We believe that the current system is quite chaotic. There is no platform that makes it easy to communicate local knowledge about the outdoors, so we decided to build that ecosystem.

Alight

At Alight, we’re on a mission to kick carbon off the grid by helping energy-intensive businesses switch to solar. We develop, own and operate onsite and offsite solar projects across Europe and sell the clean energy to businesses at a low, fixed cost backed by a power purchase agreement (PPA), always independent of government funding or subsidies. By 2030, we aim to have an installed capacity of at least 5 GW, paving the way for a more sustainable future.

🌍 ABOUT RODINIA GENERATION The majority of the world’s clothing is made on the other side of the planet from where it is consumed. Currently the global fashion industry accounts for 45 billion unsold products each year due to overproduction and consumer demands shifting faster than new clothes can be made. Rodinia Generation is the inventor and owner of a game changing automation-factory technology that enables clothing brands and apparel manufacturers to create onshore, on-demand sustainable fashion. The company is award-winning for its capability of producing 80% of all clothing categories without water or toxic chemicals at an avg. 40% reduced carbon footprint. The company is working towards a global network of automation-factories that handles production orders onshore and in 48 hours.  Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Rodinia Generation runs its operations in newly renovated premises that also houses an automation-factory lab where production for selected fashion brands happens on a daily basis. Nordic Bio-Graphite

Nordic Bio-Graphite aims to transform industries toward a net-zero future by supplying CO2 negative graphite. Graphite is the largest component in EV batteries and a critical material for green steel production. However, traditional production methods emit up to 20 kg of CO2 per kg of graphite and consumes significant energy. Leveraging two patent-pending innovations developed by leading materials scientists at KTH Sweden, we have developed the first solution to produce fossil-free graphite from bio-based materials at scale. This unique process enables us to produce green graphite at a cost close to fossil based graphite, while significantly reducing emissions and boosting energy efficiency. Within four years, NBG aims to prevent over 150,000 tonss of CO2 emissions annually.

Silvi is a Copenhagen-based AI company that supports scientific research by speeding up literature reviewing and evidence synthesis. To quickly synthesize the growing body of scientific literature, without compromising transparency, Silvi combines the well-established evidence-based methodology with the emerging capabilities of AI. This approach is in line with the Nordic roots of the company priritizin transparency, honesty, and functional design. Silvi was founded by Professor Tove Holm Larsen, with extensive experience in evidence-based research, and Rasmus Hvingelby, with more than 10 years of experience in AI research.
