Mal Bildet Mitt arbeider sammen med kunstnere som enda ikke har skapt seg et stort nok navn til å selge direkte på egne veine, men som viser talent. I de fleste tilfellene er det yngre kunstnere. Vår største rekrutteringskanal er studenter ved og nyutdannede fra institutt for bildende kunst (e.g. "fine art") ved ulike universitet rundt omkring i verden. Vi annonserer på campus, besøker studentenes kunstutstillinger, får anbefalt de mest lovende studentene fra professorer og andre lærere osv. For å kunne holde prisene nede er rekrutteringen fokusert på lavkostland. We make online graphical product configurators fully integrated with the manufactures ERP-systems, for use in both for the professional and the consumer market. Today we have customers in Norway, Sweden and in the UK, - and we have plans to soon grow beyond these business areas.

Together with four Norwegian hospitals, we have developed the next generation hospital bed. A bed that prevents pressure ulcers, fall and reduce nurse load by removing heavy lifting and monitors the patients state, non intrusive. Have recieved contracts in Toronto that accelerates development, and secures uptake and sales if the clinical trial goes as planned.

In the autumn of 2016 was CSI Marine Cleaning AS [CSI] established and included in Validé's incubation program with our idea for a ship hull cleaner and cleaning of other structures submerges in the sea. CSI's idea and goal with this unit are to collect 100% of all bio-marine fouling that comes off of the surface while cleaning. The collected fouling will then be rendered harmless by killing all bio-marine life that is collected before returning it back to the sea. As of date, there is no ship hull cleaner that can document 100% collection of the fouling. Competitive ship hull cleaners vary in the collection of the bio-marine fouling from 25μm and upwards. The need for collection is as low as 2μm according to a study.CSI has secured letters of intent with Yanmar Co. LTD., Østerbø Maskin AS, and Optimarin AS with regard to the development of the collection system and ship hull cleaning unit. CSI has also in the letter of intent with Optimarin AS secured exclusive rights for use of their technology in our line of business. Furthermore, CSI has secured letters of intent with Teekay Shipping Norge AS and Transpetrol Tm AS stating their interest in the finalized product. They may intend to use the cleaning service if the product function as described and the service has competitive pricing.  Information about the development project: The technology for the collection system needs to be developed as a prototype. When it's developed the prototype will be fitted to Yanmar's net cleaner that will be modified for solid surfaces and connected to Optimarin's technology for filter and UV treatment. The cleaning speed is about 1500m2 per hour and is using water pressure in three rotating disks for cleaning the surfaces. iCsys AS will be engaged with implementing sensors and creating unique 3D-mapping software. iCsys will also implement autonomic features for the unit. Regarding research and documentation, we will involve Christian Michelsen Research AS that will document the effectiveness of the finalized unit. Østerbø Maskin will assist with CAD, engineering, and manufacturing of the unit.CSI intends to apply for Innovation Norway's Environmental technology program to start the development of this unit, thus searching for companies or investors willing to finance this project.

It has come to a point where the sales keep increasing, and I have too much to organize all by myself. I have a bachelor's degree in fashion design and modelling. For upcoming future plans, I have a sew- and design book Coming up; in collaboration With the Norwegian book-publishing firm Aschehoug, we Are making a book about my concept, sewing patterns, inspiration and fashion.
