The short story: We're a Norwegian contech startup and we're prefabricating rebar cages with robotics. The long story: Rebartek was founded in 03/2018. In our first year, we have grown our team to 10 members with a wide range of backgrounds from different industries. We are developing a ground-breaking solution for the construction industry. Our robots manufacture steel reinforcement cages that are used in concrete structures. We are developing a highly automated service that starts at the design of the cages and ends with the delivery of the cages to the construction site. Today almost all rebar welding and tying is done manually by humans. This is dangerous, time-consuming and physically brutal work. We want to provide an optimized solution for manufacturing rebar, with an added bonus of tailored models and a streamlined administrative workflow.  Our philosophy is to take a lot of small steps quickly. We embrace failures and learn from them. We like being daring, trying new things and look for opportunities rather than focusing on limitations.  We're hiring! Rebartek needs daring, smart people. Cortopia was founded in 2016, and launched its first VR-game, Wands, in August 2016. Wands was one of the world’s first VR games with PC quality on a mobile VR platform, and received the “Best VR Game” award from International Mobile Gaming Awards Global at GDC in San Francisco. Sushiklub.dk was founded back in 2014, with the idea of making it easy for people to order sushi directly from home from local sushi restaurants.
