KROM Kendama

KROM Kendama was born to fulfill the vision of producing the highest quality of kendamas in the world while keeping it funky and relatable, striving to make kendama the biggest secondary sport in the world. Since the beginning of the company, we’ve worked on spreading kendama on a global scale. The rise and growth of the kendama community has allowed KROM to spread, and the team to travel the entire world. In 2010 KROM was founded by 2014 freestyle kendama world champion Thorkild May in hopes of igniting the kendama love wherever possible. Since then we’ve worked hard to develop the kendama culture worldwide from the KROM HQ & Shop in Copenhagen. From the KROM Shop, we host a weekly kendama club and work to support similar initiatives like kendama clubs in Colorado and Latvia. We also sponsor a large number of events every year with prizes and pro players and host events ourselves, like the 2019 European Kendama Championships. As kendama was developing across the world, KROM naturally grew with it and the ideas of creating our own kendamas and becoming more involved in the community couldn’t be kept down. In the latter half of 2012 KROM Kendama went from mainly being a crew of homies playing and distributing kendamas to starting the learning process of creating the best possible kendamas out there. Leading up DAMAFEST 2013, the North American kendama championships, KROM started to pick up steam with the recognition of the clean dama designs and crazy tricks. Thorkild May and teammate Mathias Rasmussen ended up winning the American Freestyle Championships, laying down what has become a staple of the KROM image: the signature Danish flow and the recognizably funky kendamas. Since then KROM has developed and grown even further, we’re constantly striving to represent the kendama community in the best way possible, and of course to provide the best possible products to all the supporters in across the globe. With every new kendama, we’re determined to improve both the playability and the design. For these purposes and more, we’ve gathered the most winning team in the world, composed of internationally acclaimed players with several World and European championship titles, as well as a lot of homies to help us reach our goals. We’re grateful to be able to take kendama to new heights through our work and we look forward to seeing where kendama takes us next. We’ll keep working to bring the joy of kendama to new people every single day. Kendama is unique in its ability to improve your cognitive functions and your hand-eye coordination while connecting people everywhere, even across language barriers, making us able to communicate all over the world. Kendama provides something real and tangible in a time where things are becoming more abstract than ever before. We love the toy that lets us step away from an increasingly digital world, allowing us to refresh and reconnect with the people around us. We hope that you can feel our passion and affection through the products we create. All the best, The KROM fam

Knowledge Gate Group

An AI-powered platform to identify and connect organizations to life science opinion leaders. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Oslo, Getia identifies market opportunities, assembles teams, and actively develops products to capture significant market share across multiple verticals. The studio has launched 18+ products spanning privacy and compliance (GetCookies), email marketing (GetMailer), server-side tracking (GetCAPI), AI-powered customer support (GetAnswers), property management (Bellkeep), content distribution (GetFeeder), and more. All products are built on modern tech stacks with EU-hosted infrastructure, making them a natural fit for privacy-conscious European businesses. Getia is looking for investors who bring strategic value beyond capital — partners with deep domain expertise and distribution networks in the Nordics and across Europe.

Fronted AS

Fronted helps companies recruit, employ, and pay global talent — fast, compliant, and without the usual hassle. Hiring internationally should open doors, not slow companies down. Yet most organisations face the same challenges when they expand across borders: roles stay open for months, local salary structures become unsustainable, compliance feels risky and unclear, and teams are assembled through a maze of vendors, tools, and handoffs. Recruiters focus on candidates. Employer-of-Record providers focus on compliance. Payroll vendors handle payments. Consultants offer advice. Each piece exists in isolation — and no one owns the full system. That’s because global hiring isn’t just a legal problem or a payroll problem. It’s a systems problem. Fronted was built to solve that. Fronted is the Global Talent OS — a single system companies use to build, employ, and run global teams. We bring together everything required to scale internationally into one clear, connected platform, backed by one partner. Our approach combines: Precision recruitment: We help companies hire the right people in the right markets, with a focus on long-term performance rather than short-term placement. Nordic-grade compliant workforce management: Employment structures designed to meet local regulations, reduce risk, and stay reliable as companies grow across borders. Payroll and benefits: Accurate, compliant payroll and locally appropriate benefits, handled in one system and aligned with each country’s requirements. Ongoing team stability: Support that goes beyond hiring to help teams stay engaged, productive, and sustainable over time. All of this is built with a Nordic mindset: clarity over complexity, trust over control, and responsible scaling over quick fixes. Fronted enables companies to move beyond borders without losing speed, control, or confidence — turning global hiring from a fragmented process into a system that simply works.

BioPilot

Only 7.9% of new medicin is approved for phase 1 clinical programs - life saving cures are being scrapped because of poor reproducibility. Today, researchers designing complex in vitro and in vivo experiments jump between many tools that do not talk to each other. Protocols are written in free text, naming is inconsistent, raw data is scattered across drives, and inventory and cell banks are tracked separately. This makes it hard to reproduce experiments, compare results across projects, trace which cell material went into which batch, and satisfy regulatory expectations. Small and mid-sized labs often cannot afford enterprise platforms like Benchling or Dotmatics, so they manually glue everything together and rarely get to use advanced analytics or AI. BioPilot solves this by standardising the full early-to-in-vivo CTR pipeline in one product. Users can register and template in vitro experiments (differentiation, expansion, cryopreservation, device testing, etc.) and in vivo studies (animals, groups, dosing, housing, ethics documents) using fixed ontologies. This gives every experiment a structured schema and a precise schedule of readouts, barcodes and data types to collect. Raw data (FACS, scRNA-seq, imaging, counters, bioreactor logs, etc.) is then automatically linked back to the right experiment, condition and sample. On top of this, BioPilot offers: • Inventory and cell bank tracking that makes it trivial to trace which vial, edit or expansion batch was used where. • Live bioreactor monitoring with alarms (email / phone) to prevent losing expensive batches. • A growing library of free analytical tools, including automated FACS gating, scRNA-seq pipelines and image analysis that can feed results straight back into the experiment records. • A global ontology service for vendors, instruments, cell lines, species and process terms, with a roadmap for a public API. Because everything is structured and queryable, BioPilot makes it much easier to compare experiments, run Bayesian optimisation on process parameters, and let AI suggest next-step experiments. The pricing is kept aggressively low (free tier plus a simple paid tier based on storage), so smaller biotech and academic groups can access capabilities that are normally reserved for organisations with large software budgets. In short, BioPilot aims to become the operating system for cell therapy R&D: a single, affordable platform where experiments are planned, executed, monitored and analysed in a way that is standardised enough for automation and flexible enough for real-world biology.

Venture Insights

Denmark records what most countries can only estimate. Every company files its ownership, its capital changes, its management and its accounts in the public registers, continuously and by law. The registers are records, not answers. More than 825,000 companies own one another, up to nineteen levels deep. One business appears as many legal entities, and its investors sit several tiers above it. Venture Insights builds and operates Bifrost, the model that resolves that network into one structure: every firm, founder, investor and transaction, dated to the legal transaction date and traceable to the filing it came from. Focused deliberately on Denmark, it identifies roughly ten times as many priced investment deals as the leading international platforms. Institutions use it where the numbers have to hold, among them the Danish Business Authority, the Confederation of Danish Industry, EIFO and Copenhagen Fintech. Filed, not announced. Population, not sample. Exact, not estimated. ventureinsights.dk
