As our new Implementation Consultant for the French market, you will bridge the gap between our Workforce Management solution and the day-to-day needs of our customers. You will guide customers through the implementation phase, advise on the optimal use and configuration of tamigo, and provide training to key users.

What you will do

• Implement, configure and train customers on tamigo throughout their implementation phase

• Manage both large and small projects, keeping scope, timeline and budget on track so customers go live successfully

• Advise customers on the optimal setup and use of tamigo for their business

• Collaborate with colleagues across our European offices to bring the best experience to our customers

• Take on consultancy tasks for existing customers and contribute to pre-sales activities

You bring

• Native-level French and professional English, both written and spoken

• An analytical approach to understanding how a customer's business works, so you can configure tamigo to fit it

• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, with a genuine focus on customer success and satisfaction

• Experience in project management, consultancy or Saas

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
