Mellow Chocolate produce high-end single-origin chocolate following the bean-to-bar principles. All processing of cacao beans into chocolate is done by hand by us. We source raw cacao beans from small local farmers from across the world and craft them into chocolate bars at our workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark.
