We are looking for a motivated and service-minded Logistics & Center Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen.
Applicants must have a valid permit to live and work in Denmark.
This is an office-based operational position where you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers
and help identify and handle their needs.
The role covers three main areas of our business: shipping and logistics, visa/passport handling, and virtual
mailbox services.
Previous logistics experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. We will provide training. The position can
also be a good opportunity for someone who has recently completed studies in logistics, international trade,
business or a similar field and is looking for their first job and practical experience.
Your main tasks
Shipping & Logistics
Customer service and advising customers on shipping solutions
Booking shipments with UPS, DHL, TNT and other logistics providers
Preparing shipping and customs documentation for shipments outside the EU
Following shipments from the customer’s first enquiry through to delivery
Visa & Passport Services
Receiving and registering applicants, passports and applications for embassy and visa-related services
Handling passports received back from embassies, updating the relevant system and returning passports to
applicants
Providing professional customer service throughout the process
Virtual Address & Mailbox Services
Receiving and registering letters and parcels for our mailbox customers
Scanning letters and documents for customers
Forwarding mail and parcels according to customers’ instructions and the requested service
Responding to mailbox customers and assisting with their requests
You will often be the first contact for our customers, so it is important that you are friendly, professional
and comfortable understanding their needs and finding the right solution.
We expect you to
Be confident and professional when communicating with customers
Have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask
Be a quick learner
Be comfortable working with simple but different IT and booking systems
Speak and write English proficiently
Danish is a big plus
A driving license is an advantage for possible occasional pickups in the future
Previous logistics experience is welcome, but not required. Much of the job can be learned, and we will provide
training. Your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are very important to us.

Working hours and salary
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00
Full-time salary: DKK 24,000 per month
Part-time – 30 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 11:00–17:00
