Kartoffeldansk

Kartoffeldansk offers Danish classes to expats. The format is small groups of max 6 students and one-on-one, offering intimate, on-point, full immersion classes. Classes are online, in-person and hybrid and we also come to offices and teach. We help businesses retain their highly valued expats in Denmark by teaching them the Danish language as well as about Danish culture and norms. We also offer lessons to private persons who pay themselves.

Beyond Coffee producerer økologiske svampe på organisk materiale, som er blevet til overs i andre virksomheder. Eksempelvis østershatte i økologisk kaffegrums og pindsvinepigsvamp i flis fra et savværk. Vi bygger og faciliterer også MiniFarm som vi leaser til store virksomheder og kantiner, sådan at medarbejdere og kantiner kan høste deres egne svampe.

Ampa Medical

Ampa Medical is a health-tech start-up, dedicated to radically improve the quality of life for people living with an ileostomy (stoma from small intestine). Today a stoma bag is the only available solution for people with ileostomy. But living with a bag of stool attached to your stomach 24/7 comes with a lot of clinical complications and social stigma, decreasing quality of life for the many people living with an ileostomy. Ampa Medical is determined to change this.

Maildock

We help exporters, importers, and freight forwarders to transform their inbox into a powerful supply chain management tool that has real-time tracking, documentation storage, shipment progress, and team collaboration. We are looking to improve communication and reduce the friction in international trade.

CargoGator - The urban bike trailer

The CargoGator is a bike trailer developed for moving cargo and parcels in the city. It is made from light-weight materials, can be mounted to almost any bike or e-bike, and with separate break-system, it is easy to handle for even non-experienced riders. With an ever growing number of last-mile and on-demand services in the cities, more and more pressure on the road networks, and a need to reduce our carbon-emission, we need to think of t.ex. bike deliveries as a part of the solution to solve transportion demands in the cities. Instead of everyone developing their own cargobikes, which can be expensive and only serves one purpose, as cargobikes, we will offer the CargoGator to bike-sharing programmes across Europe. For free. We have developed the CargoGator so it can be adapted to almost any e-bike, and the cover of the trailer, is made of strong PVC material that can be printed with any ads or commercials, which we will be selling to third parties, who wish to have their messages exposed in a new eco-friendly way on a whole new outdoor platform. Exposure of the ads will both be visible when riders are moving through the city, but as most pick-up stations of bike-sharing programmes are where people need them, the ads will also be exposed even when not rented out. Users of a shared bike/trailer solution will be both private persons living and moving in the city, and who occasionally will have a need of getting personal effects, large buys or other transported, but also professional riders, who are working for the growing number of on-demand services, couriers, supermarked delivery services a number of times a week. Instead of the riders themselves or their employers need to invest and allocate expensive cargobikes or other equipment, it will simply be possible to pick up a bike and trailer in the nearest bike-station, which is already financed through commercials. This is our core business model. There is ofcourse a market also for sellling the CargoGator to companies with their own fleet of bike-trailers or cargobikes, public institutions or other potential clients, who have a need or wish for a flexible and eco-friendly transport solution.

Future Concerns HB

There are many people who are moving to Sweden for a better future. Most of them are on the Information Technology side, Like Software developers, App developers, etc. We have seen a very common problem when they get here they have to face their residence and work permit issues, then they always have concerns about their future as Migrationsverket changes laws very frequently. We already made software with our Partner Company SWEDEN 4 ALL AB. Where we provide solutions to companies and employees from day one until they get a permanent settlement in Sweden and become Swedish citizens. Uncertainty and lack of knowledge ruined the career of many talented developers who ends up in the USA. We will take care of every employee and keep them updated about the changes. Similarly, we will update the companies so they don't lose their talented employees. This is one window solution that is 80% completed.

TMA Nordic

With The TMA Method implemented in the organisation, management and HR has a hands on method and toolset that drives and secures the talent development process. TMA Nordic is the publisher of The TMA Method for the Nordic region. The TMA Method is a talent management method that comes with a SaaS platform. Unlike other assessment tools, TMA maps out an individual's talents and connects those to the context of the individual's current occupation (for example a job position) through a competency profile. By aligning the organisation's expectation through a competency profile with the individual's talents, TMA lays the foundation for continuous talent development. TMA is used by companies in all kind of sizes, educational institutes and governmental organisations. Clients purchase an annual license and pay per user. TMA Nordic implements the TMA Method with certified partners (for example consultancy houses). For these companies a partnership- and business model is available. Sparkli Oy

Sparkli wants to make multi-point EV charging solutions easily accessible to all. We import, market, sell and install world's smartest multi-point EV charging station systems made by Norwegian Zaptec AS. Zaptec's smart cloud-based solution enables state-of-the-art EV charging solutions to older electric systems that have very limited capacity available for charging EVs. Zaptec's system is designed so that it is easier and more cost effective to install than other legacy systems and it is easily scalable as all system functionalities are done in the cloud and charging stations communicate wirelessly. Zaptec has some 50 % market share in Norway and they are growing rapidly around Europe. EV charging station market in Finland will reach over EUR 1bn during the next 10 years and our aim is to reach significant market share of this during the coming years.

