Gefjon Pharma ApS

Gefjon Pharma ApS has developed a groundbreaking platform technology based on our unique hyper vesiculating outer membrane vesicle (OMV) technology. This combined with our unique extraction method enable high-yield cost-effective production of bio-industrials and therapeutics. Our first product is a revolutionary broad-protective bacterial E. coli vaccine targeting poultry production. We have PoC for both the vaccine and an aerosol application method. With E. coli being the single most important cause of mortality and infections in poultry, we will significantly reduce global consumption of antimicrobials, thereby minimizing the development of antimicrobial resistance (AMR), improve animal welfare, and reduce CO2 emissions and food waste, while increasing customer profits. With our excellent customer relations and a strong demand for new vaccines, market entry barriers are low, and the potential is massive. Vision: Saving lives through our platform technology, making cost-effective therapeutics available for everyone & everywhere

This eliminates dead zones, maximizes energy return, and significantly reduces vibration to lower the risk of injury. FutureFiber™: Our proprietary thermoplastic carbon fiber allows for a fully circular model. Unlike toxic epoxy-based rackets, our materials are 100% recyclable and enable zero-waste manufacturing. We have already secured a launch partnership with Denmark's biggest retailer and have an organic waitlist of over 700 players. Rejoose

At Rejoose, we believe traditional business transactions lack transparency when it comes to their environmental impact. In essence, they leave a hidden cost – carbon emissions – unaccounted for. Paint'R

In the European Union alone, more than 1.5 million paint buckets are discarded daily, constituting a disposal of 340 tons of single-use plastic that is incinerated each day. Starting from early 2023 (2025 in Denmark and Slovenia), manufacturers are obligated to cover the disposal costs of their packaging based on sustainability criteria. In Denmark, this translates to an estimated 15% fee on paint buckets. Furthermore, the conventional round shape of packaging has proven suboptimal for logistics and transportation. Beyond its environmental impact, the traditional paint bucket poses challenges for professional painters. These challenges encompass ergonomic issues during handling, such as the strain of lifting two buckets simultaneously, which exceeds recommended weight limits according to the Working Environment Authority. Painters also find themselves in awkward positions when pouring paint into a roller bucket for wall application. The demanding physical nature of the painting profession in Denmark results in accelerated fatigue and early retirement for painters. Additionally, issues like lid leakage due to dried paint and the use of fragile, porous plastic contribute to unexpected spills, particularly during abrupt vehicle stops. Our innovative solution involves a cardboard box housing two patent-pending plastic bags, each containing 5 liters of paint. This packaging not only enhances the workflow for professional painters but also reduces costs and lowers carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) emissions by approximately 65% per unit. The box's design facilitates easy and ergonomic transportation, allowing for a 45% increase in units per pallet. The box is opened, and one of the bags is inserted into a standard roller bucket used by painters. The bag effortlessly opens and seamlessly fits into the roller bucket, wrapping around the edges, and enabling the painter to begin work promptly. This functionality is made possible through an innovative patented design and specific plastic welding techniques.

Kople

We are here to help those who help others! Kople is a social impact CRM made for NGOs working with matching of vulnerable groups.. We are working with some of the largest actors in the field in Denmark and also has clients in Sweden, Germany and The Netherlands. Cases fx include matching of volunteers and: - Elderly people needing company - Immigrants and refugees looking to settle into a new country - Chronically ill people - Children from disadvantages backgrounds - People recently released from jail - Young mothers from disadvantaged backgrounds Kople is a spin-out from the company Elderlearn that matches immigrants learning Danish with elderly people at risk of loneliness. From its start in 2017 Elderlearn struggled to find a relevant IT-system for the administration of these matches and ended up developing an IT-system in-house. This worked well but was expensive to maintain. NGOs started asking if they could buy access to Elderlearns system. This inspired us to get funding from The Danish Innovation Fund (5 million DKK in 2021) to build a Software as a Service tool for NGOs working with matching. This is how Kople was born – taking the learnings from Elderlearn and all its other clients to create a SaaS product for NGOs working with matching.
