About Memtrace

AI coding agents are fast, but they forget. They lose context between sessions, repeat mistakes, and don't understand the codebase around them. Memtrace builds the memory layer that fixes this: a deterministic knowledge graph of your code, built with AST parsing rather than guesswork, that any coding agent can use. Our products include MemDB, MemFleet, Cortex, and a code review engine.

The role

You will own revenue end to end: strategy, pipeline, pricing, partnerships, and the first commercial team. We have developer interest and active pilots with enterprise customers. Your job is to turn that into repeatable, paying adoption. At this stage you will do the selling yourself while building the playbook that others will follow.

What you will do

  • Define and run the go-to-market motion: developers adopt, engineering leaders and budget-holders buy.

  • Own the revenue number and the pipeline. Run discovery, demos, pilots, and negotiations personally.

  • Convert pilots into contracts, with clear success criteria, pricing, and procurement paths.

  • Set pricing and packaging for individual, team, and enterprise tiers.

  • Build channel and ecosystem partnerships (cloud marketplaces, consultancies, industry bodies, AI-coding-tool vendors).

  • Feed customer and market insight back to product and research, and help decide what we build next.

  • Hire and lead the first commercial team (sales, solutions, customer success) when the time is right.

  • Report on pipeline, conversion, and retention to the founders and investors.

What we are looking for

  • 8+ years in B2B software sales or commercial leadership, with at least one role in developer tools, data/AI infrastructure, or open-source-led products.

  • A track record of closing enterprise deals yourself, ideally in the Nordics or wider Europe.

  • Experience selling to both technical champions and executive buyers, and knowing how those conversations differ.

  • Comfort with ambiguity: you have built a sales motion without an existing playbook, brand, or team.

  • Enough technical depth to talk credibly with engineers about codebases, CI/CD, and AI agents.

  • Strong written and spoken English; Danish or another Nordic language is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PLG, usage-based pricing, or open-core models.

  • Existing relationships with engineering leaders at Nordic enterprises.

  • Experience with EU procurement, security reviews, and data-residency requirements.

What we offer

  • A founding-team seat with real ownership of the commercial side of the company.

  • Direct influence on product, positioning, and company direction.

  • Hybrid work in Copenhagen, with a small and fast-moving team.

syncable

Syncable — The Cloud OS for the Agentic Era AI now generates code faster than teams can understand, deploy, or govern it. That's the new bottleneck — and it widens every sprint. Three crises hit simultaneously as AI coding adoption accelerated: 1) The Understanding Gap. 50% of all code is now AI-generated. 2) 1 in 4 AI samples contain a confirmed vulnerability — 2.74× more than human-written code. 3) 75% of developers say reviewing AI code is harder. Comprehension debt compounds every sprint. The Governance Gap. Static analysis sees code. Observability sees runtime. Cloud tools see infra. Nothing connects all three. 82% of companies have accumulated security debt; 80% of tech debt will be architectural by 2026 (Gartner). The Deployment Gap. 50%+ of code is AI-generated, but ~0% is deployed autonomously. Teams choose between PaaS lock-in or DIY complexity — at a cost of €450k+ per year in platform engineering alone. Syncable closes all three gaps with one platform: Deploy. Operate. Understand. 1) Deploy any cloud in 20 minutes. One command, zero YAML, BYOC — your cloud, your keys, EU sovereign. 2) Operate with MTTR reduced from 60 minutes to under 5. A knowledge graph links alert → commit → config change in under 30 seconds. 3) Understand your entire system through a Temporal Knowledge Graph — a living, graph-native record of every service, change, dependency, and deployment event, queryable at any point in history. No single competitor provides all three layers with a temporal knowledge graph underneath. That graph is the data moat: it compounds with every repo, every deployment, every incident. What Cursor did for coding, Syncable does for deployment — plus the world model that governs it all.
