Leapscribe is developing AI-based solutions to relieve healthcare professionals from their administrative burden, allowing them to focus more on patient care. Leapscribe was born out of a desire to improve the efficiency and occupational joy in healthcare. Our founders recognized the challenges clinicians face with time-consuming documentation, with clinicians spending up to 40% of their time on admin, and decided that something had to be done. By creating a system that transforms patient interactions into structured medical records, Leapscribe can cut admin time with up to 2 hours daily. We have already made a significant impact on our users, with customers reporting:  • Enhanced focus on patient interactions during consultations  • Increased documentation quality  • 1-2 hour time gain on administrative tasks, enabling more patients to receive care and lower stress levels However, this is just the beginning. VKSplan

VKSplan er et brugervenligt bookingsystem designet til effektiv håndtering af vikar- og medarbejderbooking. Systemet tilbyder en række funktioner, herunder mødetidskvitteringer, hvor både kunder og medarbejdere kan bekræfte arbejdstidens afholdelse, samt nem tidsregistrering, der kan aktiveres individuelt for hver medarbejder og kunde. Derudover sørger VKSplan for automatiske beskeder til kunder, når en medarbejder er tildelt en vagt, og muliggør underskrift ved afsluttet arbejdstid via appen. Systemet integrerer også med økonomisystemer som Dinero for fakturering og genererer let fakturabilag i PDF-format. Med godkendelsesprocedurer for vagter før fakturering eller lønudbetaling og nem overførsel af lønfiler til Danløn og Salary, sikrer VKSplan en strømlinet proces. Desuden gør systemet det enkelt at finde ledige medarbejdere til vagter og omvendt, hvilket gør det velegnet til både små og store virksomheder med behov for fleksibel medarbejderstyring. VKSplan tilbyder en effektiv løsning til denne udfordring. Deres tidsregistreringssystem er designet til at være brugervenligt og fleksibelt, hvilket gør det nemt for medarbejdere at registrere deres arbejdstid præcist. Systemet sikrer overholdelse af de nye lovkrav og giver arbejdsgivere et klart overblik over medarbejdernes arbejdstid, hvilket understøtter en effektiv planlægning og ressourcefordeling. Systemet indeholder også tidsregistrering hvor virksomheder nemt kan tilpasse tidsregistreringen til deres specifikke behov og sikre, at alle lovmæssige krav overholdes, samtidig med at de opretholder en effektiv drift. Alle nye kunder hos VKSplan vil opleve en god onboarding, hvor hele systemet bliver gennemgået og sat op til virksomhedens behov. Efter opstart og fremadrettet er der naturligvis gratis support som er indeholdt i prisen. VKSplan er startet af Klaus Andersen der står bag IT-virksomheden Stabit-IT med beliggenhed i Aarhus C. Idéen til bookingsystemet kom, da Klaus for mange år tilbage arbejde hos Teknologisk Institut. Her blev de første tanker og modeller til systemet grundlagt, og det er efterfølgende blevet videreudviklet til det som det er i dag. bclude is a digital leave platform for managing maternity, paternity, parental leave, and long-term sick leave to help People & Culture teams and organizations streamline their processes, reduce administrative burdens, and improve the employee experience during leave. Our solution automates complex tasks, ensuring automated reimbursement and offering seamless communication between employees and employers. The problem we're solving is the time-consuming and manual management of parental leave, sick leave, and related processes. People & Culture and payroll departments are often overwhelmed with manual work, complex regulations, and fragmented systems. This affects both employees, who struggle with confusion around their entitlements, and People & Culture and payroll professionals, who spend significant time on repetitive administrative tasks. By addressing this, we aim to free up valuable time, reduce errors and costs in reimbursement, and improve employee satisfaction and belonging. bclude simplifies the leave management process by automating leave planning, automated reimbursement, and communication between employees and the organization, including management. Our platform provides clear guidance to both employees, managers, People & Culture, and payroll, ensuring that all leave-related activities are completed on time and accurately. With bclude, employees can easily register their leave, track their entitlements, and receive timely notifications. People & Culture teams can manage all leave processes from a single platform, ensuring consistency and an inclusive process. We started bclude because we saw firsthand the frustrations employees and People & Culture and payroll teams face when it comes to managing leave. As parents ourselves, we experienced the complexity of parental leave and how it could affect work-life balance. At the same time, we noticed how much time People & Culture and payroll teams were spending on manual processes, which could be better spent on more strategic work. Our motivation was to create a solution that makes this process smoother for everyone involved, freeing up time for People & Culture and payroll teams and ensuring employees have a clear, positive, and inclusive experience during their leave.

MagnuTron ApS

MagnuTron is technically a system integrator that, over the past 10 years, has been building for both businesses and private clients, always focusing on tailored solutions. In 2017, we launched a webshop that allowed users to easily and intuitively configure their own computers based on their needs, without the fear of making the wrong choice. Unfortunately, this webshop had significant limitations in terms of scalability. The goal now is to create a new webshop from scratch, based on the same concept but with an expanded approach.
