Low libido is now a public health problem. 48 % have only one friend, but not a reliable one in a crisis. 50 % of the population wants more friends. We become more sick from our private lives than our work lives (Modesta Olsen, 2007), and the modern family is the most common family structure (Almendingen, 2010). Which social structures can survive the strain of losing the qualities of faithfulness, honesty, and decency? Cynicism becomes our defense. Depression and feelings of emptiness are the prices we pay. Giving hugs, care, and trust to others not only bring greater happiness - it can also lead to better business. Icebreakercard.com is a new world movement to solve these social challenges. It fights for its vision: Love and friendship locally and globally! Our big goal is to improve your life quality. As social entrepreneurs, we are called the fourth sector which cooperates with the other three: private, public, and civic (Ellis, 2006) with an optimal mix of high tech & high touch! In this paper, I will present my research findings in the Western world (mainly Norway and USA) and my part of the solution as a social entrepreneur of Icebreakercard.com. A social entrepreneur has been described as our time's hero and heroines. We create solutions where none of the sectors have succeeded well enough. Bad relationships lead to health problems in the population across age and gender. Mental health conditions are now the key concern in all of the OECD countries. The employer and the community take the economic bill when the employee is on sick leave. The disease is a private matter, but absence is not. We’re an independent game studio based in Oslo, Norway, which was founded in February 2013 by a group of students at the Norwegian School of Information Technology (NITH). In January 2014 we consisted of 7 members of the team who all have different experiences in their own fields of expertise. Our common goal is that we want to contribute to the indie scene with story-driven games, without compromising the gameplay. Starting up a new company (let alone within gaming) is no joke, and we hope to make it easier for future companies to make games. It’s a small pond, and as soon as we announce our projects, our vision is to have an exposed development during production. At Akusis we deliver relevant content to the more than 1 million people suffering from hypertension. At the same time, we facilitate an easy to use blood pressure measurement proces, that enables general practitioners to receive patient reported data with a significant higher data integrity than the excisting solutions. An ease of mind solution for both patients and doctors, that saves and improves lives, and lowers the expenses in the Danish healthcare system. Hypertension is serious, and when not treated it could be fatal. However, the impact can be reduced, if treated properly and at an early stage. We have talked to a number of both patients and doctors, and from this we learned: * Doctors require more than 500.000 measurements a year. Measurements are performed by the patients in their own home, and self-reported into an existing digital solution. * Measuring and entering data in the system can be difficult, and leads to mistakes in about 36% of the total measurements performed. This gives doctors a poor chance of diagnosing correctly. * There is a need of a more simple and intuitive system, that can reduce the number of bad measurements. * Furthermore, the patients report, that they need information on exactly what hypertension is, and what they can do themselves to lower their blood pressure levels (besides taking their medicine). * Patients feel left alone with a lot of questions, and no one to answer them. Instead they go online, and find the answers in various places, and too often answers that ends up worsening their condition. Our solution is based on our own website, and our mobile application. On both platforms we deliver the content that we know the patients need. Today it is scattered all over, and of mixed quality. We bring it all to a single place. On top of that, we add tailored treatment courses, and hand on tools to be implemented in an every day life, giving the patients a chance to act and improve. Our content is delivered by experts in the areas of sleep, exercise and nutrition, as we know that is what the patients ask for. For those that want more than just information, we deliver access to an easy to use measurement proces, by using the equipment already at hand. Historical readings can be seen on the application, notes can be taken, and it is even possible to send the data to the doctor. The combination of the above signigicantly reduces the impact of hypertension in Denmark, and represents an approach to this specific disease, that doesn´t exist today. The idea for this specific project comes from a member of the founder team, Kurt Rasmussen, and is further developed by the other team members, who are both health tech engineers. Kurt is a general practioner with more than 25 years of experience, and has for (too) long experienced issues related to poor quality of blood pressure measurements, and patients that want to do more, but don´t know how to. We strongly, both as general practitioner and health tech engineers want to improve the every day life of patients, and enabling them to life longer, fuller and richer lives, free from worries and not needed complications. By developing Akusis BPM System, we are able to do so, and at the same time reduce the costs of treating hypertensive patients in DK. We claim, that when fully implemented, we are able to reduce the costs in the amount of billions - even conservatively put around 2-3 of them every year.

We create building materials for modern sustainable and toxic-free buildings combining hundreds of years of knowledge and tradition with modern production- and building techniques. Our aim is to make sustainable building commercially viable. Our first product is Lundby Pladen - a strong and fireproof building board made of unburned clay and woodfiber, designet for classic dry-wall construction. In the sustainable building industry there has been a long anticipation for this product. Unburned clay is the optimal material for inner walls in vapor diffusionon open building techniques as preferred in biobased sustainable building. With a strong and light building board we have solved the problem of unburned clay solutions being either too slow, heavy, fragile or expensive for commercial building. The building industry is responsible for between 17-40% of the worlds Co2 emissions. With Lundby Pladen it will be possible to fireprove biobased buildings with a low-emmission, toxic-free and environmentally harmless high quality material, and thus help making our buildings a genuine Co2-storrage instead of as now, a major Co2 polluter. In the coming years the building industry is facing new environmental laws, and will be increasingly depending on products like Lundby Pladen. We experience a major pull from the marked. Building supply markets, architects, craftsmen, standart house developers and entrepreneurs are waiting impatiently for our product to hit the marked.
