Fjellfarer AS er vertskapet som driver Jakobsbakken Mountain Resort. Vi tilbyr opplevelser og aktivitet i den arktiske fjellheimen. Fra den nedlagte gruvebyen Jakobsbakken i Sulitjelma - 10 mil fra Bodø gjenskaper vi bygninger fra et nedlagt gruvesamfunn fra slutten av 1800-tallet. Vi ønsker å tilby lyden av stillhet, fred og ro til mennesker som ikke har dette til daglig. Vi ønsker velkommen til en annerledes tur i den arktiske fjellheimen. Natursnø fra november til mai og vi tilbyr skiløyper i verdensklasse rett utenfor de flotte leilighetene som kan leies på Jakobsbakken. Vi er stolte av å være vertskap for det norske herrelandslaget på ski. De besøkte oss i mai 2018. Vi skal tilby opplevelser for mennesker som ønsker seg ekte arktisk natur samt bo i leiligheter med høy standard.

Inspired by Swedish non-discrimination agencies, we have started an agency that aims to work against harassment and discrimination. We will sell counseling, legal advice, and courses to primarily the private market. This income will fund free legal advice to those harassed or discriminated against. At the moment our main challenge is funding, in order to be able to work sufficiently with this project. The company was founded in February, we have an office, and we have legal expertise.

Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.

Bransjeekspert Yngvar Andreassen hadde tilbake i 2017 en teori om at man ved å digitalisere gjestereisen på restaurant kunne øke omsetningen med 20 %, og redusere kostnadene tilsvarende. Dette var som musikk i ørene på Jørn Bertelsen som oppnådde denne type resultater i et pilotprosjekt på Lekter´n på Aker Brygge våren 2018 – og som har analysert tall i bransjen i over 20 år. Det er en etablert sannhet at det er irriterende for gjester å vente på å bestille, betale og påkalle oppmerksomheten til servitørene. Payrest er en løsning for dette. Det som ikke like kjent at mange restauranter sliter med et høyt kostnadsnivå, og noe av grunnen til dette er at personalet bruker opptil 30% av arbeidstiden sin på å betjene systemer. Vi løser dette gjennom Payrest ved at gjestene selv registrerer bestillingen og betalingen på sin egen mobiltelefon. Dette gir deg som restaurantdriver muligheten til å bruke mer tid på servering og service! Payrest skal levere fremtidens løsning for servicebransjen – og har fokus på å levere en bedre gjesteopplevelse. Sammen med innovasjonsselskapet Norsentio driver Yngvar og Jørn, Payrest Norge. Gjennom 2018 og 2019 ble det investert 10 millioner i løsningen, og brukerne er så langt godt fornøyde med det som er levert – men vi gir oss ikke med det. Selskapet backes også av Innovasjon Norge og Skattefunnordningen.

We are offering unique leather bags. Our concept is based on multifunctionality and individual design for costumers. From realise 31th of may 2018 until now, we have had a huge interest by costumers. The product allows the costumer to decide how their bag shold look like by changing the details and buy new accessories for the bag. The bag can also be used as a normal shoulder bag, or as a belt bag. The team consist of two sisters, who designed the product and started a online shop.
