After working in the digital marketing industry for several years, we identified some problems with existing tools. Problems: 1. Tools available for search engine optimization are solely targeting specialists and professionals. 2. Tools available have too much data for a regular person to navigate through 3. You need several tools to cover the first part of the customer journey (Acquisition, Behaviour, Conversion). 4. There are approximately no tools in the market that processes web statistical data automatically, based on unique algorithms to identify user intention, valuable user segments, positive/negative trends in channel data, etc. Additionally, there are no tools in the market that merges SEO data, website statistics, and conversion data altogether, to produce a better holistic view and understanding, which constitutes the first part of our perspective on the customer journey (Acquisition, Behaviour, Conversion), in order to automate and analyze these data for the customer. By having this merged data and applying the latest technology as machine learning and artificial intelligence together with in-house developed algorithms, we could produce insight for our customers in a much better way, a lot faster. We are therefore making insight easier, which is our motto and goal.

CoreAll is developing game-changing core drilling technology for the E&P industry. The Intelligent Coring System includes real-time coring process control with true formation evaluation data and the ability to core and drill with the same bottom hole assembly. The system has been patented in multiple countries. The development of the main system has successfully been completed with support from Lundin Norway, Spirit Energy, DEA, The Research Council of Norway and Innovation Norway. The system has completed four successful field tests in test wells and is ready for commercial introduction. Nordic Gelato Factory is producing beatiful vegan gelato. It is all hand-made, sustainable, locally produced Italian style ice-cream. We have proven sales data from Finland and customer testimonials are overwhelmingly good. At the moment we are entering Danish market. We have been looking for right investor but we are still on process to finding the suitable. But in order to meet to requirement fo funding we need more skilful people onboard. Since we are not aiming to be only ice-cream shop in traditional context but a supplier for Gelato as a Service business model we need different knowledge onboard in order to execute the plan. This business model would need knowledge how to run a subscription model as well as handling the logistics. Lean production planning is crucial for effective production runs. Our marketing strategy wil be outsourced and we have the right company to do it. And extra pair of hands is needed for day-to-day marketing updates ! I am the company owner and founder. My best skill are in sales and marketing as well as creating customer experience. I can run the production as well. For the operational team we would need 2-4 persons with different talents supporting the journey of Nordic Gelato Factory. After getting Denmark up and running we are heading to LONDON!
