And where success is measured by external, and material standards, making it harder to find a deeper sense of purpose, meaning and belonging. Vektor-AI

Vektor-AI er et health-tech startup med en mission om at minimere de administrative byrder i den borgernære velfærd og skabe mere tid til arbejdet med kerneopgaven. Dette skal ske gennem opbygning af et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem, der kan højne kvaliteten og effektiviteten i dokumentationen inden for psykiatri og handicap området til gavn for medarbejdere og borgere. Der har gennem årtier været politisk fokus på at sænke dokumentationsbyrden inden for den kommunale velfærd, uden succes. Med fremkomsten af AI er der opstået en unik mulighed for at gøre dette og herigennem skabe gennemgribende forandringer i den borgernære velfærd. Vektor – AI er et Health – Tech startup, der tager denne udfordring op. Målet er at udvikle et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem til medarbejdere inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i landets kommuner. Systemet skal højne effektiviteten og kvaliteten i medarbejdernes dokumentation og herigennem mindske det administrative pres på medarbejderne og frigive tid til arbejdet med borgerne. Jeg har gennem de sidste 6 måneder lavet markedsundersøgelser, hvor jeg har interviewet medarbejdere, ledere, chefer og andre centrale interessenter inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i flere kommuner. Respondenterne har samstemmende tilkendegivet, at de kan se et stort potentiale i de skitserede løsninger. På baggrund af disse interviews, samt mine mange års erfaring som selvstændig konsulent inden for denne sektor, har jeg udviklet en plan for, hvilke funktioner et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem skal have for at skabe gennemgribende forandringer. Ydermere har jeg fået tilkendegivelser helt op på chefniveau om, at man er interesseret i at investere i et system, der indeholder disse funktioner. Jeg har desuden skabt kontakt til både medarbejdere og ledere, der har udvist stor interesse i at deltage i afprøvningen af systemet i en testfase. Vektor-AI er stadig på et meget tidligt stadie, og søger en teknisk cofounder. En kommende cofounder vil få en høj grad af indflydelse på det færdige produkt, og på den videre udvikling af dette. Om mig: Vektor - AI drives af Jon Vilshammer. Han er uddannet psykolog (cand.psych.) fra Københavns Universitet og autoriseret af Psykolognævnet. Jon har gennem de sidste 10+ år arbejdet som selvstændig konsulent inden for psykiatri- og handicapsektoren i mange forskellige kommuner, og har herigennem opbygget et stort netværk inden for sektoren, som han trækker på i både udviklings- og salgsprocessen. Han arbejder primært med: kompetenceudvikling og supervision af medarbejdere, organisationsudvikling, teamudvikling og ledersparring.

The widespread impact of this issue makes it a problem worth solving, as it affects people of all ages and backgrounds. Nutrilyser provides an innovative solution through its automated diet management system. Our platform uses evidence-based algorithms to analyze individual nutritional needs and preferences, generating personalized meal plans. The system is user-friendly and accessible, making healthy eating choices straightforward. Our team is dedicated to continuously refining the technology to ensure it offers the most effective and personalized dietary guidance possible. The inspiration behind Nutrilyser stemmed from witnessing the struggles of loved ones in managing their diets, particularly those with diabetes. We are a Copenhagen-based fashion brand, founded in 2018 by siblings Nanna and Simon Wick. We have made headlines all over the world from our performative fashion shows and unique approach to creating clothes. Our brand ethos at (di)vision is creating from what already is, as we explore the opportunities of producing clothes made from deadstock, recycled fabrics, vintage goods, and upcycling overstock. Foodture

Foodture is an innovative food company developing plant-based, fermented products using locally sourced ingredients. Developing new plant-based products that consumers love, and that are competitive with industrially-produced meat, is a key element of the transition towards a green economy and a regenerative way of life. Foodture’s product is a version of tempeh made from locally-sourced legumes which are fermented and then prepared as blocks, cubes, patties or in a shredded version. The product is used currently mainly in food service applications, but there are many other possibilities. Several product development efforts are ongoing, including collaborations with Aarstiderne and Noma. There is a real sense of momentum in the category, with a high pace of innovation and competition. The environmental footprint of tempeh is very low compared to red and white meat, but also compared to most other meat alternatives on the market today.

Txtpay er en innovativ platform, der tilbyder en omfattende løsning til virksomheder inden for e-handel og restaurationsbranchen. Med fokus på at skabe en effektiv kommunikationskanal mellem virksomheder og deres kunder, giver Txtpay mulighed for tovejs-sms-kommunikation understøttet af AI. Flashbulb Games

Our goal is to spark curiosity and bring people together. We create, develop, and publish original IPs with emergent gameplay on PC and consoles. We create games that you play with – not just play. Games that give players tools and environments to create their versions of fun. Flashbulb was founded in 2016 to create Trailmakers – an online physics based construction game. The game is out on Steam, Xbox and Playstation and is now more alive than ever with continuous updates, an ever growing player base, and an active Discord community. While supporting Trailmakers we also launched successful partygame Rubber Bandits, also out on a variety of platforms millions of copies sold. While we are still maintaining these titles, we are now kicking off out next game. At Flashbulb you will be a part of a small team of seasoned veterans and eager talent, all aiming to provide players with great experiences. We pride ourselves in creating a workplace where opinions are heard regardless of title and we care greatly about maintaining a sensible work/life balance.
