One modus operandi is where Ikea gives advice on the fundamental kitchen composition and Reform then offers the specific products. When you decide you want a customized Reform kitchen or Reform cabinet doors, you send your desired design to Reform - and in less than a month it will be delivered. The philosophy of Reform is to create a fun and exciting atmosphere for every employee. We want motivated people who want their job to be a big part of their life; you spend so much of your lifetime working, so we do what we can to create the best possible framework. Our company structure is flat with a lot of freedom for employees to create their own terms and workflow. We actually call ourselves a family and have both regular and Christmas lunches and enjoy going out for a beer. We often go outside of the office for our lunches as well as for other activities, such as going for Swedish meatballs at Ikea, playing a basketball match or do business meetings on weekend trips abroad.

Our company has been founded on the accelerating wave of people consuming plant-based foods and beverages. Many of these people - our target audience - have taken highly conscious decisions to decrease their consumption of animal-based foods of beverages for a variety of reasons such as health, environment, ethics and economy. However, a significant proportion of these people are facing a serious dilemma as it turns out a lot of packaged plant-based foods - and especially pre-made beverages (plant-milks) - are ultra-processed (for the sake of shelf life and taste) and filled with various additives and sugar. Hence Pacific North is developing a buoyancy aid for watersports, that is based on the use-case of watersports and made to comply with the needs of the user. This makes it possible to wear safety equipment, without even thinking about it during the sport. The buoyancy aid is made for a list of watersports, including rowing, SUP, and Surfing (including kite- and windsurfing). Pacific North's mission is to support the athlete during their watersport, giving them more freedom to focus on improving skills, exploring new places, and maximizing the joy of their watersport.
