Swush.com makes sport fun by engaging users in real-time fantasy manager games.Our business is online engagement and our platforms are Holdet.dk and Lynholdet.dk. We do everything from developing, support and marketing in-house and we are located in a bright and open office space in Vesterbro, Copenhagen.Our vision is to make sport fun, and we are always keen to hear from talented people who can help us grow and make sport even more fun.

GRØD

GRØD is a café and restaurant concept that opened in Nørrebro, Copenhagen in 2011, with a nerdy focus on everything related to "grød", including porridge, smoothie bowls, daal, congee, risotto and bowls. Most countries have a unique "porridge"-culture that explores different ingredients, grains and spices. And when it's made right, it tastes absolutely fantastic – and it’s naturally healthy and sustainable. We also highly value community among our colleagues and our guests, and love working with people who understand that their energy has a big impact on their surroundings. GRØD has restaurants in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Oslo, as well as a series of retail products available in the most major supermarket brands.

LikeMinded

We are a Copenhagen-based startup with a vision to be a growth enabler for independent retail stores. Independent retail stores make a huge difference in their local communities but face many challenges today. Our mission is to be the preferred platform for retailers to share exclusive offers on exciting products with their customers, creating and administering events, and communicating digitally with their customers - all helping these stores thrive like never before. Introduction to Ning (CEO): Ning is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a strong track record, having worked in the roles of business owner and managing director across various settings from startups to large blue-chip companies, e.g. Novozymes and Coloplast. As a second-time startup co-founder, Ning brings valuable experience in scaling businesses, expanding internationally, and managing corporate mergers and acquisitions. Ning obtained his education in both Asia and the Nordics, and he enjoys spending time with his family on various sports and board games in spare time. Introduction to Christopher (CCO): Prior to co-founding LikeMinded, Christopher spent more than two years working in investment banking at Citi in London, where he worked with Private Equity, Growth Equity and Venture Capital clients, and got extensive exposure to M&A transactions totalling more than €5bn across various sectors. Prior to this he worked as a VC analyst for the largest Danish VC fund, and was part of the sales team at Saxo Bank. Christopher has a BSc in International Business from CBS, and also studied at Columbia Business School. Currently he is taking a pilot license, and enjoys surfing, playing and watching football, and likes to travel with his girlfriend. Introduction to Lars (CTO): Lars is a 2nd time founder with over 15 years of experience as CTO, and successfully exited from his previous venture. He has a very strong track record as a hands-on full-stack developer, with has a proven ability to build excellent teams.

Lapee

Lapee, the female urinal. “Lapee gives women and people who need to pee squatting a quick, safe and hygienic way out.” Urinals for men have been around for a long time, but women and people who need to pee squatting have been long overlooked. For them the need to relieve themselves in public, at events or at festivals always comes with great difficulty. The lines for closed toilet cabins are always long and only two other options present themselves: going without peeing or finding an improvised and unsafe place to pee. Both are highly problematic and degrading. Lapee is a simple solution to a long standing example of gender inequality; Lapee gives women and people who need to pee squatting a quick, safe and hygienic way out. Behind this idea of developing peeing equality are Gina (FR) and Alexander (DK), two architects who graduated from the Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen in Spring, 2017. They were working as architects for the famous Roskilde Festival when they thought and developed Lapee. Today, Lapee is available for rent in 20 countries through 30 partners. Join the movement!

We build everything in-house and believe that a state of the art product combined with worldclass service is the only war forward. We are a healthy and streamlined business that enjoys moving fast. Monotree consists only of highly skilled people, who get a maximum amount of freedom to contribute to the company in the way they see fit. We are a part of the new breed of tech companies where profitability matters - we are here tomorrow - and the day efter that. We play the long game. Monotree currently employs 12 people and we are actively hiring for more positions, with at least 3-4 people joining 2026. HQ is in Copenhagen, but some work remote.
