This is a full-cycle sales role, and we are open to two very different profiles: Either you bring deep experience from commissioning, construction, or industrial projects - or you are an ambitious early-career sales talent with the drive and learning speed to master a new industry fast.
CxPlanner - the fastest commissioning software ever built
CxPlanner is building the leading software platform for commissioning and completion.
In five years, we've gone from zero to customers in 30+ countries, helping teams deliver data centers, semiconductor plants, industrial facilities and major construction projects.
Now we're expanding further across Europe - and we're looking for someone who wants to build that market with us.
You will sell to industrial clients across Europe: Mechanical manufacturers, production facilities, and large construction projects. Your customers are Commissioning and Completion teams quality checking, testing and starting up complex industrial projects. Many are still managing thousands of assets, checklists, punch items and handovers in Excel and slow legacy software. CxPlanner replaces that manual process with one purpose-built platform.
You will be plugged into our Commercial Operation System from day one - a structured sales process that helps you win clients. You will do outbound via email, LinkedIn, and calls, whatever gets a real conversation started. You will also have an inbound pipeline, but enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to arrive..
You do not need a commissioning background - we'll make sure you become fluent in the field. But you need to be able to learn fast, be tech and AI ready, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. We're a small team, devoted to our different responsibilities - we have fun, we work together, and we want to build the world's leading commissioning platform.
You will sit closely with our Data Center and Commissioning sales team, who will guide you through commissioning and completion.
There are two ways you could be a great fit: You may come from commissioning, construction, engineering or industrial projects and want to move into commercial software. Or you may already have B2B sales experience - ideally SaaS - and be excited to learn a specialised industry quickly. We don't expect you to have both. We do expect ambition, commercial instinct and the ability to learn.
This is a full-cycle sales role: Create opportunities, run the sales process, and get deals over the line.