Peppelini

Peppelini Studios is a newly started children's clothing company that aims to produce high-quality apparel in the most ethically and environmentally friendly way possible. We want our brand to be synonyms with timeless design. We want to set a new standard when it comes to sustainability, quality, and the way parents consume children’s clothing. We are looking for people who feel as strongly as we do about changing the status quo. We know from our research that more parents want their children to own long-lasting, high-quality clothes with a cool and fun design. 
 Our first collection will consist of 3600 pieces and will be ready in February. Even though our first collection is relatively small, our goal is to establish Peppelini as the best slow fashion brand out there within a few years. 
 How we aim to become more sustainable: Peppelini aims never to have sales. We will produce clothes in our tempo and make sure we have zero waste. We also want to buy back all the clothes from our customers. When designing our clothes, we have in mind that at least four children should be able to wear the clothes before we need to recycle them. 
 Each organization and company involved in every step of the production process must live up to our expectations. Meaning they too must be totally transparent and carefully investigate their supply chains. The goal naturally is to get more companies and more people involved and take action. The fashion industry has to change, and it has to change now.  
 We are looking for people who feel as strongly as we do about changing the status quo. We believe there is a market for high-quality, sustainably made children's clothing. More parents like us must want their children to own clothes made to last, with a cool and fun design.  
 After a long intensive search for the right factory, we finally found a manufacturer we know is doing its best to produce clothes using fewer chemicals, use renewable energy, think circularly, and eliminate waste the best it can. 
 Our first step was to define sustainability for the company and our workers. What vision and goals are we working towards? Becoming more circular is one goal. To have every single worker live a better life (in every part of the production).  
 Moving away from cotton was a no-brainer. Most companies buy their cotton from factories without really knowing the development process, where it comes from, the conditions of the farmers, and its TRUE environmental effect on the planet. There is no fundamental understanding of the social and environmental impact. An accurate and transparent investigation must take place. Otherwise, the risk of falling victim to greenwashing is high.  Almost all companies are talking about sustainability. Unfortunately, most of it is greenwashing; companies are doing the bare minimum to receive certifications. If an Oeke or GOTS cotton certification is handed to a product, what does that mean? Is that certification enough for us customers to justify the product as sustainable? What does sustainable even mean? Don't we have to take the company behind the product into consideration? After consulting with many sustainability experts, we chose to go with Lyocell. Not only is Lyocell the most sustainable material out there, but it's also durable and incredibly soft and comfortable. A big part of the design is durability. No more wear and tear; throw the clothes out after only one child gets to wear the item. Peppelini garments are made with love, and we demand our customers to treat them with the respect they deserve. 
 Our daughter Pepp's favorite clothes are Lyocell clothes made in Utenos! We know the quality is super high. After many, many washes, those clothes are still as good as new.  We also wanted to find the most environmentally friendly transportation method and boxes to ship the clothes in. 

Talents Unlimited

At Talents Unlimited we help organizations with attracting, selecting, onboarding, developing and managing their employees based on the TT38 Talent Test. Our primary purpose is to promote a strength-based approach through the TT38 Tool and we are developing a platform to support a growing number of customers, in Denmark as well as other parts of the world. We are growing fast in both employees, customers and partners and we are always on the lookout for more talented people to join the team.

WATCHMYDC ANALYTICS OY

WatchMyDC is an event-driven cloud-native ICT automation SaaS platform for full-stack IT. WatchMyDC automates all predictive and repetitive ICT operations around an enterprise. As identified, 30% ~ 60% ICT operational tasks are event driven, predictive and severely repetitive. Yet, enterprises suffer to maintain ICT service level due to longer response time. ITOps team outgrows while enterprises seek growth. WatchMyDC services could be leveraged towards enterprises hyperautomation strategy; while any business tools (BPM, iBPM, RPA, etc) could be integrated with the platform to automate BU (business unit) to BU dependent tasks.
