Mental health, despite being just as fundamental to how we live, work and thrive, is still largely approached reactively. Clinical care is essential, but for most people there is little support between treating illness and generic wellbeing content.
 We see an opportunity to help change that.
 Advances in wearable technology, behavioural science and AI are making it possible to personalise mental health support in ways that simply weren't practical a few years ago. Technology has become remarkably good at measuring us. Wearables can tell us how we slept, how we recovered and how our bodies responded to stress - but measurements alone rarely lead to better mental health.
 Most people already know that sleep, movement, relationships, recovery and stress all matter. The challenge isn't awareness, it's understanding how these factors interact for each individual and turning that understanding into sustainable action.
 Our ambition is to build a system that turns research and personal data into practical, personalised guidance. Rather than giving everyone the same meditation, journal prompt or breathing exercise, we're building an experience that learns about the individual over time and helps people understand what supports their mental wellbeing, then guides them towards small, meaningful actions that strengthen it over time. Just as no good coach would give every athlete the same training plan, we don't believe everyone should receive the same advice.

 I founded Ibex after spending years working with people, leadership and organisational development and repeatedly seeing the same pattern: people often recognised the signals only once they had become difficult to ignore. 

At the same time, I saw incredible research, talented clinicians and coaches, and rapidly advancing technology, but very little that brought these worlds together in a practical way for everyday life.
 That question; what if we approached mental fitness more like physical fitness? - became the starting point for Ibex.
 Since then, we've developed an early prototype, completed our first pilot, and are continuing to learn where the product creates value, where it needs to improve, and what we need to build next. We're still early in the journey, but we believe mental fitness deserves the same evolution that physical fitness has already undergone, and we're excited to help shape what comes next.

We gather data from streaming platforms, social media, radio stations and music consumption to deliver real-time trends predictions so that labels, publishers, marketing, promotion and other music industry professionals can take their operations to the next level.

High-quality cargo bikes and high-tech solutions for urban mobility. Bogbi is a  Norwegian-Colombian startup that produces cargo bikes in Bogota for the national and international markets with a strong integrated social impact. Our bikes are handmade by Norwegian industrial designer Johannes Hegdahl and Colombian engineer David Duarte, as well as excellent welders and other local providers of components and engineering here in Bogota. In all moderation, we are being told that we have developed a world-class product. At Bogbi we want our bikes to contribute to Colombia's future in peace. Together with the Norwegian Refugee Council, and the Colombian company Mejor en Bici we are setting up a pilot -project to provide vocational training for young people involved in the conflict to become welders, entrepreneurs and eventually work with us to develop what we call: bike magic from Colombia. To increase our impact on society and the environment we have teamed up with the Norwegian organization International Development Norway and Innovation Norway. Together we will develop a digital platform for last-mile delivery service. This will enable companies to bring goods from business to business using cargo bikes and create employment for vulnerable groups, as well. We were accepted to apply for Innovation Norway's vision 2030 grants to develop a last-mile delivery service in Bogota and around the world. The grant is for three years to develop software and bikes to establish a b2b pilot here in Bogota with international We are located in Bogota with our own production facility and capacity to produce up to 40 bikes per month.

Babele is a tech and consulting company for sustainability-driven innovation and ventures. On the tech side, we have developed a virtual acceleration platform for impact ventures. Our clients are accelerators, corporations that run acceleration programs or universities with entrepreneurship classes. We are market leaders in our field and are currently scaling. We are a small team of people believing that our current way of living is broken and that we need another approach in the way we work. We need to be more holistic, include sustainability in our everyday life, be more inclusive and collaborative.
