We're a Finnish technology startup developing a Rowing Performance (RowP) system which helps you become a better rower. On water as well as on the Ergo. The RowP System consists of and app and a pod that together can measure, analyze and provide real time feedback on your rowing, so that you can improve and fine tune your technique, which is especially important when rowing in a crew. Our SW automatically sniffs for rowing strokes and produces real time feedback.

There is among us all a very ambitious mentality, which is important for the success of the company. We work fast and efficiently, but we always remember to praise each other and keep an incredibly good atmosphere. Everyone is really valued at the company for what they contribute with. Therefore, there is a really good working environment at DIGURA. You can either meet and work together, or work from home. The most important thing is to keep the deadlines agreed on each week. There is not yet a deadline that was not reached. We hold a meeting once a week where everybody participates, so everybody knows what has been done in the last week, and what is on the program for the next week. Besides that, we always end the meetings with shoutouts and praise. Creating tools for crafters.The first product I have in mind is a hybrid of two existing products, one not sophisticated enough, the other too expensive. My product will outperform the cheap alternative, but still be affordable. Prototype: 3D printing or CNC milling. Production: recycled plastic injection moulds and a manufacturer to make the parts.That's all I can tell you for now :)
