About the Role

As our Global Leadership Development Manager, you’ll help turn that drive into real impact on our teams and Flatplayers alike through relevant support and learning experiences that change our leaders’ behaviours. You’ll design and build the content, own the operational rhythm, facilitate sessions across markets, and make sure the self-learning track works for leaders whether they're in an office or in the field. You're the person who makes leadership behaviours tangible — and keeps them moving.

What You'll Do

• Design, build and manage leadership development programme for different leadership groups across Flatpay markets.

• Help define and drive how we build smart systems and tools that make coaching, learning, and programmes accessible and helpful for all our Flatplayers (e.g. with the use of AI).

• Co-facilitate cross-country sessions in English in close collaboration with our Head of Leadership Development & Coaching.

• Own and evolve a self-learning track — mobile-first and built for leaders in the field.

• Run programme operations end-to-end: cohorts, scheduling, participant comms, and programme rhythm.

• Design, co-create, and facilitate a global mentorship programme.

Who You Are

• You have experience designing and facilitating leadership development programmes, ideally in an international, multi-market, and/or sales-heavy context.

• You're a confident facilitator who can create real behaviour change that impacts teams’ performance.

• You think in systems, technology, and structures, but you know it's relationships, trust and impact that make programmes land.

• You're operationally strong and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams without dropping anything.

• You're fluent in English, written and spoken, and comfortable working across cultures – if you speak one of our other languages, that would be great as well (Italian, French, or German).

• You thrive in environments where change is constant and take ownership without waiting to be told.

• You know how to focus in on what matters most for our wonderful colleagues, making sure we don’t implement without a strong purpose and understanding of the impact we’re trying to achieve.
