures. Material deterioration can be directly measured and early warning of risk for fatigue can be established long before any crack is detectable. Furthermore, the same sensors can also measure changes in metal loss, and thus provide for non-intrusive monitoring of internal corrosion and erosion in pipes. During the last years, instrumentation technology has been industrialized and the first commercial systems have been delivered and installed. Different types of instrumentation systems are available both for onshore and offshore/subsea applications. The industrialization, marinization, and production of the instrumentation systems are being done in cooperation with the most specialized suppliers. Ferrx is an independent company located in Trondheim, Norway with the business idea to provide the FEMM technology for different onshore and offshore markets to monitor the actual condition of steel structures and thus prevent loss of assets and pollution of the environment. The FEMM is protected by 2 patents and all rights are vested in Ferrx. The system for riser inspection has been qualified by DNV-GL in accordance with DNV-RP-A203 Technology Qualification.

ICT is a Norwegian technology development company that holds patents designed to bring new opportunities to the cryogenic liquids storage and transportation sectors via unique containers. The design targets the market for both large- and small-scale cryogenic applications. ICT’s solution is modular and suited for onshore as well as maritime use. The development of hydrogen infrastructure is slow and holding back widespread adoption. Transportation of large volumes is one of the major challenges that IC Technologies is determined to solve. Although society aims at replacing fossil resources with sustainable, renewable alternatives, the production of many materials like plastics and rubbers are still very dependent on fossil fuels. To replace petrol-based rubbers in consumer products, we developed a process to transform birch bark, an abundant residue of the global forestry industry, into the novel biomaterial, Reselo Rubber. Based on a comprehensive material characterisation and encouraging feedback from customers we believe that Reselo Rubber has great potential to replace fossil-derived rubbers in applications like footwear, protective gear, playground flooring and toys.
