Event Coordinator - Temporary position

Salary Competitive

Across nearly 1,000 sqm of event space, we host an exceptionally diverse range of occasions. From intimate two-person meetings and corporate conferences to dinners for 200 guests and parties for more than 700, no two events are quite the same. Our clients range from corporate businesses and private hosts to couples celebrating their weddings. We also collaborate with our members and industry partners to create events that strengthen the community around us.

This is a hands-on position where no two days are quite the same. You will manage special requests, coordinate and participates in event set-ups and re-sets, keep track of changing requirements and support the teams on the ground when it matters most. With a proactive mindset and a strong sense of hospitality, you will help create a seamless experience for both clients and guests, from the initial preparations through to the successful completion of each event.
