Senior Full Stack Developer at Nextlab Ventures

About the role

You will play a central role in developing our SaaS portfolio, working across frontend, backend, databases, and integrations—from initial technical planning to launch and ongoing improvement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

● Developing products and features based on user needs and business objectives.

● Shaping architecture and technical decisions with a focus on quality, security, and scalability.

● Using AI actively in development and turning relevant opportunities into product improvements.

● Building reliable solutions through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

● Contributing to effective engineering practices and technical discussions.

Your profile

You have substantial full stack development experience and have held significant responsibility for software in production. You can build from scratch, improve existing systems, and maintain momentum as requirements and priorities evolve.

We value someone who:

● Has strong skills in frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

● Works efficiently and methodically, taking tasks through to completion.

● Takes initiative and proposes practical solutions and improvements.

● Combines an interest in AI with critical thinking and sound engineering judgement.

● Continuously develops their expertise, shares knowledge, and communicates clearly.

Experience with SaaS, cloud environments, and CI/CD is an advantage.
